“Alyssa was a great friend to our dog Max. We were able to be away and not worry About home and our pet. We would highly suggest Alyssa to anyone Needing a pet sitter. Very considerate”

“When I returned home, everything was exactly, exactly as I had left it and the cats and special needs dog invited me to take another vacation soon so they could have Suraya back.”

“Natasha communicated very clearly with me throughout the two days. She followed all directions (beddings and key, door, food) and was very punctual. She sent me pictures of Mimi and left a very nice note. I recommend her warmly.”

About: I have been around dogs my whole life, whether it’s my own or volunteering at dog shelters. Along with house sitting and babysitting as well. I am a college student so I am back for breaks and have a basically completely open schedule. I am free for whatever needs come about. I make sure they are well exercised, whether that means playing with them or going for a walk no matter the weather they will be taken care of. Along with the other things like feeding and grooming if needed.
About: I have over eight years of experience caring for pets of all kinds—different breeds, sizes, temperaments, and ages. From energetic puppies to senior pets requiring extra TLC, I’m comfortable adapting to each animal's unique needs. I’m also experienced in administering oral and topical medications safely and confidently. In addition to pet sitting, I worked as a professional dog bather for a year, which gave me hands-on experience handling dogs in high-energy environments. I currently work at The Pack as a dog care specialist, where I support dogs in group play, monitor behavior, and ensure their safety and well-being throughout the day. Whether it's daily walks, cuddle time, or more specialized care, I bring patience, attentiveness, and genuine love for animals to every visit! I work full-time, but my shifts are typically 5–6 hours a day, which gives me plenty of flexibility to provide pet care before and/or after work. I’m available for morning, evening, and some midday visits depending on the day. On my days off, I’m fully available for walks, drop-ins, or extended stays. When caring for your pets, I treat their space with the same respect and care as I would my own. I follow all instructions closely—whether it’s feeding schedules, medication routines, or house rules—to ensure your pet feels safe, comfortable, and stress-free in their familiar environment. I prioritize safety at all times by keeping a close eye on pets during walks or playtime, making sure doors and gates are secure, and monitoring for any signs of stress or illness. Building trust with both pets and their people is incredibly important to me, and I take that responsibility seriously. I keep you updated with photos and messages so you always feel reassured and connected while you're away, knowing your pet is in caring and capable hands!
“Alexis was a great sitter! She responded right away and helped us out last minute. She sent some great pictures and videos of the puppy as well as getting all his energy out and training him. Very thankful and had a great experience with her.”

“Jessica was so great with our ladies. She was very good at keeping me posted on how everyone was doing with photos and updates! Our house was just as we left it when we arrived back home, and pets seem very happy! Thank you Jessica! We’ll definitely be working with you again.”

“It was great having Skyler watch our dog! He was very well cared for and looks like he got lot of love. Skyler spent a lot of time with our pup which was a plus as well. They left our house clean and followed all the instructions we left for our dog. We got updates with pictures while we were away as well. We would absolutely recommend Skyler and would love to rebook with them next time we need someone to house sit.”

“Tyler stayed at our house for a week with our puppy. He left everything just as he found it and was very dependable! We loved the daily updates and pictures! Would definitely recommend!”

About: I’m currently a graduate student at UW and looking for some pet-sitting opportunities—especially with dogs! I’ve been dog-sitting for about 6 years, mostly helping out friends and family. Now that I’ve recently moved to Madison, I’m excited to meet some new pups (and their people!) in the area. ***I currently live in Madison, WI but am looking to pet sit while I am home on break in Grand Rapids, MI. I am available Wed-Friday over Thanksgiving and from Dec 20-Jan 9*** I grew up with both Labradors and a Yorkie, so I’m comfortable caring for dogs of all sizes and personalities. I really miss my dogs back home, so I’m hoping to spend some quality time with furry friends here in Madison. Whether it’s walks, playtime, or cozy hangouts, I’ll treat your pets like my own! My weekends are when I have the largest availability as I am a full-time graduate student. Pet sitting Thursday-Sunday or Monday is my ideal timeline but I am definitely open to week long care if I am able to make it work with my class schedule. I would prefer to watch the dog in your home as I rent my current home and it does not allow animals. However, when at your home I will make sure your pup is always happy and all of their needs are met. In terms of safety, I will always have them on a leash or in a gated area when needed.

“Justin is an excellent communicator & just an all-around great guy. He texted us regular updates including pictures of his activities with Dori. We will certainly have him back if he is available.”

About: I've taken care of my dog and family and friends dogs for many years. I even volunteered in an animal shelter for awhile as well! I currently run a small handmade business from my space. I spend a lot of time outdoors with my own dog, we like to run, play fetch, chase squirrels, and spend time treat training. I make sure a walk and quality time are prioritys with animals. I do not take dogs into my living space as I live with friends currently and on the road at times, so I prefer to go to your home and location. I'm very flexible! :)
“Kelli was amazing with our pets! I knew right away she would be a great fit because our dogs and cats can be very shy, and they immediately felt at ease with her. Which of course put me at ease. She was punctual, and gave us the exact level of communication we were hoping for. She even cleaned before heading out! 10/10 cannot recommend her enough! We will be using her services for sure in the future.”

“We couldn’t have been more pleased with our experience with Natalie. It was our first time booking through Rover so we were a little nervous, but Natalie’s strong consistent communication and clear experience dog/housesitting put us at ease. The daily pictures and updates gave us piece of mind on our trip away, and we came home to a clean house and a very happy puppy!”

“Michelle took such amazing care of our two big pups and cat while we were away for a week. The day we left, we noticed one of our dogs was limping, which obviously caused some stress on our way out. However, Michelle went above and beyond to figure out what was causing the problem, pick up meds from the vet, and even soak his paw to remove anything stuck in the pad and reduce swelling. We couldn't have asked for a more kind, compassionate and communicative pet/house sitter! We definitely hope to be able to book her for future vacays!”

“Kevin was great. He came for a meet and greet and my dog loved him. My dog seemed very comfortable with him. He communicated well and sent me updates and pictures of my dog while I was away. I would definitely book with him again.”
