About: Friends and family never hesitate to call me when their fur babies need a sitter! I have experience in administering medications from pills to insulin to IVs in cats, but am very comfortable and have the ability to learn for dogs as well. I have recently moved to the area and have a free schedule for pets! I am available for dog walking Monday-Friday 7am-11am, with weekends from 6:30pm-9:30pm. I live in a gated apartment complex that is very close to many parks! I have 1 cat who is shy, but when comfortable is very sweet with other animals and loves extra company.

I don’t care about size, age, or breed—I genuinely love every animal I meet.** I’ve cared for pets at all stages of life, from playful puppies to senior and hospice dogs. One of my most fulfilling experiences was living in a home with five bulldogs—including a puppy, two seniors, and one on hospice. It was truly a dream come true. Last year, I rescued two baby birds who were being harassed outside and took them to a wildlife rehab center so they could heal and return safely to the wild. I’ve also grown up with pets of my own, including my childhood cat Mishah and two Shih Tzus, Coco and Cinnabon. I currently volunteer with a local rescue on weekends, helping dogs find loving forever homes, and I have hands-on experience working with rescue and reactive dogs. I’m patient, observant, and always tuned in to each animal’s unique personality and needs. I currently work remotely so my schedule is pretty flexible right now. Realistically as long as there’s AC and a high speed WiFi I can work from anywhere. I’m very meticulous and love a schedule. If there’s written reference material I love that as well. As someone with two “higher maintenance” dogs, I understand how important it is for our dogs to be on a schedule because I know that dogs find comfort in them as well.

I would give more than 5 stars if I could. I’ve used Hannah now for over a year and she is amazing! She follows any instructions left, plays with my cats, and sends great pictures during each stay which ease my mind when I’m away from home. I really appreciate her, and I highly recommend her!
This was my first time using Rover and I feel so lucky to have found Shelby to take care of my kitties! My two cats are like my children, so I was definitely worried leaving them. Shelby was so good about checking in with me and giving me updates. She took a TON of photos every visit which was even more reassuring. Shelby interacted so well with our kitties and showed genuine care for them. I will definitely be using Shelby again in the future.
Molly and her family are the best. They’ve been taking care of our cat Winnie for years, and we trust them completely. They love her like their own, and she’s always so happy to see them. They’ve even given her meds when needed and always go above and beyond. We’re so grateful to have them!
Eric is freaking amazing and my pups loved him! He came over for a meet and greet because I had concerns with my eldest dog and strangers(not fond of new people)... but surprisingly he was able to charm her! He has been a great help to our family and will now be our go-to dog provider! Highly recommended!!!
Preni was awesome in every way! She was so engaged and great at communicating from my first request to take Sammie out for a walk while we were visiting Las Vegas. Preni was very patient with Sammie who was a bit reluctant to go out in the rain! I highly recommend Preni and would definitely request her in the future!
We were extremely grateful for Cody’s help with our two small dogs this week. Cody followed through on his commitments to our pups. He walked them and gave belly rubs everyday. We were nervous to have a new person come in to help but the dogs loved his visits. We hope to use Cody again in the future.
