About: I’ve been pet/house sitting for over 20 years and enjoying spending time with a variety of animals whether they have fur, scales or feathers! I’ve cared for litters of puppies, aging dogs with special needs and active dogs who need an alpha. I love sharing adventure walks and being The Fun Aunt to my furry family! I currently work as a live in chef so my days are wide open! I have meal obligations at breakfast and dinner only which leaves me available to check in on your pets or walk them throughout the day! If needing a house sitter, I will need at least one weeks notice to adjust my schedule. If possible, I have a respectful and responsible teen who loves pets and enjoys joining me when I housesit. I am careful to follow the instructions given by the pet owner because every animal is different! I want your pet to feel as comfortable as possible so I try not to deviate from their normal schedule or routine. I keep notes on each pets as well as create a schedule for each animals individual needs (i.e., medication, bathroom needs, exercise …).

About: Hi! I’m Nicole, and my partner Alex and I spent the last few years traveling abroad and working remotely. We’ve landed in Lake Tahoe for the foreseeable future :) We provide a safe, active, and loving environment for your pets while you’re away. We’re still both fully remote, which means your fur baby gets consistent attention, not just quick check-ins. Our days naturally include multiple walks (morning, mid-day, and evening), outdoor time, and plenty of downtime for cuddles and relaxation. We live an active lifestyle and love having a furry friends alongside us for walks, fresh air, and exploring, but we’re just as intentional about creating a calm, secure space at home so your pet feels comfortable and settled. We’ve cared for pets for years, including friends, family, Rover clients and other pet sitting platforms, in both our home and theirs. We also build in flexibility throughout the day for playtime, potty breaks, and any specific needs your dog may have. On weekends, we’re usually free and spend more time outdoors, which means even more walks, fresh air, and quality time. If your dog enjoys being active, they’ll fit right into Alex’s routine! Additionally, Nicole is just as happy accommodating dogs who prefer a slower, more relaxed pace. We have stairs in our home that lead down to our bedroom as well as to get down to the front door. If your pup has mobility issues, they’ll need to be okay with being carried up and down

About: Growing up i’ve had all sorts of animals! Dogs, reptiles, arachnids! I’m available for pet care of any kind! I love being outdoors, and I also have a dog that LOVES puppy play dates, as long as you’re okay with that of course! I work 7:30-2:00 monday through Friday. I can stay overnight, feed/ let out in the morning, and then come back immediately after work and go on a walk, or whatnot. Weekends i’m free. You give me directions, and i’ll follow! I’m very flexible. If your dog needs walking, let me know! About: Hi! I am a full time Gardnerville resident and would love to meet your furry friend. I am experienced with senior dogs and am very patient with our older friends who need a little more patience and tlc. But I also love a rambunctious youngster and would love to take your little one on fun hikes, walks or just a leisurely stroll around your neighborhood. I am available for walk visits, feeding visits or any visit your pet may need, even if it's just some love and a belly rub. I will also take small dogs into my home for overnight stays provided they are crate trained. I am available seven days a week. I work 3 mornings out of the home, but am only gone for approximately 2 hours. My husband is home most of those times and can look after your little one while I am gone in case any issues were to arise during my absence. I have a large fenced yard with plenty of room for your bestie to run around and enjoy the outdoors. There are no other pets in my home and if I am watching your pet, he/she will be the only animal in my home during that time. If a pet is staying overnight, they will need to be crated. I do not allow pets to sleep in my bed, but they can sleep in the bedroom with me and my husband if that makes them more comfortable.

About: I’ve had pets my whole life- from cats and dogs, to hedgehogs and birds. My cat had kittens when I was in 2nd grade and since then I have loved all aspects of pet care and find it extremely rewarding. I am comfortable with dog walking, and any activity with pets of all ages. As an owner of pets myself, I know what makes a happy pet and am available for walks or sitting! I currently do feeding visits and walks for my friend’s pets while they’re away and am looking to expand to do it more often. About: I have consistently been taking care of dogs for almost five years after first adopting my two dogs when they were 10 weeks old. I was also blessed to help deliver and care for a litter of pups when my dog gave birth until they left for their forever homes. Before adopting my dogs, I was dog-sitting for family and friends, whether staying at their homes or having them stay with me. I am a stay-at-home and homeschooling mom, trying to help bring a little extra income. I help out at our homeschool program from 8:30-4 during the week but am available all other hours of the week. If I'm caring for your pet at my home, I have about a half acre that is fenced in, I can also crate if it is preferred or I am able to care for the furry friend at its home.

About: I've had dogs my whole life, and I'm experienced with a wide range of breeds and temperaments. We currently have one mellow rescue pitty, a chihuahua and two cats in our home. I strongly believe in the pack leader philosophy on dog behavior, and that lack of exercise is the number one cause of unwanted behavior. Your dog will get plenty of love and exercise here! I am happy to help with basic obedience (loose leash walking, thresholds, recall, sit, stay and place) I’m an RN but I only take new dogs when I’m not working at the hospital so I can be with them all day long. Safety is our number one priority. We always introduce dogs on neutral territory with a structured walk, and supervise all play time. We have a fenced backyard and can separate with crates/kennels if needed.

About: I grew up in a rural area of Southern California and had animals my entire life. From rabbits to chickens, cats, dogs and livestock we had them all. I rescued my dog Molly about 12 years ago and she's my partner in crime. I am a personal trainer and highly active, outdoorsy person. Molly is a boston terrier mix and requires at least an hour of exercise each day. You'll see me walking, running or biking Molly along our local trails everyday and your dog can join us! If your dog requires substantial exercise we're the sitters for you. Because I work only several hours at a time as a personal trainer, I am in and out of the house often during the weekdays, so if you're looking for an alternate to doggie daycare while you're at work we could be a great fit. I have a flexible work schedule with large blocks of time free in the middle of the day, which is a perfect time to give your pup a walk break! I have a fully fenced in yard and my dog wanders in and outdoors throughout the day. I visit your home to take your pup out for exercise wherever she feels most comfortable.
