She was super flexible with my changing schedule to allow my dog to stay with her another night on such short notice. “Olivia was great with our 2 year old lab. He was in her care for 10 nights while we were on vacation and she did a fabulous job with him. She was sending daily updates and pictures proving that he was having a great time playing with their pup. He got an embedded tick and Olivia notified us immediately and took care of it. “We recommend Sheryl and Fred as great Rover providers. Sheryl and Fred provided three days of care for 11-year old dog, Waffles. We are from out-of-state and came to Seymour to visit family. Because of this, we had to rely on Rover messaging to communicate Waffles’ needs, and to work out all the pre-visit details. Fortunately, Sheryl is an excellent communicator! She replied swiftly to all messages and upon our arrival, everything was as agreed to and described. We were able to see where Waffles would stay and sleep; and how he would interact with the three other dogs in-residence (two boarders and one pet). Sheryl and Fred handled Waffles’ introductions to his fellow boarders without incident. Sheryl had created an information sheet, and we spent a few minutes proving additional details about Waffles and how we could be reached, if needed. All of this allowed us to depart, confident that Waffles would be well cared for, and he was! During the visit, Sheryl regularly reached out to let me know how Waffles was doing. Pick-up was as smooth as drop-off; and we would happily have Waffles stay with Sheryl and Fred in the future.”
