We are so happy to have found great local assistance for our cats while away on vacation! It was our first time using Rover, and we couldn’t be more grateful. Carley was super communicative from the start, and proactive in arranging our meet and greet well ahead of our booking. After meeting her and seeing how easily the cats took to her, we felt confident in entrusting her with daily feedings, litter box cleanings, and general visit & play time. She has a lovely vibe and our cats were right at home with her. She’s very organized and accessible, takes notes and keeps specific details and needs of her bookings via spreadsheet. She’s consistent and thorough with the timing of her visits and reports. She gave them plenty of attention, treats, catnip, and provided the daily dose of socialization that I’m certain the cats appreciated very much! They were their typical friendly and contented selves when we got back, and I’m sure they look forward to seeing Carley again before too long. We loved receiving daily updates and photos, and treasure the sweet card she left us upon our return. Carley went above and beyond! The hardest part of travel is being away from our cats and the peace of mind of knowing they are well looked after by someone nearby, trustworthy and reliable is priceless to us. We look forward to booking Carley again for our upcoming trips! Carley—Thank you so much for taking such great care of Nino and Teddy, and all the other pets you take time for! :)

Thank you for the wonderful care you gave to our pups. Both were happy and healthy when we returned. The house was also immaculate. I hope to have Carley in our home for each of our travels.

Carley took excellent care of our furry baby while we were at an event. Knowing Aja was in good hands made it easier to enjoy the show. Carley brought her own pup over for a playdate which Aja thoroughly enjoyed. She spent many minutes looking around house for them when we got home! Thanks Carley! We'll definitely see you again.

Great communication with us while we are away. Loved the pictures daily and took great care of our pets, especially our people aggressive dog. Will continue to book again in the future.

Carley was amazing! While she was watching my dog, he had a few unexpected behavior problems, and she handled it extremely well and worked with me over the phone to find a solution that worked for her and my dog. She was very accommodating and flexible, and I trusted her with my dog completely.

Carley was the perfect house sitter for our large dog Moose. She frequently communicated with us while watching our dog, and sent many pictures. Moose also loved her. His ears now perk up if we mention her name!
