“I knew from our first meeting that Nathan and Jackie were the right choice to take care of my Sophie for the 2 weeks I would be in Japan. And I was right. They sent daily pictures/videos of: Sophie playing with their dogs Reilly and Bailey; the kids walking, holding, and loving on Sophie; and photos of some well-deserved chill time. We had excellent communication for the duration of Sophie’s stay with them. Nathan contacted me about a week into her stay to report an issue that he felt needed reviewed by her vet. I agreed and Nathan made the appointment, then took her for a vet visit. The vet also agreed with Nathan and gave Sophie 2 prescriptions. Nathan paid for the vet visit and meds himself (since I was not available at the time). For the next week, Nathan and Jackie gave Sophie the meds prescribed and reported back to me how she was doing with her medical issue. I am so thankful for Nathan’s keen observation and proactive stance on Sophie’s health. The vet visit and daily meds were more than they signed up for and they just took care of it all. I will definitely be taking Sophie back for future boardings, and may even have to take her for occasional visits so she can play with the dogs and the kids!”

About: I have been taking care of various sized animals for the past several years. I am comfortable giving medications if need be and following any special instructions you may have for your four-legged babies! I am currently in college classes full time Monday-Thursday, however after 1pm I am fully available! This is not a hindrance at all when caring for your pets in your home. I prefer to stay in your home if watching your animals for an extended period of time, but if you are not comfortable with that I certainly understand and am happy to visit your house throughout the day as needed to attend to your furry loved ones!

About: I’ve always been an animal lover since I was little. Throughout college I have done all sorts of pet/house sitting for friends, family, coworkers etc. I have house sat for a family friend that required feeding and watering horses, milking goats, reptile care, rabbit cleaning care, medicating cats/dogs if needed, you name it. I currently have a Corn Snake, a Western Plains Hognose Snake as well as a Crested Gecko. I have been a Veterinary Receptionist for over 5 and a half years now. My shifts can vary from 8am to 2pm; 8am to 4pm; 9am to 3pm; 9am to 5pm or even 8am to 6:30pm. The earlier I’m off during the day I am able to help after that too. Your home is their home. About: I love pets and have had several in my lifetime. Not only that but I’ve pet-sat and dog-walked countless times for big dogs, small dogs, and cats! I am a college student home during the summer and for school breaks! I can pet-sit both weekends and weekdays. And I can dog-walk, do drop-in’s, etc., morning/afternoons any day of the week. About: I've been caring for animals for 14 years. I started work at a vet clinic as a dog walker/kennel technician. Now, I'm working to get certified as veterinary technician! I work in East Peoria, 730-530 - MWF with usual chance to come by around lunch time. So I am pretty flexible in my schedule. I do have kids (4&5) who would Love to join my visits whenever pets are comfortable with that, but can visit without just as easily! I am happy to learn dogs preferences and gain trust with them if they are a more difficult animal, happy to come visit prior to rendering services to get animals comfortable. I work with all styles of dogs and cats, even exotics. I mesh well with all, from the sweetest easiest pets to the most misunderstood and challenging!

About: I have had dogs all my life. I have cared for them since they were puppies until their transition to the rainbow bridge. I love meeting other animals and hearing their stories. I would care for your pets like they were mine. I have a strange schedule and may not answer your email until the next morning, so please allow me time to reply before moving onto another sitter. My availability is open during the day after 9am until 9pm and weekends 8am to 10 or 11pm. Thank you for your consideration in this matter. I have 2 dogs that free roam at home. My 2 boys are big barkers, but are dog friendly. About: I have been around dogs of my own and others for my entire 38 years of life. I grew up with having at least 3 dogs at once, then when out on my own for the last 10+ years, have lived with and spoiled at least 2 dogs at a time. I currently have 2 fur kids of my own, who are very loved and spoiled. That same kind of care would translate to any dogs I care for. I'm currently working part time while studying, so I will have plenty of time for your pups! I work 3 varying days a week currently, from about 9am-5pm. A lot of time is spent at home with my own pups, and that would translate to yours. I have a good sized fenced in yard, and can provide a separate space, crating or whatever is needed between your and my dogs! I also keep the back part of my house separate.
