Hi there! I grew up in a household where the family business was dog hair and dedication—my parent is a professional AKC dog handler, so I’ve been around show dogs and working breeds my whole life. I have hands-on experience with large breeds, especially working dogs, and know how to keep them happy, safe, and engaged. By day, I’m an elementary school teacher and equestrian coach—which means I’m very patient, love a good routine, and I’m no stranger to cleaning up messes and handing out treats! My real passion is showing horses, but animals of all kinds have always been part of my world. Whether your pup needs a walk, some playtime, or a little extra TLC, I bring a calm, confident presence and a whole lot of love to every visit.

Your pet’s safety is my top priority. I’m always thinking two steps ahead—whether it’s double-checking gates, watching for signs of stress, or anticipating how a dog might react in a new situation. I believe pets are happiest and most confident in their own familiar environments, which is why I prefer to care for them in-home whenever possible. My goal is to keep your pet feeling secure, calm, and cared for at all times.

Michelle was a fantastic dog walker and a huge help while I was away on a work trip. I hired her to assist my mom with taking care of my dog, Lucy, and it worked out perfectly. Michelle was incredibly friendly and easy to work with from the start. Lucy absolutely loved her afternoon walks with Michelle, and it was clear she looked forward to them every day. Michelle was also very communicative—she kept us updated about how things were going and let us know right away if there were any small issues with Lucy. One of my favorite parts was receiving the afternoon photo after each walk. It was such a nice touch and gave me peace of mind while I was away. Michelle was reliable, thoughtful, and great with Lucy. I’d definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and trustworthy dog walker.

I currently have availability in the evening and weekends. I am an elementary teacher so starting in June I will have more availability during the week!
