“Jen was excellent! She was always on time and provided us detailed feedback. We enjoyed the numerous photos she took! Jen went the extra mile to get to get to know our dog:) She is kind, compassionate, and trustworthy! We would definitely book her again!”

“Amazing duo! So grateful for them watching my pup, they took such good care of her, were super communicative and my dog loved them!! Can’t wait to have them come back”

“Jennifer was fantastic! She accepted a last minute booking when we were going to be out of town longer than expected. We really appreciated her on time arrival, and she stayed for the entire 30 minute drop in that we booked. Not only did she let our boy out to potty and administer the necessary meds as we asked, she made sure his food bowl was full and refreshed his water (tasks that we didn't even think to ask about, but she took care of for us anyway, SO THOUGHTFUL!!!) Thank you for taking wonderful care Winston!”

“Kathryn is amazing. Extremely attentive to my baby’s needs and super flexible with our schedule. Her communication goes beyond expectation and has made our experience of rover great!”

“Tina does an amazing job with our girl, Stevie. She’s thorough, fun, and so knowledgeable with dog care. We always know Stevie is taken care of and happy when she is with Tina. And Tina does a little training when she checks in on Stevie which is so great!”

“Laura is great! She arrives on time and my dog seems to love going with her. She is very helpful and knowledgeable about dogs. I couldn't recommend her more!”

“Joan is wonderful! She did weekly drop in visits with our dog and was always so communicative. It was clear through the pictures that our dog Beau was smiley, happy, and got plenty of exercise and cuddles when she was with him. She also was down to add extra days with relatively short notice too.”

“Heather was a great fit for our cat. She is good at reading body language and understanding when Zephyr wants attention vs has had enough. The communication was easy and great. I appreciated the details and photos on how Zephyr was doing. I would book with her again.”

About: Ask me about my foster dogs!! **meet & greet required for new clients** I’m a trained animal handler and current canine companion at DCHS, with certifications in Fear Free and LIMA. I love building trust with pets - especially helping shy dogs come out of their shell. I have experience with a wide range of temperaments and personalities. I’ve worked with dogs, cats, rabbits, and reptiles, and bring calm, respectful handling to every visit. My goal is to build a positive, lasting relationship with your pet. Overnight pet sitting with established clients only at this time. Please schedule a meet & greet 10 days in advance to be considered for overnight stays in your home. I am a freelance graphic designer and have a flexible schedule as I mostly work from home. I enjoy hiking & volunteering in my free time. I am happy to provide care for your animal where they are most comfortable, in their own home. Unless absolutely needed I will never enter private areas of a home. (Ex: bedrooms) and will care for your pets in common shared spaces (living room)

“Darby was so great! She let our three dogs out for a potty break after my dog just had surgery and took great care of him. She did a lot for my dog with him needing help using the bathroom and wearing post surgery clothes/cone. She was super loving and friendly with the dogs. Highly recommend!”

“Meghan and Jacob did an excellent job taking care of my two cats for three weeks! They communicated clearly, provided fun photos and updates, and made me feel comfortable knowing my pets were in great hands! I would definitely recommend them to others, and would book with them again in the future 😊”

“I’m really happy I picked Anna to look after my cats! She gave me peace of mind about leaving them while I was on vacation, knowing they’d be well cared for. I’d definitely ask her to watch them again in the future!”

About: Hi! I'm Hailey. I am totally obsessed with animals, despite being a healthcare worker. I'm currently a student nurse at the UW, but it doesn't mean I can't spend time with animals! In my profile, you'll see pictures of two yellow labs; these two are gone now, but I grew up with them, and they taught me so much about life and love. I have spent time volunteering with the DCHS, Heartland Farm Sanctuary (where you see the emus), and Feathered Friends. Most recently, I adopted a disabled kitty cat and a labrador rescued from a puppy mill. Both of them fulfill my life in ways I can't even begin to explain. Having worked in nursing and volunteered with animals, I am no stranger to compassionate care! Other than going to classes, my life revolves around my dog. She goes everywhere with me, and we exercise for at least an hour together every day. Every room of my house has a dedicated spot for her! Your pets would be treated no differently (unless that's what you want!) My partner and I maintain a child-free and drug-free home in a quiet neighborhood. Our home is peaceful and low-stress, perfect for any pup. As for walking, I always carry personal protective equipment (pepper spray, alarms, location trackers) to maintain safety. I alone will be your beloved pet's caretaker per Rover policy.

“Logan, I could never thank you enough for the love and care you give to my pups! I know I can count on you 100% each and every time! Clearly, they love being with you (and Brittney:) Wishing you and your family a Merry Christmas! 🎄”

About: Not only did I grow up with and currently have my own animals, but I’m an avid volunteer at the Dane County Humane Society. Young and old, big and small, healthy or not, I’ve loved them all! My household currently has a kitty and two rescue dogs. Before I start medical school next year, I’ll be working my 9-5 as a medical assistant. Ideally, I could provide house sitting services and evening care! I believe strongly in safety first. When out and about, I adhere to basic safety principles of pet care to prevent any high risk situations.

About: I’ve dog-sat for aunts and uncles since I was 16! I love dogs of all sizes and breeds :) big dogs have a special place in my heart because I used to show bullmastiffs when I was a kid! I work 3-4 days a week depending on my schedule. And I’m going back to school this fall. I am trying to save some money for a very expensive treatment that I’ve been trying to avoid so I’m doing what I can to make a little extra! I love our neighborhood and love being outside so I figured this is the perfect way to do that! My husband and I bought our house last November. We have a fenced in yard and an 8 month old chocolate lab puppy who LOVES other dogs and any opportunity to play with them! She will bark on occasion and when that happens, we just bring her inside because we don’t like to disturb our neighbors. She is allowed on the furniture when we invite her up so we don’t mind if you dog likes the couch! I would have the same respect for your house as I do my own!
