Two of our furries have special needs and we were so glad to have found her especially when one of them ended up needing to go to the vet. Bre alerted us right away that something was wrong and made sure she kept us informed of his progress. She went above and beyond to make sure our boy was cared for. Bre also sent great pictures with updates every day of all three of our fuzzies. They had so much fun with her and our cat, who hates everyone, snuggled right up with her. The house was left tidied, house plants didn't perish, and mail was stacked neatly. We will be hiring Bre again! 😀”

I can offer drop-ins between 12:00–1:00 PM, quick walks, and evening visits. I am most flexible with weekend and evening care, with opportunities for overnight stays when local (Milford, Hopedale, Mendon). I’ll mix regular walks, play, and training reinforcement to match each dog’s needs. I maintain consistent ritual cues (feeding times, potty breaks, naps) and share updates via text and photos! I treat every dog as a member of the family, providing a safe, loving environment with supervision, comfortable space, and appropriate exercise. I tailor activities to each dog’s temperament and energy level, and I monitor for any dietary or GI sensitivities as I do with my own dog. I’ll follow any essential specific instructions necessary, any information on behavior / temperament is helpful to me!

About: I have a Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science and four years of hands-on experience working in both a veterinary clinic and a dog kennel/daycare. I’m currently a first-year veterinary student at Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine, continuing to build my knowledge and skills in animal health and behavior. I’m comfortable administering medications, including injectable medications such as insulin, and have experience caring for dogs with behavioral challenges, including dog-aggressive dogs. My own dog has these challenges, so I understand the importance of patience, proper handling, and creating a safe environment for every pet. For overnight stays, I provide a calm, comfortable environment and make sure pets receive plenty of attention, exercise, and supervision. For drop-in visits and walks, I follow each pet’s individual routine and instructions, including feeding, medications, bathroom breaks, and exercise needs. With four years of veterinary clinic and dog daycare experience, along with my current veterinary education, I’m comfortable recognizing changes in behavior or health and handling a variety of personalities and needs. I also have experience with dogs who may be reactive or aggressive toward other dogs, so I take introductions, walks, and environmental safety seriously. My goal is for every pet to feel safe and cared for while their owner is away.
