About: I have cared for pets with my family since I was a baby, and I have been volunteering with animal rescues since the age of 14! (to care for and clean up after cats/dogs.) I also own 14 fish tanks, and 2 beautiful kitties. All very well loved animals. I am a college student majoring in environmental science and marine and estuarine sciences. I am working through rover to help fund my college. I only have classes about 3 days a week, and mainly attend classes later in the afternoon, so I can easily tend to pets before class early in the morning, around lunch time, and after class around dinner time. “Michael was AWESOME! Because of some behavior issues with our dogs, boarding them wasn't an option. This was our first vacation since COVID so our dogs had never been left alone. As you can imagine, we were nervous to find someone whom we trusted with our precious dogs. We had no reason to worry. Michael took the time to meet with us and our dogs before our trip. We reviewed routines and familiarized him to our home. During our vacation he kept in contact with us by messaging questions and updates with pictures. He was even able to get our dogs to let him put on their harnesses and go for walks (previously they only let us do that). Needless to say we felt very at ease knowing Michael was caring for them. Melissa was totally awesome!! She gave us an update every day and sent pictures along with it (some of them were truly hilarious. I was able to communicate our dog Tater’s fear of thunderstorms and that we give him a calming treat to help with the anxiety. Melissa understood this instruction and was able to follow the protocol to a tee. We left Melissa a list of instructions along with point of contact phone numbers and other helpful information. She reviewed these with us during our face-to-face meet and greet and had it under control. Because of an unfortunate incident with a hot pan, Melissa let us know right away and offered to pay for it. The pan was not expensive so it was no big deal; we were more concerned about her and our dogs getting burned. To make it for it, Melissa left us a note and treats (for both us and the dogs) which was a pleasant surprise. In addition, when we arrived home, the dogs were “put behind bars” in the family room and soothing music was playing. This allowed us to enter the house with our luggage and not be attacked. We could tell they missed us but were sad to see Melissa go. Melissa also washed the sheets and towels she used during her stay and the kitchen was spotless. It looked even cleaner than when we left. I would HIGHLY recommend Melissa for her service and if she is available will book again for a February 2027 vacation we have planned.
I was lucky to find Alissa and book in short notice. I have 2 Belgian Malinois and it can be quite difficult to find a sitter to care for this special breed. My dogs immediately gravitated towards her so that was the first good sign. Alisa is trustworthy and responsible. She sent photos and texts with updates which gave me a total peace of mind while I was out for an event. She took excellent care of my babies especially my boy who is currently in chemo. We had a great experience with Skyler and highly recommend her services. From the initial contact, Skyler was responsive and prompt. While we were gone, we received daily updates and lots of pictures and it was obvious our pets (2 dogs, 3 bunnies and a fish) were getting a lot of love and attention. At one point during the trip, I realized we forgot to put a vacation feeder in the fish tank and I reached out to Skyler who not only fed the fish, but sent us a video to assure us he was alive and well. The next time we need someone to watch Ruby, Lucy, Peaches, Penny, Arnold, & Todd, we will definitely reach out to Skyler.
William did a great job house sitting for our pup Willie and our family bunny for a week. He was attentive and responsive, periodically sharing updates. He was flexible too. He came back the evening and night after the scheduled services ended due to a mistake on my part. Super appreciative of that.

Taylor did a great job house sitting for our energetic puppy and 3 cats. She was reliable, responsive, and took great care of our house and pets. She even taught our puppy to sit while we were away! Our pup is still working on potty training and Taylor was up to the challenge and cleaned up her accidents without an issue.
