About: I have been a dog owner for as early as I can remember. I grew up with dogs and have always loved taking care of them. I am the proud owner of a Norwegian Elkhound named Luna. Luna gets along well with others and I take her to the dog park frequently. I am a very outdoorsy person and love taking my dog for walks and spending time with her!I live here in Seattle with my boyfriend who is also a very outdoorsy person. We love hiking together as well. The days alternate weekly so depending on the week I will have different availability. I will however always have Saturdays and Sundays off! I live in a one bedroom apartment in the Udistrict so I mainly walk my dog from my apartment to the park that is two blocks away. Will go multiple time a day.

About: ***So you want a housesitter?Please read carefully before booking. ***I have an 11lb Havanese in my home who will be w/me for housesitting and boarding assignments*** I live and work downtown (full-time remote). I can host your pet overnight in my home; stay overnight in your home if needed. Pop-in visits to provide breaks, walks, feeding if you live within a reasonable distance. I can also provide day care services. Very flexible and try to respond promptly bc we all have busy lives. I do not have a crate. Bringing your own crate is optional but not required. House broken/trained is preferred. I prefer to host 1 dog at a time. 2 dogs from the same household would be possible but prefer not to mix dogs from multiple households. ***Housesitting notice - I do have an 11lb Havanese puppy that would accompany me for overnight housesitting assignments. He's house-trained, does not shed and very friendly with people and other dogs.*** ***Boarding / House-sitting requests please note that I have a 1yr old 11lb Havanese in my home. Very social, friendly and playful. He gets along w/all people and dogs. He will also be w/me for any house-sitting bookings. House-trained and not destructive.*** I usually reply to requests within 10-20 min. If it's after 11 then the next morning. I work remote full-time Mon to Fri 8-5. Can do pop-in visits, walks and feedings as needed or on a set schedule that works best for your pet's current routine. Condo here and unfortunately do not have a yard but there are lots of green spaces near my condo at 10th and Mulberry. Space is over 1200 sq ft so plenty of room for your pet. ***I do have an 11 lb Havanese puppy that loves attention but is very smart and picks up on queues from other dogs. Shy and timid upon introduction and will play only if the other dog engages. Loves people and attention. My Havanese will be present for boardings and will accompany me for house-sitting bookings***

I have lots of availability, as caring for animals is my full-time job! For dog walking, I typically start in the morning around 8, and sometimes do evening walks as late as 9 or 10. These hours are flexible, so don’t be afraid to ask! I am not equipped to house pets in my apartment, but I am able to care for your companion(s) in the comfort of their own domain! I have had many animals in my care, both domestic and exotic. It is incredibly important to me that your pet feels safe, so I always let them guide our interactions. I pay close attention to body language and context clues to ensure their boundaries are upheld. I love to provide photo updates with each visit, and a brief description of how they are doing. All dogs will stay leashed outdoors unless in a secure and private fenced in yard. All cats will stay indoors unless harness trained or you have a catio. Safety first!

About: I currently don't have any pets of my own. In February 2025, my family and I sadly said goodbye to our beloved dog, Buddy, after 17 wonderful years together. I miss him deeply-our walks, cuddles, and the unconditional companionship he brought to my life every day. While Buddy will always hold a special place in my heart, Rover provides a meaningful opportunity for both pet owners and me. I can help families by providing dependable, loving care for their dogs, while also continuing to spend time with the animals I've loved my entire life. Caring for dogs fills a void left by losing Buddy and allows me to do something that brings me genuine joy. I've been caring for dogs since I was six years old. Having had dogs throughout my life and now into my mid-fifties, I understand how important it is to find someone who provides compassionate, loving, and trustworthy care. I know the peace of mind that comes from knowing your dog is safe, happy, and well cared for when you're away.
