Because of my professional schedule, my availability for pet care is primarily on Friday evenings, Saturdays, and Sundays during the day. I am available for walks, drop-in visits, pet sitting, and overnight care starting Friday evenings and throughout Saturdays. On Sundays, I am available during the day; however, I am generally unavailable for overnight stays on Sunday nights as I return to my full-time work schedule on Monday mornings. I believe in being transparent about my availability so pet owners can feel confident knowing exactly when I can provide my full attention, care, and commitment to their beloved companions. Trust, safety, and peace of mind are the foundation of the care I provide. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
