About: I've taken care of dogs for about 12 years now. I have grown up with dogs and have had my own dog for almost 6 years now, My current dog is a rescue that came with a lot of behavior challenges and anxiety. I spent a lot of time with a trainer and on my own working through these different challenges therefore I have a lot of compassion, love and patience for all kinds of dogs. I am currently working in a middle school in Franklin MA Monday through Friday 7-2, available after 2 on weekdays and most weekends. During the summer my schedule will be more open. When it comes to taking care of a clients dog in their home. I will follow any guidance and directions given by the dogs owner.

5. Eden M.
“Eden was great! Piper felt so comfortable with her and it was such a piece of mind knowing she was well cared for while I was gone. Anxious dogs are hard, but Eden made her feel less stressed”
6. Cody M.
“From the very moment I contacted Cody (which was VERY last minute and he was able to help out) to the time he handed our pups back over to us, it was clear that he has a remarkable love and passion when working with dogs. Cody arrived on time and my puppies took to him immediately. Although, we just needed Cody for the day he made a plan to take our dogs to the beach and park and completely tired them out by the time we got back to them in the evening. Cody was also extremely understanding when I let him know that we were running late and would be home later than the time I had told him. I would highly recommend Cody to anyone who is looking for a trustworthy pet sitter! It was great knowing that our pups were in good hands for the day.”
7. Brittany S.
“Brittany is so great! She’s intuitive, capable, and flexible. Plus Mabel (my pup) fell for her almost immediately. I recommend her with only the highest praise and appreciation.”

About: I’m a veterinary medicine student looking to take care of animals while their families are away. I have worked in the field for a 2 years at a vet/ grooming/ boarding facility. Skills I have include being trained to administer medication, helping keep up with training, senior care, as well as training and competing in agility and show with my dogs. In my free time I have taken care of my pets for 12 years, including dogs, cats, lizards, rodents, and fish. I am currently a full time student but would love to be able to squeeze in some walks, sits, and playtimes. I am fully open on weekends and open before 6 and after 4 pm weekdays. I have a fenced in yard with a pool that is separated from where the dogs would be playing so it is completely safe. I have one very friendly dog who is crate trained and would easily be able to crate another dog if necessary. I also have four cats who are very tolerant with dogs but they would be able be separated if necessary.

About: Dog is truly humans best friend. They would do anything for you and I believe you should do the same. Afterall, your dog is you; they share your personality and may even look like you! I absolutely adore all animals, especially dogs. I will care for them to the best of my ability. I'll be as excited as them when it's time for a walk. I love going on long walks and hikes and will bring treats, water for when your dog gets thirsty, and, of course, poop bags. I love playing fetch and letting dogs show me their amazing tricks. I have owned a total of 2 dogs in my 25 years of life and both lived long and happy lives. I have worked with Rover for about 6 years now and have had many satisfied customers (humans and animals). I have also volunteered for about 2 years at my local animal shelter working with both cats and dogs and I have experience working at doggy daycares. I will love and care for your pet as if they were my own. I am currently available and any time during the week and weekends. I'm currently available for drop-in visits or walks at any time during the week. I am also available pretty much any time during the weekends! During our meet and greet, I will ask to go over what your pets schedule is: what they eat and when, if they take medication, grooming needs. I will follow their schedule and of course tend to any other needs that they have.

15. Amy M.
“Amy was great with our dogs. She was able to meet and bond with them ahead of time and that really helped when she came back to be with them. She provided us with regular updates and the dogs seemed really happy while she was with them. It was the first time we left them for more than a day trip so it was nice to know they were being well taken care of.”

19. Stacy T.
“This was our first experience with Rover.com and Stacy T, and we could not be happier. We had planned to board Casey and Zoe at a facility we had been using for years, but the facility owner had made a change in the requirements for boarding that we would not be able to meet. After excluding other nearby boarding organizations for one reason or another, I did an internet search for dog sitters. I found many, and looked at their profiles. Some of the independent caretakers were affiliated with Rover.com, a company I had never heard of. I read the information Rover.com had on the internet and was impressed with their philosophy and their business. We then looked for caretakers affiliated with Rover.com in our area and found 3 that were close by and seemed to be the type of people we would feel comfortable leaving our pets with and one that we would also consider giving access to our home. That person was Stacy T. Her background, written comments on her profile, and her long experience were an excellent match for the type of pet care we were looking for. We quickly arranged an in-person meeting and were even more impressed with her professionalism as well as her obvious love of dogs. Stacy was easy to talk to, and she answered our questions clearly. We were particularly interested in how she would handle an emergency since we would be traveling out of state, and we were very impressed with her answer. Stacy also asked us questions that indicated to us that she knew what to find out about the pets, and us, before agreeing to do the care. After talking with her, we decided to go on a walk with Casey and Zoe. She was quick to see how they behaved and how to let them have fun but also keep them out of potential harm. After the meeting, we were comfortable that Stacy was trust-worthy both for our pets and for our home while we were away on a trip, so we contracted her to come in to our home a few times a day to care for Casey and Zoe, as well as to walk them around the neighborhood daily, weather permitting. We then went on the trip we had planned. We kept in touch with Stacy and received pictures, comments, and questions. There were no issues. When we came home, Casey and Zoe were happy to see us and obviously had been well cared for. The house was, if anything, in nicer condition than when we left. We will have no hesitation to ask Stacy to care for Casey and Zoe in the future. Our main concern is that she may not be available because she is so much in demand!”
20. Rachel B.
“Rachel was the BEST dog sitter I've ever had, and I've had many. She was attentive to my girls' needs from start to finish, and I was able to truly relax and enjoy my vacation. My Petunia is still looking for her to come home! She even saw things that I had forgot to mention, and did what needed to be done for the dogs. She gave my Pepper her meds daily and even administered their flea/tick preventatives when they were needed. I will DEFINITELY request Rachel again and hope to be able to hire her on an ongoing basis. Thanks Rachel!!!”
