About: Growing up, family friends and school teachers would often ask me to pet/house sit their fur babies as they knew how much I care about the well-being of all animals. I understand that a lot of pets do not easily trust others, for me this is important in being able to give an animal their space and respecting their boundaries. I make sure to take my time with getting to know each pet I care for. I also have experience caring for birds and rodents 🤗 I am currently working from home part time and am available to provide frequent potty breaks and frequent play. I have my own dog who i take to a nearby park twice a day in addition to several short breaks throughout the day. I have plenty of apartment space for play and have my own dog to keep your baby company while they are visiting. I also let animals on my furniture so they can really feel at home and comfortable.

About: I absolutely love animals and will typically say "hello" to dogs before people. I adopted and cared for a heeler rescue pup in college but she sadly stayed with my ex after our relationship ended. I also had a hairless Chinese Crested dog as a kid. I've lived in Portland for 5 years and frequently pet sit for my friend’s puppies, dogs and cats. I have a calming demeanor and my friends say I am their pets favorite person! I've helped multiple friends train their dogs who are reactive on leashes, territorial at home, potty working on training and generally anxious. I am about to start grad school for clinical mental health counseling and will have a flexible schedule as it is online. I enjoy getting out for walks, hikes and trail runs and would love to take your dog on a walk or stop in and visit your pets during the day. I have years of experience taking care of pets and working with leash reactive dogs. I will work with you to understand exactly what is needed to ensure your pet is emotionally and physically safe.

About: I’ve been around dogs my whole life. I grew up with them, and I’ve had my own dog for the past five years and my cat for thirteen. I genuinely love getting to know each animal’s personality and building trust with them over time. My dog is anxious and reactive, so I have a lot of hands-on experience with pups who need extra patience, space, and structure. I’m used to spotting triggers early, avoiding stressful situations, and adjusting the pace to match what your dog needs that day. Whether your dog pulls hard on leash, freezes at loud sounds, or just needs a slow, steady walk to feel safe, I’ve got them covered. I treat every dog like they’re my own. Right now I’m job hunting after finishing my Master’s, and I’m also training for an ultramarathon, which means I’m already outside walking most days anyway. My schedule is super flexible, especially during weekdays, and I’m happy to work around your routine. Whether your dog needs a mid-morning walk, an afternoon adventure, or something regular a few times a week, I’ll do my best to make it work. I take safety seriously and know how important it is to build trust with both you and your dog. I always walk with awareness of our surroundings, avoid known triggers, and give each dog the space and pace they need. I don’t rush walks or push nervous dogs into situations they’re not ready for. If your dog needs to be crated, towel-dried, or just reassured at the door before heading out, I’ve got it covered. I treat your dog and home with the same care I give my own.

“Sabrina and Daniel were great walkers for our dog Winston! They were easy to communicate with and were very helpful. Will definitely use them again!”

About: From huskies to house cats--I bond with them all! I love animals and connecting with them, making sure they are happy and cared for. I am very comfortable with cats and have lots of experience with large, high-energy dogs like huskies, boxers, retrievers, and labs as well as smaller dogs and dogs and cats that are anxious. I have years of experience watching both cats and dogs for friends and roommates, including making sure animals are walked, fed, played with and loved when roommates have been out of town. I'm experienced with training puppies and rescues and would be more than happy to do this for your dog. I'm also very active and love to play with animals with toys in fun and creative ways to tire them out and keep them entertained. I'm passionate about understanding animal behavior and creating relationships with animals where they can learn and grow, and play is a great way of doing this. I'm also communicative in only positive and gentle ways, and will happily adopt whichever signals your animal understands best. I am also impeccably clean and tidy, leaving spaces cleaner than I found it. I'm reliable, communicative, and punctual. My schedule is very flexible and open as I have a part-time work from home job. I'm available any day or the week and happy to work with you on the schedule you and your animal needs for short-term or ongoing care. I'm adaptive to each individual animal. My number one priority when taking care of any animal is making them feel safe by taking care of their essential needs and giving them lots of love.

