About: I work from home and would love to hangout with your pets! I’ve always had pets in the home from cats to birds to dogs. I have had a ten year old cat who had diabetes so I’m trained in injections and medications. My dogs back in Texas are pit bulls so I’m used to large lovable doggies :) I currently have a one year old golden doodle who loves to play with friends! I work from home so pets don’t go unattended and always have someone to hangout with. I am free most weekends and my significant other is also home to help out with high energy pups. :) I have walking trails around my apartment and wooded areas out back. My partner and I love to go on walks when weather permitting and would love to take your furry friend with us.

About: Looking for a family who will love your pup like he was their own while you’re away? You’ve found us! We love our furbabies and are always delighted to have company over! Your pup will get plenty of attention, reserved just for them. In addition to letting the pups enjoy each other’s company, we do brushing, treat time, one on one play time, and lots of just “hanging out” on the couch. I grew up with dogs always around me. I have had experience with dogs of all sizes and personalities, from Chihuahua to great dane, separation anxiety to squirrel chasers. My interests have led to a solid understanding of dog behavior. We will not allow fighting, just playing. We take great care of, and pay close attention to all furbabies and their interactions with each other when they enter our home. I enjoy working with, training, playing, and snuggling with the pups, and I teach my children how to do the same. Your pup will have almost 24/7 supervision while they are with us. I will happily sleep with them on the couch or the giant beanbag if they seem anxious or upset during their stay. My husband works from home, as do I most days, so they are guaranteed to have almost constant company. We have playmates and snuggle buddies aplenty, gates to block off sections of the house as needed for feeding, play style, treat time, etc. A lovely neighborhood for our walks, and a large fenced in area for the pups to play outside safely. A little bit about the pups who call us their people: Delilah is very tolerant of her furry friends – especially the puppies! Mostly, she prefers to watch the happenings from a favorite spot on the couch, and sleep – a lot! Isabel is an easy-going little girl. She likes to play with her friends but is mostly content to just be by her people. Blu is an exuberant, happy-go-lucky guy who loves to play. He is not a dominate personality even when another dog challenges him. He just wants to play! I’m free from 6am-11pm on weekdays! I do work full-time but my boss is lenient and he’d have no problem with me tending to your furry friends! I personally have 5 dogs in a non-fenced in yard but they are all very well trained. I would prefer to keep your animals in the comfort of their own home though due to my dogs being very playful, if your dogs are comfortable being in a high-energy setting it would be no problem but they don’t need added stress from my rowdy bunch.

Back home, I had friends and family begging me to go on vacation so they could dog sit my dog, but here, without knowing too many people, finding a dog sitter was a really difficult ordeal. Thankfully, Rover and other apps helped, especially when I was able to travel again. I'm looking to help out in the same way this app and others helped me. I live in a large home with my wife Kelly, two dog friendly cats, and a very chill dog of our own. Pearl and Boy are our orange kitties and Candy is a 55lb brown lab mix. Candy and I used to be a certified therapy animal team when we had more time on our hands. All three animals love company (mostly human company but other animals are more than welcome, too) so your pet will definitely not be alone while you're away between us five. We do have a fenced-in yard and all dogs are welcome to roam the entire house - especially if you also allow that in your home. But if your animal needs their own space, we have a loft area, the yard, and various dog beds to decompress throughout the house. The old owners of our home used to be dog breeders and the home came with amenities specifically catered to hosting dogs. While we don’t and won’t breed ourselves, these features of the home make a great dog-friendly home for any pet while you’re away! We both work full time but Kelly is home three days a week and I’m home the other two. Typically my day revolves around when I should take the dogs out anyway. Usually one walk around 7am, another around noon, another around 5 when I get back and one before bed. How we care for your pet will be completely up to you and how you normally care for them. The goal is to keep the disruption of a routine to a minimum while treating your dog to a change of scenery and a new friend

About: I have been with rover, dog bording, since 2018. I love animals, they are my favorite. I pet every dog I see. I have also been around animals my whole life. When I was younger I had a dog named rocky, he was a cocker spaniel and a beagle mix, I had him for 13 years. When we had to put him down part of my soul left, he was my best friend. I know what its like to love your beautiful animals, through hard times they are always there for us. They are all created with beautiful souls, we are so lucky to have something like that by our sides. With that being said, I would love to take in your pet as if it were my own.
