I work 2 days a week and with all my extra time I would want to make some new furry friends! I also have a energetic husky who loves new friends. I have 2 friendly dogs who love the company! About: From a very young age, I always wanted to be a veterinarian. Despite ultimately choosing a different position (education), I was able to spend one year while in high school working as a kennel attendant at a fast paced veterinarian clinic where I cared for dozens a pets boarding with us and assisted doctors with basic care tasks. Additionally, I have owned three cats in my life and three dogs, all being cared for and spoiled tremendously. Being a teacher, I’ve spent twenty years working in the structured, caring environment. and I bring that same patience and attention to every pet I care for. I understand that every dog (and cat!) has their own personality, routines, and needs and I take the time to get it right. Whether it’s a walk, drop-in visit, or overnight stay, I focus on making your pet feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while you’re away. I’m reliable, communicative, and I’ll always keep you updated with messages and photos so you have peace of mind. I’d love to meet you and your pet!” I work weekdays starting at 7am and am typically home before 3pm. I’m happy to board pets during the week as long as they’re comfortable being alone for that window of time. On weekends and holidays, I have full availability and can give your pet my complete attention. I’m also off during June and July, which allows for much more flexibility and extended care during the summer months. If your pet stays with me, they’ll be treated like family—getting plenty of walks, playtime, attention, and care throughout the day. Your pet will be treated like family at my place, with lots of love, attention, and care. I own my home in a quiet neighborhood with a small dog park and easy access to walking trails, so there are plenty of opportunities for safe walks, playtime, and fresh air.
