About: I have been the go-to pet care taker around the neighborhood forever! I am more than willing to do house sitting, as I feel like the animals are more comfortable that way and I have cats at the house. I work short 4 hour shifts 2 days during the week and then 6 hour shifts on the weekends, so I have plenty of time during the week!! I do not have a fenced in yard but I live in a quiet neighborhood with more than enough space to take a walk. I also have a pretty decently sized backyard!
About: I had a dog (pitbull mix) that passed at 14 years old last year and I often took care of my aunt’s dog (redhound mix) that lived until she was 16, so I can handle senior care for dogs. I have lived with cats in the past and have experience cat sitting. About: When I was growing up my family always had dogs and cats. After I went off to college I adopted a cat named Louie from the local shelter. He just passed away recently at the age of 19. I am missing having a cat around and would love to look after your cat when you’re away. I also have two dogs (I have a senior shepherd mix and a 1.5 year old lab mix). My dogs are my priority so I can’t commit to overnights but with my days free this summer I am available for dog walking, house sitting and cat sitting. I'm available to provide a fun and loving spot to board your dogs. They will get attention, care, walks, and playtime with my 3 dogs. I have a crate if needed, can be one level if mobility is an issue, am willing to administer meds and have no problem with puppies or senior pets. I am home all afternoon and evening and weekends and dogs get a lunchtime walk as well. I am available for boarding all of the time, but only showed weekends because that’s when I am home all day and evening. During the week dogs would still get a morning and lunchtime walk and care all afternoon and evening. I will send updates and photos throughout your dogs time with us - I am also available to pick up and drop off dogs for an additional fee. I work in Montpelier until 3:00 pm so pets get exercise in the afternoons and weekends, and dogs get a lunchtime walk as well. I am around all of the time on weekends and school breaks and all summer. Our house has many dog beds, crates, toys and treats. We live on many acres and dogs can be on or off leash, depending on needs. I also take dogs to local trails to walk and socialize.
