About: Hi, I’m Zee, a reliable and compassionate pet sitter with a genuine love for animals of all kinds. With several years of experience caring for dogs, cats, I treat every pet as family—because I know that’s what they are to you. My background as a 911 dispatcher has trained me to stay calm, focused, and dependable in any situation, and I bring that same sense of responsibility to caring for your pets. Whether it’s playtime, cuddles, medication routines, or just keeping them company while you’re away, I make sure your furry friends feel safe, happy, and loved in their own home. I understand the trust it takes to leave your pet in someone else’s care, and I’m committed to earning that trust every time. I work a rotating night schedule which is only half of the month. My schedule is flexible and I am open to working around your fur baby’s needs! I care for your pets the same way I would my own, with patience, love, and attention to their unique needs. I take the time to understand their routines, preferences, and personalities so they feel safe and relaxed while you’re away. Whether it’s feeding, playtime, walks, medications, or just quiet companionship, I provide calm, consistent care that keeps their tails wagging and whiskers twitching.

“Soo kind and patient with our 3 month old puppy. Cleaned up accidents (including washing and drying a throw pillow that our naughty pup decided to pee on) left our house spotless as if untouched. About: I love all animals, and care for them deeply. I have a pup of my own, for about 6 years now and I try my hardest to make sure he is living his best life ♡ all my neighbors know my deep love for dogs and every other animal. I have a deep passion for any and every cat/dog/animal no matter the breed, size, or age. It is my dream some day to have a career centered around animal care and wildlife rehabilitation I am available any time and any day. Animals and pets will come first in my schedule. Though I am currently trying to find a career opportunity, I have a Flexible schedule : ) I will gladly travel to wherever need be to care for the pets and dogs : ) weather that be your home or elsewhere, as I am currently housed with other people at the moment so I cannot bring other pups to my residence. I hope I can in the future though

“Amanda was a godsend when our house sitter cancelled last minute. We met her first then her with her dog, Sedona, and I knew right away this would work out really well. You see my dog, Millie, doesn’t warm up to people easily and doesn’t always play nice with other dogs but Millie instantly liked both of them. Amanda stayed at our house along with Sedona, so Millie was spoiled having her two new friends stay with her. They went on many walks and Amanda sent me lots of pictures while we were gone. I will definitely use Amanda again!”

“I can't recommend Kate enough! My doggo (Kooper) has some separation anxiety. When I reached out to Kate we discussed what her home would be like for a dog. I was a little nervous, because typically we ask sitters to come and stay at our house but decided that we would do a meet a greet to see how that went. Kate, Cody, Gus (dog), and Poe (cat) made our dog and us so comfortable. Gus and Kooper got along great and even though Koop has never been around cats, him and Poe were fast friends! Kate has a great yard for playing and her schedules allows for lots of 1:1 time with the pets. Kate was flexible, provided consistent updates, and was extremely responsive with her communications. Everything went wonderfully! Kooper was sent home happy, safe, and with a positive report card and goodies. I will definitely be connecting with Kate again about future visits!”

“Amber was able to watch my two dogs at my home with very short notice. She was very responsive, kind, and easy to work with. I came home to two happy pups after a weekend away and will definitely be using her again in the future.”

About: For the past 2 years I have fostered dogs through Fetch Wisconsin Rescue. With rescue dogs, I first focus on decompression, resiliency and relationship building. If you have a puppy or a rescue dog who you are just starting to build a relationship with, I can support you! In June 2023, I adopted an adolescent Alaskan Husky on an emergency basis. He & I are active learners in the Susan Garrett "Recaller" and "Wag Nation" training. If this style of games-based training sounds interesting to you, I'd love to help you build consistency and confidence in your pup! A lot of what I do with pups is informed by the Resilience Rainbow (popularized by the Behavior Vets) and pattern games (popularized by Leslie McDevitt). As a staff member with the Dane County Humane Society, I continue to grow my understanding of how to implement these practices with dogs who are new to me. I would love to contribute to your peace of mind by supporting the peace of mind of your dog while they are with me during your time "away". I work from home as a medical interpreter on the phone/video. This means that I can pepper my day with direct dog supervision and targeted practice on growing skills. I also have 3 5x5 kennels and very large crates for down time, if indicated. I would really like to consult with you about how to manage "down" time for your dog. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture at my house. I do have two resident cats, but/and they do not share spaces with the dogs I have either foster, own or care for. My house has a fenced in yard (6 foot fence). I also live very close to our recreational bike path, and if you are interested, I would be happy to talk about whether canicross or biking options are appropriate for your dog. I also live within a 5-minute drive from the Prairie Forest park, a huge wooded area where dogs can be off leash. For dogs in my care, however, I could offer the option of using a long line to take them on a sniffari in the park. I am also vetted to enroll in the Karen Pryor Academy Dog Trainer Professional program. I plan on starting my studies formally once my working dog is recovered from an acute Lyme infection. If you are interested, I could offer to work with your dog (along with video-taped sessions) as part of my studies.

About: I am a certified professional dog trainer looking to add dog sitting and dog walking in my area. I have been a trainer for several years and have owned dogs (and cats) for over a decade. I currently have three senior dogs myself. Working with dogs is my passion. I pride myself on being patient, energetic, and positive when working with clients and their furry friends! As a certified trainer, I have experience working with dogs of all ages, sizes, and abilities. Talk to me about adding training along with walking or boarding. I am a pro at teaching loose-leash walking, socializing puppies, calming down rowdy adolescent pups, installing basic household manners, and of course basic obedience. I love providing support to my dog training and walking clients and will be sure to send plenty of updates and pictures when dog sitting. I look forward to hearing from you! I worked for years as a certified, professional dog trainer and gained ample knowledge and experience along the way. Not only do I work with dogs professionally, but I enjoy caring for my 3 pooches. I walk my dogs daily (weather permitting) and provide plenty of fun training opportunities for both my dogs and my dog sitting clients. I find that challenging a dog's brain through playful and interactive training helps bond both dog and human and can help release a dog's pent-up energy - especially on cold and rainy days when nobody wants to be outside. My dogs' lives are fully integrated into mine; they are true family members in every sense of the word! Since I have three dogs of my own, I can only offer dog sitting in the clients' home. I like to discuss/meet with clients to go over any specifics or special needs they or their dogs may have. If a dog needs to be exercised a certain amount of time or with certain toys, I will happily oblige. Some clients need their dogs walked (sometimes to a specific location) in order to potty which is no problem for me. I will honor your diet requests for your pet and will send you updates and photos throughout my stay. Also, I can administer basic medications or topical treatments if necessary. If you decide to do any training with me, I use positive reinforcement and never employ any aversives. I will monitor your dog for signs of stress and stop the training if your pup seems overwhelmed or anxious. I like to go slow and never force anything on an unsure dog - respect and safety are key!
