Lorelei sent photos and videos every day, and was very responsive throughout our time away letting us know how things were going. We are more than satisfied with the care she offered! I also really appreciated the daily communication which was very important to me. I loved receiving videos, beautiful photos and updates on a daily basis and it gave me so much peace of mind and showed me that Hazel was well taken care of and was enjoying her stay. I’m very appreciative to Yoki and Derek for their work especially since I know this is not always an easy job to do.”
