I have two friendly dogs, Bailey (a Husky/Aussie mix) and Berkley (a Bernedoodle), so I’m used to dogs with different personalities and energy levels. I know every dog is different, so I’ll follow your routine and make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. Whether your dog wants to play, go for a walk, or just relax and get some attention. I’m currently a part-time college student and also DoorDash for extra income, which gives me a flexible schedule. I’m available most weekdays starting at noon or earlier, and I can often accommodate weekend requests as well. I make sure every pet gets plenty of attention, playtime, exercise, and care while they’re with me. I currently have a wide open schedule, and as such I am available for you and your companions at any and all times when it comes to scheduling! “MacKenzie & Jacob own 4 cats (no dogs but they sometimes board them) and clearly love animals. My 2 sibling kittens were born feral on my farm and when Mama disappeared, I had to take them in. Did not intend to keep them but these kitties had different plans. I am in the process of training them to spend more time indoors, and interact with other humans and animals. How lucky that I found MacKenzie on Rover. My kitties had their own space (spare bedroom) where I set up their familiar bedding, litter box, food, scratch post, etc. I started with a 24 hour stay and will prob try a few more days before taking a longer trip later this year. MacKenzie sent me regular updates. One kitty was slightly braver, exploring her surrounding. They both allowed MacKenzie and Jacob to pet them (although they admit they were shaking, which is no surprise) and they ate (not much) and used the litter box, but barely left the bedroom. MacKenzie & Jacob put them in their carriers minutes before I arrived (the cats only slightly resisted they said) and brought them downstairs with all of their belongings & helped me load it all up. I am very much looking forward to having my kitties spend more time with these two wonderful cat sitters - even when I don’t need a sitter - bc I want them to get more human and kitty interaction and I believe MacKenzie and Jacob’s home is the ideal environment. They are lovely, kind-hearted sitters who will give my babies the love and patience they need to become less feral and become the 2 house cats I need them to be.”
