About: I’ve owned and have taken care of multiple animals throughout the years! From house animals to some animals. I love our furry friends! :) . I’m working a part-time job currently where I work every other weekend, I’ll be able to stop in throughout the day on the days I do and don’t work! I have 2 friendly dogs, 2 friendly cats, a rabbit and a rooster! I keep them all safe and healthy, and I have a great bond with them!

I have had a ten year old cat who had diabetes so I’m trained in injections and medications. My dogs back in Texas are pit bulls so I’m used to large lovable doggies :) I currently have a one year old golden doodle who loves to play with friends! I work from home so pets don’t go unattended and always have someone to hangout with. I am free most weekends and my significant other is also home to help out with high energy pups. :) I have walking trails around my apartment and wooded areas out back. About: I am a lifelong pet owner and lover of animals who grew up with a lot of pets. I’ve walked and cared for dogs of all kinds and all ages, from twin toy chihuahuas to my 145-lb Newfoundland/Saint Bernard mix. I have love and respect for all animals and I especially love taking care of and traveling with my senior cat of 7 years and bff, Ducky. About: I’ve helped dog-sit my neighbor’s pups over the last 10 years and have loved every encounter with them. I recently lost my best friend (border collie mutt) of 13 years, and am looking to help any other owners out!! I love running with dogs, so if you have an energetic one that needs exercise I am happy to help! I am also comfortable walking, playing, stopping in, feeding, conducting potty breaks, and spending the night with all pets! I could stop by once or twice a day (‘depending) to make sure your pet(s) are well and everything is running smoothly. For example, I just wrapped up pet sitting for someone I know in the area & she gave me a spare key for her place. This is just what made sense & what she was comfortable with at the time. She left some realistic instructions for me & all went well. It was a win-win situation. You just need help with dog walking? I am happy to consider that as well!
About: Looking for holiday or long term sits. I love taking walks and showing love. I've grown up with animals and I've also provided pet sitting for the past couple years. When I was younger I used to ask neighbors if they would "let me" walk their dog. I definitely give pets the attention they want...to the extent that I put off homework and could just spend my whole life petting animals. ; ). Recently I've cared for a dog with IVDD issues that has now recovered during my care. I am available weekdays and weekends. . . I am currently on a remote and shift volunteer type work schedule, leaving me flexible and available for your animal’s routines. . . I can play in the yard with the pal or take them to a fenced in dog park in the area to let their energy out.
About: We’ve had a family puppy for as long as I can remember! My brother and I do lots of volunteering between nearby shelters and we also do watch other dogs. My aunt has two German Shepards and a pit-bull that I watch quite often so I have experience with bigger dogs as well. I’m currently working a full time job from 8:30-4:30 PM, M-F. I can watch a dog any day during the week and or overnight as long as they can go that long without potty breaks! If the house is nearby I can go on my lunches to let the pets out :) We currently have an electric fence and colar for our puppy and are very cautious any time letting him out. This can be helpful if you have a new pet or routine you want to go over with your sitter.
Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your sitter interacts with your pet or the new environment.
During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Meet & Greets are a great way to prepare your pet and sitter for longer stays or first-time bookings. Read our tips for your first Meet & Greet .
sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
