“This was the first time in 12 years I have used a dog sitter, and it will not be the last time because of Rebeca and Roman. They were very responsive from the beginning of the Rover process, and they continued throughout the four days I used their services. Rebeca greeted us every morning and afternoon with a smile. After the first day, Maple could not wait to get to Rebeca, literally jumping from my arms to her arms when we arrived at Rebeca/Roman’s home. I received a daily picture and even a video of Maple during the day. I had no concerns during the four days of daycare because of the pleasant attitude, daily photos, and Maple’s behavior before and after her time with Rebeca and Roman. Overall, a great experience. About: I have had pets all my life. I started helping take care of my cat and dogs at around 10 years old. I help out with my friends and extended family members pets as well. My dog takes medication in the morning so I can administer medication if needed. She has also gone through two surgeries so I can help during pet recovery as well. I’ve had hyperactive dogs as well as territorial/ toy-aggressive dogs and know how to deal with them. I have also had dogs who needed extra care due to being old. I do know a little bit about training dogs but not much. I work part time and go to college full time. However, I live at home with my parents so I can fit pet care into my schedule. I have a fenced backyard for my dog to run around or just lay outside. I walk her 2/3 times a day and she gets fed twice a day, morning and evening. I also spend a lot of time with her whether it’s playing around or just watching tv. If I am caring for someone else’s pets, I feed the pets and play with them as well as hang out with them.

They had a nice sized backyard they could run around and I appreciated that she replicated the sort of accommodations they were used to in our home. When I went to pick up our dogs, she provided me with thorough updates and I could tell our doggies were pleased with her care. I would definitely book Jessie again!”

“Michelle was wonderful with my boys! What I appreciated most was her daily updates — she kept me informed about how they were settling in, how they were adjusting to a new environment, and how they were getting along with her own fur girls. The photos she sent were such a comfort while I was away. Her communication was also excellent. When a potential marking issue came up, she handled it thoughtfully and professionally — she was open to using diapers instead of crating, which I really appreciated her flexibility on. The one area I’d note is that she seemed to have a busy work schedule, as we all do… When I returned, Huku’s (senior) diaper was full, suggesting he had not been out for a while that day— something to keep in mind if regular outdoor breaks are important for your pups. But overall, Michelle is super caring and communicative sitter who genuinely looks after your dogs. I would certainly ask her again!”
