About: Growing up, family friends and school teachers would often ask me to pet/house sit their fur babies as they knew how much I care about the well-being of all animals. I understand that a lot of pets do not easily trust others, for me this is important in being able to give an animal their space and respecting their boundaries. I make sure to take my time with getting to know each pet I care for. I also have experience caring for birds and rodents 🤗 I am currently working from home part time and am available to provide frequent potty breaks and frequent play. I have my own dog who i take to a nearby park twice a day in addition to several short breaks throughout the day. I have plenty of apartment space for play and have my own dog to keep your baby company while they are visiting. I also let animals on my furniture so they can really feel at home and comfortable.

About: I’ve had dogs and cats since birth! I love to give attention and love to fur babies, they deserve it all. Spending time with pets is like spending time with family! Getting in some good walks and spending time with animals is beneficial for me too, keeping me in shape both physically and mentally while also helping to take care of some good boys and girls. I always make sure that pets feel safe and cared for by ensuring they have food, water, and the ability to play. I am very diligent in keeping spaces clean and secure as well, and would ensure that doors are locked and nothing dangerous is left out. Since I plan to walk some animals, I think it’s important to note I obey all traffic laws and would ensure the safety of your pet.

About: I have been a dog owner for over ten years now. Although my pets no longer live with me in New York (they are with my parents) I know how to care for them and meet their specific needs. I believe that it is important for dogs to receive the proper exercise and play necessary for them to live happy and healthy lives. I also think it is very important for dogs to play as it keeps them alert and sharp as they grow older. Essentially I would treat a stranger's dog just as well as I would treat my own and ensure that they are well cared for. As a plus: I can also take of cats, I've had several of them myself and apply the same policy that I have with dogs.

About: I’ve owned cat since I was 10 years old and I’ve helped friends and families with small to medium sized dogs all my life. I am good at reading both cat and dog body languages. I’ve taken care of many different pets of friends and families to know some of the different personalities different cats/dogs have and how to react. I am currently a proud mom of 2 cats and I regularly walk my coworkers dogs. I am currently working from home with very flexible schedule. Always make sure to reduce my presence for nervous pets and give them space. On my visits, my priority is making sure your home is safe and nothing poses danger to the pets if they moved anything. Making sure they have food and water, clean litter, making sure to lay eyes on them that they are not stuck or hurt.

About: My foster pet was just adopted, so in the interim I am looking for more cuddles and playtime! I am a seasoned dog and cat owner having grown up with both. I have experience with both younger and senior animals. If you choose me to be your sitter, I will make sure to work in quality time with your pet into my schedule. I can drop in before work, lunch time, or after work. My weekends are much more flexible. I will work hard to ensure that your pets are comfortable in their own space while you’re away. I will ensure that they receive the proper care and stimulation that they need, while also ensuring that they get lots of pets and cuddles to keep them emotionally fulfilled.

About: I’ve taken care of my dog since we got her and often watch my friend’s dogs, walking and caring for them. I also helped train my dog when we got her as a puppy. I am on summer break right now, so my schedule is pretty free all summer. I am available for house sitting all week, including weekends. I can feed, walk and play with your pets and make sure they are getting the best care possible. I can also crate them if needed.

Whether your dog pulls hard on leash, freezes at loud sounds, or just needs a slow, steady walk to feel safe, I’ve got them covered. I treat every dog like they’re my own. Right now I’m job hunting after finishing my Master’s, and I’m also training for an ultramarathon, which means I’m already outside walking most days anyway. My schedule is super flexible, especially during weekdays, and I’m happy to work around your routine. Whether your dog needs a mid-morning walk, an afternoon adventure, or something regular a few times a week, I’ll do my best to make it work. I take safety seriously and know how important it is to build trust with both you and your dog. I always walk with awareness of our surroundings, avoid known triggers, and give each dog the space and pace they need. I don’t rush walks or push nervous dogs into situations they’re not ready for. If your dog needs to be crated, towel-dried, or just reassured at the door before heading out, I’ve got it covered. I treat your dog and home with the same care I give my own.
