Since then, I’ve cared for a wide range of animals — dogs, cats, birds, Guinea pigs, lizards, and other small companions — and have also fostered extensively for my local animal shelter and I loved every minute of it. My foster work has included animals in hospice; seniors; dogs going through heartworm treatment; those with serious behavior issues; advanced starvation cases; kidney disease; and pets with other complex medical needs, so I am very comfortable following detailed treatment plans, giving medications, and monitoring changes in behavior or health. I understand how important consistency and attention to detail are, especially when your furry family needs extra care. However complex the case, I always look for ways to make your pet happy in addition to healthy, whether that be an extra slow walk with lots of sniffing, an enrichment toy with diet-approved snacks, or just some quiet time on the couch together. Most importantly, I know what I don’t know. Every pet is an individual with their own history and needs, and I never assume my past experience automatically applies to your furry family member. If I ever have a question or concern, I reach out immediately, and in a genuine emergency, I won’t hesitate to contact your veterinarian. I work remotely and have a flexible schedule, so I can work around your and your furry family's established schedule. When staying at your home, I can be with your pet most of the day. This means they get lots of attention and snuggles (if, and only if, they like snuggles!), and I can watch for shifts in their behavior, appetite, or energy levels and let you know right away. I only provide care in your home, which allows your furry family to stay in their normal environment and maintain their regular routine. I’ve found this keeps stress low and helps pets feel safe while you’re away. When I’m staying overnight, I treat your home and your furry family’s routine with the same care and respect I’d want for my own. I follow all feeding, walking, medication, and bedtime instructions exactly as given.

About: I have experience pet-sitting dogs from spry puppies to gentle giants and everything in between! I have been tasked with playtime, feeding time, and check-ins during the day. I'm currently working part-time, so I will be available for services before 1 pm and after 4 pm during weekdays and all day on the weekends. About: I have 4 dogs that I’ve owned for 5 years now. I adopted two of them as puppies, so I potty trained them and taught them how to sit, lay down, walk off-leash, etc. I adopted my other two as adults, but I did train them how to walk off-leash as well. I care for them every single day, which includes feeding them on the same schedule every day, walking them, playing with them, bathing them when needed, taking them to the vet when needed, cleaning up after them to ensure a healthy and clean environment for them. I’m currently a college student who is out of school for the summer, so I am available 7 days a week at all hours of the day! In my client’s home, I will complete any task they ask of me in the way they ask to do it, as I completely understand that certain dogs need certain routines and strategies. I respect my client’s homes and the way they operate their home lives, and will do all I can to ensure their pets are happy and healthy.

About: I've taken care of my personal dogs and my cats over the years since I was 10. I've also cared for family pets, including babysitting, bathing, feeding, and caring for them. Ive even groomed my own dog. I do everything! I am currently on break, so I have loads of free time for your pet pals. They will be my top priority when they are in my care! Walks and sitting are enjoyable with me, I can train and easily keep it fun with your pet pals. I bathe, groom, and do so much more amongst other things!

About: I have taken care of dogs since I was around 5 years old. I have experience giving dogs pills, being consistent with training processes, and with senior dog care. I have also taken care of cats. I’m able to take care of dogs and cats in the mornings and evenings during the week and all day on weekends and holidays. I am a homebody so once I get done with work during the day, I am not leaving and play with my animals. I have a fenced in yard with a very friendly dog and cat. If needed, I have a room where I can separate my cat from other dogs to allow non-cat friendly dogs to stay. This room has his food, water, bed, toys, and litter box, while also being one I spend a large amount of time in so he is not lonely. My dog is fed once in the morning and is allowed to eat when he wants to and he runs outside in the backyard when he feels like it. I do adjust how often he gets fed and if he is free feeding when other animals are present. In clients' homes, I follow feeding and care instructions.

