About: Along with a lifetime of owning and loving my own pets, I spent five years working at a veterinary clinic and I’m extremely comfortable handling animals of all sizes, personalities, and energy levels. That experience taught me how to read behavior, stay calm, and make sure animals feel safe and cared for. I’m patient, compassionate, and confident working with pets who may be shy, energetic, or still learning. Being around animals has been a big part of my daily life for years, and I truly enjoy giving them the attention and care they need. I’m currently between jobs, which means I have plenty of time and flexibility to focus fully on your pet’s needs. Whether it’s walks, playtime, feeding, or just keeping them company, I’m able to build my day around their routine so they get consistent attention and care. When I’m caring for pets in a client’s home, I focus on keeping their routine as familiar and comfortable as possible. I follow your feeding schedule, walk times, and any special instructions you have. I make sure they get plenty of attention, playtime, and calm companionship so they feel secure while you’re away. I also keep the home tidy, check water, and send updates so you always know how your pet is doing. I have experience caring for pets who need medication or extra attention due to illness. My five years at a veterinary clinic gave me a lot of hands‑on exposure to animals with different medical needs, so I’m comfortable following instructions, staying calm, and making sure they get the care they need to feel safe and happy.

She gives them their shots and pills and takes care of all their other little needs, and gives great updates through the visit cards. About: I have been taken care of dogs and cats for almost as long as I can remember. I have been a reliable person for friends and family when they need someone to watch their pets. I have the availability to stay at the house or just do daily drop ins. I am currently job hunting and available whenever I'm needed. I occasionally help my sister with her kids and a family friend clean her house, but I am able to work around those. I have the availability to keep your fur babies company overnight, for the day, or whatever is needed. I am open and know my schedule ahead of time.

About: I've cared for several dogs and cats for friends and family, from basic care to 24/7 care. Grew up around animals as my mom is a vet I'm currently working part time from home, so I can easily work from anywhere from a laptop. Will only need to leave to grocery shop and feed my own cat I much prefer it when pet owners leave a written set of instructions I can follow to the letter, ensuring only the best care for your fur baby(s) and allowing you peace of mind on your travels.

About: Hey my name is Jade. I’m a stay at home girlfriend looking for cats to spoil. I grew up with a handsome feline named Marometas (spanish for cartwheel) and am looking for cats to keep me (and my boyfriend) company. We’ve love to have cats of our own but unfortunately it’s just not in our budget therefore I decided to start cat sitting so we’d have an pet at home that we can love as our own. I’m currently a stay at home girlfriend and I do all the cooking on the weekend so during the week I’m pretty free. We are flexible to whatever your needs are just send me a message and we can work it out. I’m also willing to pet sit other small animals such as rabbits or reptiles. We live in a pet friendly apartment with access to a large grassy area and a dog park just for our community. All the dogs in the community are dna registered and occasionally we’d get other animals such as deer and rabbits that pop by. I have no pets and I plan on only hosting 1 pet at a time. We don’t have any house plants that could be hazardous to animals.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 10 years old, I had a shih-tzu that I raised and currently have an alaskan klee kai that is my soul dog. I LOVE both dogs and cats, they are such a light in this world. My friend and I used to dog sit for her neighbor once a month, and I dog walked for my neighbor every day for two years, as well as dog sat for her whenever she went on vacation! I know I may not have experience on this app specifically, but I have lots of experience in real life and I would be a great fit for your needs! I’m currently looking for a part time job so I can go back to college, and my friend suggested I check out rover, which I LOVE the idea of! I will also be moving to Lansing very soon! I can crate your animals if needed, take them on walks, feed and water them, play with them, snuggle on them, give them medication, whatever you need I can do as long as it’s safe to do it! About: I grew up on a dairy farm, and currently work as a dog groomer in Okemos! I’ve cared for animals all my life. This includes cows, pigs, dogs, cats, chickens, rabbits, ducks, guinea hens, sheep and I even have two geckos! I have shown cows and sheep at the county fair, so don’t worry if you have a large dog that likes to pull or play tug of war! I worked at an animal shelter dealing with dogs and cats of all sizes and temperaments. I hang out with my siblings often who also have dogs, a cane corso and two elkhound mixes, and we’ve had labs and pomeranians in the past. I have experience giving oral/topical medications to dogs, cats, sheep, and cows. I am also open to taking care of any other pets or farm animals you may have! I work 4-5 days a week at Dog Gone Fun in Okemos. If you have any questions at all, please feel free to ask! I have cared for a variety of dogs- different breeds, all ages, all temperaments. I grew up with dogs my whole life (among other animals), and I have learned a lot from my experiences about how to read an animals body language.

About: I grew up with golden retrievers and have watched neighbor’s pets since I was 14. I just recently graduated from veterinary school and am waiting to start my job. I can handle basic at home medical care for your pets and can catch signs of illness to bring to your attention. Your pets are in good hands! My class schedule changes daily, but I am available most afternoons during the week and am available most weekends. Please just let me know when care is needed and I will try to figure it out. I cannot board any animals as I have my own cat who can be wary of new animals in the home, but I am happy to stay at your home if needed.
