About: I have several years of experience caring for many different types of animals. I have been a cat owner my whole life, so am very comfortable caring for cats (indoor or outdoor) in any capacity. I have previous experience dog-sitting for both small and large dogs, as well as senior dogs. I have experience providing drop-in visits for potty breaks, walks, feedings, cleaning litter boxes, administering medications, playtime, extra cuddles, as well as staying overnight to provide daily care for pets whose owners are out of town for multiple days. I also have some experience checking in and feeding farm animals such as chickens, guineas, farm cats, and cows. I am a big animal lover that has been around animals my whole life. I would love to give you peace of mind when you are away from home to know your pets are being looked after and well cared for! Currently a full-time college student and working part time in the Madison area. I have a flexible schedule so can do drop-in visits or stay overnight with pets if you live within a decent commuting distance to Madison. Comfortable caring for many different types of animals. I can provide most anything from a quick check-in, to an overnight stay if feasible. I am able to provide walks or outdoor time for dogs, comfortable cleaning litter boxes or other pet cages, and can even administer medications if needed too.

About: I’ve had dogs my entire life, I don’t remember a time without them. I have worked with a lot of animals that needed medications for healthcare problems. I do currently work a full time job and a volunteer job but I am looking to expand my horizon and spend more time with animals. My pets have a fenced in yard at home, I do also have a barn that I love to take the dogs out to to run at.

About: I have grown up on a mini sheep farm which we shown and exhibited all of these animals including chickens, ducks, rabbits and sheep at the local fair. And of course we had a guard dog to protect our animals. I have dog sit multiple times before by just helping out my friends and family, now I am excited to meet some new pets! I am a UWSP student with long breaks in between semesters. During the breaks I come back home to visit my family and to work. Each week is a little bit different for me, but I will always have time for your pets! One of my favorite things to do with pets (mostly dogs), is to take them on a walk and enjoy the nice outside with them!

About: I have lived with dogs my entire life and cats for the past 15 years. Animals bring me so much joy and happiness. If we work together, I will treat your fur baby like one of my own. I work Monday-Friday first shift, but I can do lunch break check-ins/walks and weeknights and weekends. Let’s discuss! I can likely make it work! :) I can provide walks around the l neighborhood, as well as, moderate hiking at parks around town. I am also open to taking dogs to the park and playing fetch.

About: Growing up, my family always had dogs, and today animals continue to be an important part of my life. I'm a board member of a local humane society and volunteer weekly at the shelter. I also help with low-cost spay/neuter clinics, where I've worked with dogs of many ages, sizes, personalities, and comfort levels. I know every dog is different. When caring for your pets, I'll follow your instructions closely, including feeding schedules, walks, medications, litter box cleaning, playtime, and any other routines that are important to your household. I'll also send regular updates and photos so you can stay connected and know how your pets are doing while you're away. “Amanda was a godsend when our house sitter cancelled last minute. We met her first then her with her dog, Sedona, and I knew right away this would work out really well. You see my dog, Millie, doesn’t warm up to people easily and doesn’t always play nice with other dogs but Millie instantly liked both of them. Amanda stayed at our house along with Sedona, so Millie was spoiled having her two new friends stay with her. They went on many walks and Amanda sent me lots of pictures while we were gone. About: I have always had a dog my whole life and they always bring me joy to my life knowing they are there own being with their own personality I am currently working around 30-40 hours a week but all my shifts are different which makes pet sitting perfect for the different timing needs I always make sure I know what the pet is doing so they are staying safe and not hurting themselves or anything else within the house, I also make sure they are having fun and getting there energy out!

About: I have had cats for more than half of my life and dog-sat for around the same amount of time. I used to dog sit two huskies all the time, had a dog of my own for a short time, and have experience dog sitting for labs as well! I have even taken care of a bearded dragon and snake on multiple occasions. Rover does not list animals other than cats and dogs directly but I am happy to arrange care for another animal as well, including exotic animals, for a fee that can be discussed. I am volunteering at the humane society and am very involved in caring for animals as much as I have time for. I am excited and ready to care for any and all pets that need it and will stick to specific details given. I won't hesitate to ask questions about the care of your pets when I have them to make sure your pet gets the utmost care and love while you're away or busy, and id yoy have plants that need watering, say the word and I'll do that too! I am currently full time in senior year of high-school and volunteering for two hours a week on the weekends, but I graduate in a month and will have all the time in the world to pet sit! I follow every instruction for food, water, walk, and treats and ask questions if I am unsure of something. I tend to stay longer than needed for check in visits just to give pets some company if I have the time. Unless pets are not very social, they will get all kinds of attention, and if they have any anxiety or behavioral differences I will be very careful and act however is best for them. I am very sure to be on time for visits and will be very specific to follow instructions for walking or being taken outside.

About: A Vet tech providing calm, loving, reliable, attentive pet care. Comfortable with medications, special needs, and nervous pets. I treat every animal like my own. I currently work part-time at a veterinary clinic, which gives me experience and flexibility. I am available on weekends and some weekdays to help out. I have three cats. I care for them by providing regular meals, fresh water, playtime, and lots of attention. I make sure they feel loved.

About: I grew up with two dogs and have owned guinea pigs for the last 6 years. I volunteer with a shelter where I walk and play with dogs. I also foster dogs with my rescue but do not currently have a foster. I currently work a full time job. I am available for lunchtime walks or enrichment. I am available during the evenings and weekends to care for your dog whether that’s walks, enrichment, or overnight sitting. I’m currently living in an apartment so any sitting would need to occur at your home! I can easily follow any directions you have to ensure your furry friend is well cared for. About: I am currently working towards becoming a dog trainer, with experience working with multiple dog sizes and breeds. Recently certified in dog CPR/first aid, and have experience with puppy training. Experience with senior dogs. Our family had to say goodbye to our 12-year-old Golden Retriever, Frank “The Tank,” last January. By the end of his life, he had peripheral neuropathy in his hips, an eye taken out due to stage 2 glaucoma, high blood pressure, and ear drops given constantly because of food allergy flare-ups. I have experience with dogs that have mobility problems, food allergies, and administering ear medication/ear canal cleanings. I have dog handling experience, some dog behavioral issue experience I also want to clarify, it states “no children present.” The questionnaire ask if there were children present under a certain age. My youngest is 15-years old. Most services require a two-week notice due to my work schedule, but walking dogs is a bit more flexible. Currently, I can't offer dog boarding because of my commitments. When I sit at my place all day and board, I have a fenced-in backyard. I would be outside with them because of our inground pool. The house has hardwood floors/laminate. I throw area rugs down for dogs who have mobility problems or trouble getting up after lying down

About: I lived on a farm when I was a little one. Later, I was a trusted house sitter for relatives when they traveled (watching the home and taking care of 2 dogs and 2 cats). I owned my own cat for 15 years. I've taken care of farm animals but not on a regular basis. I'm competant with delivering meds and being really careful with senior pets and those needing special care. I'm one of those people who talk to pets like they are people. I can be there for the extra play and snuggles puppies need, but I think the initial potty training should be by their owner. I carefully listen to the owners and what their schedule is like. Then I morph my schedule to be very close to that so the routine is similar with me and their pet. I adhere to the pet owners instructions. I make myself available for the pet so we learn to trust each other. I show lots of affection, if the pet wants to receive it. If not, I can give them space.