About: One of my earliest memories was at the age of five. My mom brought my sister home from the hospital after she was born and I asked, "Can we have a kitten instead?!" Our parents started us with goldfish like most do. We then graduated to hamsters, followed by kittens. Currently, I have two dogs of my own that I consider to be my fur babies. Our pets can be much like our children, so I know how important it is to have someone you can trust to provide the care your animals need. My experience with animals comes from having my own as well as taking care of friends and family members pets as well. I love animals so much, I paint them on canvas as another passion of mine. I am looking forward to caring for your pet and providing whatever special needs they may have in order to make you and your animal feel comfortable while you are away. Whether it’s a slow walk for an older pup or high-energy playtime for a young one, I meet animals where they are. I have two dogs of my own—Theo and Sage—so I understand how important it is to have someone you trust caring for your pets. Beyond personal experience, I have a BA in animal science and I’m currently in the process of earning my master’s degree in Agricultural Leadership, Education, and Communication, with a focus on companion animals. I’m confident administering medications, caring for nervous or senior pets, and yes—I genuinely don’t mind deep-cleaning litter boxes. I live in a three-story townhouse with plenty of space for pets to feel comfortable—whether they want to play or have their own quiet area. My own dogs are friendly, but I can easily keep pets separate if needed. I also have some dog training experience, so I’m confident handling different temperaments and routines. Your pet will be safe, loved, and well cared for here or in your home! I do ask that your pet be crate trained and doesn't bark in the crate since I do live very close to neighbors.

About: My goal in life is to be your pets newest best friend. I have had experience with my very vocal and fat beagle that is 6. As well as a retired belgian malinois bomb dog that is 10. I can play fetch for hours, play games, or sit and cuddle a coach potato. I can be at your door anytime I do not have class at my flight school! I work part time at a coffee shop but my hours are very low because of school. I would really like pet sitting to be my job instead as I transition into this. I am attending a flight school to become a pilot. I am there just for a few hours a day through the week. But any chance I get I will pet sit! Since having experience with dogs and cats. I understand I am a visitor in THEIR home. I will make sure I do not intrude and make each visit a positive time. Walking, crating, potty breaks, a good cuddle and pet are all things I will do 100%. I also am at deep cleaning typical litter boxes, and can clean crates as well. If you have a fenced in yard I will play for hours. I love to walk dogs as long as they can be walked safely! Cats are pretty independent but I would love to come pay them attention!

About: I love all animals and I have pets ranging from reptiles to cats and dogs. I have experience working with fearful pets and pets with aggression issues. During my time working in animal shelters and veterinary clinics, I handled and worked with pets of all different temperaments and training levels. Please let me know if there’s anything you are working with your pet on (jumping, mouthing, frustrated leash tugging, pulling, etc) and how you would like to have me work with them if that happens. I am comfortable medicating and caring for all of your pets needs as I am a certified veterinary technologist with an Associate in veterinary technology and Bachelors in animal sciences with a concentration of companion animals. My love for animal care started when I began volunteering at animal shelters and horse stables in middle school. It has continued to grow into a passion and career. I have been working in veterinary toxicology since 2017. I have a special interest in animal behavior and training. I have worked through my own dog’s stranger aggression, and reactivity to dogs and people. With lots of consistency and training, she was able to get her AKC Canine Good Citizen certificate. I am currently working with an adult foster dog that came from a neglectful and abusive household. Right now I am teaching him how to ‘dog’ and basic manners. I work Monday to Friday but usually have a flexible schedule for drop ins and I’m available after work. I am open to coming to stay for house sittings during the week and working from your home when I can. Saturday to Sunday I have open availability. I will treat your home as I would want others to treat mine. I will keep your home tidy and clean up what I can so when you come home you can relax! Thorough details of how you want your pet and home to be cared for is always welcomed! I have a lot of plants so I don’t mind helping with any house plant care. For any overnight stays, please let me know what appliances I can or cannot use, where you would like for me to stay, etc. House sitting can be a tricky topic since the needs can vary so much between individuals. My house sitting base rate includes an overnight care (can adjust hours depending on your pet’s routine & this includes all potty breaks, snuggles, enrichment, etc while I’m in the home), midday potty break, meals, and one focused walk/exercise session (example: before dinner). If your pets need more exercise, care, or attention, this is not a problem! We can discuss additional drop ins and walks as needed and I can adjust the fees as appropriate.

About: Hollis (my partner) and I grew up with all sorts of pets, with dogs being the most prevalent. We have recently moved to the area, but have been boarding and walking dogs through Rover for the past decade. Also we have recently added two cats to our family. We will treat your fur baby like our own and make sure they're given all the love and care they deserve. As a freelance dancer, my schedule tends to be flexible. My partner Hollis or I will almost always have one of us around to care for your pet. I have a fenced in backyard which is wonderful for your pet to run around in. My dog-walker days have given me experience and confidence walking on leash with dogs and constantly being on the lookout for potentially dangerous situations. Having fostered dogs growing up, bottle-fed puppies, administered medications to elderly dogs and generally never having met a dog I don't fall in love with, I'll strive to make sure your pet is loved, kept safe, and treated as my own.
