We did a quick meet and greet at their home and I instantly knew I’d be trusting my guy with them. Just really wonderful people and they clearly love the animals they take care of. And they sure took care of mine! I got lots of pictures and updates over the weekend, and Ding looked so happy in all of them. He really hit it off with their dog Sonic! “My pups loved their weeklong stay with Janelle (and Kevin!)! Janelle went above and beyond with my somewhat “special needs” and raw fed dogs (a puppy and a CHF dog with a strict medication administration routine). Despite a week of nasty humid and stormy weather, Janelle managed to get them outside to play when it cleared up, but they were also content snuggling or napping. I was sent daily reports and pictures. My dogs usually take a bit to warm up to strangers, but this was not the case with Janelle- they were immediately comfortable and returned home happy and well fed. This is the second time with her and I won’t trust anyone else to care for them moving forward!”

About: We’ve had a family puppy for as long as I can remember! My brother and I do lots of volunteering between nearby shelters and we also do watch other dogs. My aunt has two German Shepards and a pit-bull that I watch quite often so I have experience with bigger dogs as well. I’m currently working a full time job from 8:30-4:30 PM, M-F. I can watch a dog any day during the week and or overnight as long as they can go that long without potty breaks! If the house is nearby I can go on my lunches to let the pets out :) We currently have an electric fence and colar for our puppy and are very cautious any time letting him out. I will give the same care for your puppy any time I am around it!

About: Hello my name is Justin L, I am 39 years, single, no kids and work full time. I lost my dog about 5 years ago and it was very hard to deal with. I am not ready to commit to another one yet, so I figured I might as well get my dog fix by helping others out on their vacation or their busy schedules. “I had to leave town last weekend and decided to see what boarding my dog Ding with somebody from Rover might be like. I hit the jackpot when I decided to reach out to Roman and Suzanne. Right from the get go they were extremely responsive and had the answers to all my questions. And so friendly! We did a quick meet and greet at their home and I instantly knew I’d be trusting my guy with them. Just really wonderful people and they clearly love the animals they take care of. And they sure took care of mine! I got lots of pictures and updates over the weekend, and Ding looked so happy in all of them. He really hit it off with their dog Sonic! The weekend flew by and after an easy pickup (they really made everything so easy!) Ding and I were back home. He totally crashed out after a fun weekend with his new friends. Cant recommend Roman and Suzanne and family enough! I’ll definitely be reaching out to for another upcoming weekend trip :) Thanks so much!”

“Taya was absolutely amazing with Travis! She was very responsive and sent us pictures of our pup throughout his stay. She is so kind, and sweet! You can definitely tell she is passionate about what she does and treats all the pets that stay with her, as she would her own! We could Travis was so happy staying with her, and enjoyed being able to socialize with the other dogs. I would highly recommend Taya to anyone that is trying Rover out. This was my first experience using Rover, and first time leaving my 7 month old puppy. Overall the experience was great and I felt a lot less anxious knowing Travis was in great hands!!”

“My pups loved their weeklong stay with Janelle (and Kevin!)! Janelle went above and beyond with my somewhat “special needs” and raw fed dogs (a puppy and a CHF dog with a strict medication administration routine). Despite a week of nasty humid and stormy weather, Janelle managed to get them outside to play when it cleared up, but they were also content snuggling or napping. I was sent daily reports and pictures. My dogs usually take a bit to warm up to strangers, but this was not the case with Janelle- they were immediately comfortable and returned home happy and well fed. This is the second time with her and I won’t trust anyone else to care for them moving forward!”