About: As a Bichon owner myself, I understand the importance of gentle care, routine, and lots of love! I’m experienced with small breeds, and I’m especially patient with both playful puppies and slower-moving seniors. Transitioning to part-time work to create more balance in my life and dedicate extra time to my passion for pet care. This shift allows me to provide attentive, high-quality care to pets while continuing to contribute meaningfully in my professional role. Pet care is part of my every day. I know how important routine, love, and belly rubs are! Whether in my home or yours, I provide consistent, loving care tailored to your pet’s routine. I prioritize their comfort, safety, and emotional well-being—while keeping communication open with daily updates.

About: Hi there! I'm a lifelong animal lover and proud guardian to a sweet senior cat who’s been by my side for nearly 20 years. I raised her from a kitten along with her three wonderful littermates, who are now watching over us. Over the years, I've had the honor of caring for countless animals, not just in my own home, but through volunteer work at various animal shelters, where I’ve worked with both cats and dogs of all ages and personalities. Fostering has also been a big part of my life—I’ve opened my home to many different dogs, each with their own quirks and needs. Whether it’s helping a shy pup come out of their shell or giving an energetic dog the chance to stretch their legs, I tailor every experience to what makes them happy. One of my favorite things to do is take dogs on little "field trips"—outings designed just for them! Whether it’s a quiet nature walk, a new sniff spot, or a pup cup pit stop, I love creating mini adventures that make tails wag. Your pets will be treated like family in my care—with compassion, patience, and plenty of love. I understand the deep bond we have with our animals, and I’m here to offer you peace of mind while you’re away. Let’s chat about how I can help your furry family feel safe, happy, and loved! I’m funemployed and loving it—spending my days enjoying life and caring for furry friends and family! With years of experience as a pet parent, shelter volunteer, and foster, I offer compassionate, personalized care with plenty of love (and belly rubs!). Your pet’s happiness is my top priority. Please note that, in addition to the resident 20 year old cat, I occasionally have a foster dog in my home. I will confirm at the time of booking. Day Care drop offs typically starting at 8am, but can be flexible as needed. Boarding: I will typically take only 1 dog for boarding, but will accept multiple dogs from the same family. I have a cozy home with a small, unfenced yard (can be gated for smaller pets) and easy access to several nearby parks for fun walks and outdoor time. Comfortable with crating as needed, and always focused on keeping your pet safe, happy, and loved!

About: I genuinely love spending time with animals and treat every pet like they’re my own. What sets me apart is my calm, patient energy and attention to each pet’s unique personality and needs. I’ve cared for senior pets who need extra gentleness and routine, as well as energetic dogs who love playtime and long walks. I’m also mindful of special diets, medications, and behavioral quirks. I focus on making pets feel safe, loved, and understood while giving owners peace of mind. Pet care fits naturally into my daily and weekly routine because I’m flexible and organized. I make sure to set aside dedicated time each day for walks, play, feeding, and any special care your pet needs. Whether it’s a quick visit or an overnight stay, I’m committed to being consistent and attentive to your pet’s schedule and needs. I keep pets safe and comfortable by carefully following your instructions and securing your home. I supervise pets closely during visits and respect your space. Clear communication and trust are my priorities to ensure your pet feels calm and well cared for while you’re away.

About: I am studying zoology as an undergraduate student, but my love for animals has spanned my whole life. I started caring for pets in my neighborhood in elementary school, and since then, I have continued to care for the pets of neighbors and family friends. I have experience with dogs big or small, whether that be walking, sitting, playing, and some training (which I am working to improve via clubs in college). I have cat sitting experience and would love to expand my cat care skillset. I have had bigger dogs all my life and know how to love, handle, & play with them, even through their senior years. I am home for the summer from college so I have plenty of free time to walk & care for your pets - any time should work for me! At my home, I have a gated & fenced yard with plenty of room to play, a dog door, and one friendly chocolate lab to keep your pet company. Otherwise, I am free all summer to come over and would love to keep your pet company.
