About: I've been caring for animals informally for years. I had my own fur baby, Charlie, who was so much more than a pet—he was my best friend for 13 years. Since Charlie's passing, I've loved helping friends and family care for their furry companions, whether dogs or cats. Spending time with furry friends has truly become one of my favorite ways to spend the day. I'm comfortable caring for both dogs and cats, keeping them active, entertained, and sticking to their routines. I also have experience giving oral medications when they can be hidden in food or treats. A little about me—I'm a licensed mental health counselor, so patience, compassion, and empathy come naturally to me. I know how much trust it takes to leave your furry family member in someone else's care. I'll treat them with the same love, attention, and respect that I gave my Charlie boy. Whether you're away on vacation or simply at work for the day, I'll make sure to keep you posted with plenty of pictures and updates so you can have peace of mind knowing your pet is happy, safe, and well cared for. I work full-time four days a week, leaving me three days each week to hang out with your furry family members! I'm available Thursdays through Saturdays for walks, drop-in visits, playtime, potty breaks, and plenty of love and attention. I am also available some Wednesdays in the evenings! I’ll be sure to keep my availability updated! At this time, I'm offering dog walks and drop-in visits in your home. While I'm not currently able to provide boarding, I'm more than happy to come to your pet's familiar environment, where they can feel safe, comfortable, and stick to their normal routine. Whether it's a walk around the neighborhood, playtime in the backyard, a potty break, fresh food and water, or simply a lil extra love and time hanging out while you're away, I'll make sure your pet receives the care and attention they deserve. Services: House sitting: we have a few options for this service, we provide 24/7 care with an additional fee, and we also provide your regular house sitting option which is sleeping at night at your home, providing breakfast and dinner for your four legged friend, and one mid day drop in. While staying at your home we will make sure your home is clean just the way you left it, trash in being thrown out and making sure your home environment is safe and clean for your arrival. Boarding: we accept fur friends that picks the boarding option, there will always be someone at home with them and supervised at all times. They have outdoor and indoor playtime, naps, and lots of TLC. Toys are accessible to their convenience as wells. Please keep in mind boarding is when a fur baby sleeps at the sitter’s home. Daycare: we provide daycare services (drop off during the day and pick up in the evening.) This service helps with socialization and lots of doggy daycare fun!
