About: I’ve worked as a veterinary nurse for 10 years and have worked with every size, age and energy level of dog and cat. I’m well versed in walking, bathing, potty training, and mind enrichment exercises, as well as multiple behavioral and medical conditions. I love caring for animals and have 2 cats and a dog, Siberian Husky, who needs a lot of activity and are spoiled daily. I know how to give medication, if needed, and how to deal with emergency situations. I can send pictures and videos daily to keep you updated. Your beloved furry family members will be well taken care of! I am available most days for the summer and can do morning, afternoon, and evening care. “Lexi is amazing! Bailey loved her! She is so friendly and kind; prompt in responding to texts, is on time, and very dependable. For the first time, I felt comfortable leaving my boy. Bailey is blind and diabetic, needing his blood checked with shots during his feeding. Lexi was able to do that with no issues, texted me after each feeding with updated, and followed his schedule for treats and potty breaks. She was very respective of my home, dished put away, trash taken out. Did I already say how amazing she is?!!! Bailey was very happy and playful when I got home and seemed to be looking for her. She would definitely be my first choice in the future.”

About: What sets me apart from other sitters? I genuinely love getting to know each pet’s unique personality and routine. Whether it’s a slow walk for an older pup or high-energy playtime for a young one, I meet animals where they are. I have two dogs of my own—Theo and Sage—so I understand how important it is to have someone you trust caring for your pets. Beyond personal experience, I have a BA in animal science and I’m currently in the process of earning my master’s degree in Agricultural Leadership, Education, and Communication, with a focus on companion animals. On weekdays, I’m available for early morning, evening, or nighttime care depending on the pet’s needs. About: I started rescuing dogs around 8 years ago and that’s when I knew I found my passion. I’m a nurse through the week, and a professional dog snuggler on the weekends! 😆 My husband and I have 7 rescue dogs of our own that have all attended some type of training, and we continue to use the tools we have learned to work with them daily. Our home has a 6ft privacy fenced in yard and our dogs enjoy running around with friendly playmates! We also have a dedicated dog room in the house for pups that may need to be separated from others as well. We don’t force interactions between our dogs and yours - we let your dog take things at their own pace to ensure a safe and positive introduction. We have been pet sitters countless times over the years for friends and family and dogs of all sizes, and we look forward to meeting you and your fur baby! We are available for dog boarding in our home during the week and on weekends. We can accomodate drop in visits on weekends mostly due to our work schedules, but reach out to check our schedules! Drop ins in St Joseph / Ogden / Royal / Sidney area only I have a fully fenced yard with a dog door so the pups are free to run around as they please (with supervision). I also have my own dogs that love to play with other friendly dogs. I also have a dedicated dog room with multiple dog beds and crates for pets that need to stay separated from others.
