I have worked in conservation, with wildlife, and have volunteered at a dog & cat rescue, as well. I’ve raised birds, goats, pigs, rabbits, etc. Animal husbandry is a passion of mine. About: Hello, all. I have owned dogs and cats my whole life and am fascinated by them! I believe in giving excellent care to all animals that come my way. I originally wanted to be a vet but ended in wildlife biology. I've volunteered for shelters and rehabilitation for animals. I understand the love owners have for their pets and treat all like they're my own. I am a current graduate student with only a single class I need to attend. I can work from home, so that gives me plenty of time to take care of the pets I sit. I like to spend as much time as possible with the pets I watch. I feel that many pets become anxious when their owners leave, so I want to provide as much care for them as possible. I am currently in a small house with my little dog and cats. I work from home, so walks can happen regularly. I can crate your dog if needed, but roaming under my watchful eye is something I am more than willing to do.

About: I have experience pet-sitting dogs from spry puppies to gentle giants and everything in between! I have been tasked with playtime, feeding time, and check-ins during the day. I'm currently working part-time, so I will be available for services before 1 pm and after 4 pm during weekdays and all day on the weekends. I have experience walking larger dogs and managing older dog's needs when exercising as well as maintaining a calm environment for anxious and/or older pets.

About: I have taken care of dogs since I was around 5 years old. I have experience giving dogs pills, being consistent with training processes, and with senior dog care. I have also taken care of cats. I’m able to take care of dogs and cats in the mornings and evenings during the week and all day on weekends and holidays. I am a homebody so once I get done with work during the day, I am not leaving and play with my animals. I have a fenced in yard with a very friendly dog and cat. If needed, I have a room where I can separate my cat from other dogs to allow non-cat friendly dogs to stay. This room has his food, water, bed, toys, and litter box, while also being one I spend a large amount of time in so he is not lonely. My dog is fed once in the morning and is allowed to eat when he wants to and he runs outside in the backyard when he feels like it. I do adjust how often he gets fed and if he is free feeding when other animals are present. In clients' homes, I follow feeding and care instructions.

About: One of my earliest memories was at the age of five. My mom brought my sister home from the hospital after she was born and I asked, "Can we have a kitten instead?!" Our parents started us with goldfish like most do. We then graduated to hamsters, followed by kittens. Currently, I have two dogs of my own that I consider to be my fur babies. Our pets can be much like our children, so I know how important it is to have someone you can trust to provide the care your animals need. My experience with animals comes from having my own as well as taking care of friends and family members pets as well. I love animals so much, I paint them on canvas as another passion of mine. I like to communicate or send pics while you're away so you can feel assured your pets are being well cared for. I have fostered many dogs (and adopted a few), so have experience with an array of personalities. I'm looking forward to meeting your pet family too. I work from 8 to 4:30 or 5, weekdays. Im happy to attend to your pets before and after work, in the evening and overnight, lunch breaks as well if needed. I prefer to "sitt" in your home in order to help keep them as comfy and on the same routine as possible. I believe in following the care instructions of the parents to a tee. About: Hello! I've enjoyed working with animals for all of my life. I have lived in the Champaign area at various times over the past 10 years with my father. I have not had experience working on Rover before but I'm looking forward to helping pet owners in the area! I recently moved back from Japan, so I've been searching for temporary employment in the Champaign area before starting graduate school in the fall. About: I have 4 dogs that I’ve owned for 5 years now. I adopted two of them as puppies, so I potty trained them and taught them how to sit, lay down, walk off-leash, etc. I adopted my other two as adults, but I did train them how to walk off-leash as well. I care for them every single day, which includes feeding them on the same schedule every day, walking them, playing with them, bathing them when needed, taking them to the vet when needed, cleaning up after them to ensure a healthy and clean environment for them. I’m currently a college student who is out of school for the summer, so I am available 7 days a week at all hours of the day! In my client’s home, I will complete any task they ask of me in the way they ask to do it, as I completely understand that certain dogs need certain routines and strategies. I respect my client’s homes and the way they operate their home lives, and will do all I can to ensure their pets are happy and healthy.
