About: Hi, I’m Kara! Animals have always been a huge part of my life, and while I have experience with all kinds of pets, dogs hold a special place in my heart. I have two dogs of my own, so I truly understand how important it is to find someone you trust to care for your pets, they’re family. I’ve worked with dogs of all sizes, breeds, and life stages, from newborn puppies to seniors needing extra care. I also have hands-on experience assisting with whelping multiple litters, including breeds like French Bulldogs and Bernese Mountain Dogs. I’m comfortable administering medications and am happy to follow any specific care routines your dog requires. Beyond dogs, I bring a wide range of animal care experience from growing up on a small farm. I’ve cared for chickens, pigs, sheep, llamas, peacocks, and rabbits, as well as reptiles like lizards and snakes. I’ve also looked after more unique pets, including chinchillas, skunks, sugar gliders, fish, and more. No matter the animal, I’m dedicated to providing attentive, compassionate care. I will always do my very best to meet your pet’s individual needs and keep you reassured every step of the way while you’re away! I currently work from home. While some days I find myself to be busier than others it is quite easy to step away from my computer if needed during the day. & if needed I would typically just take my computer with me for a longer visit. I just ask that you have wifi and that I may be able to access it if necessary! Since I have 2 pets of my own already with my husband, I would prefer to care for your animals in your personal home where they will be most comfortable!

About: I'm available to walk your dog, care for your cat, and simply provide love. I have cared for my personal animals for over 20 years and know how important our animals are to our daily lives. They provide people with the daily love and support needed and they are the face that greets you when you walk through the door each day. I'm currently working full time, but have the ability to walk after 4 each day, weekends multiple times per day, off on holidays, and flexible summers. I walk every day, so why not walk your dog or stop in to visit your cat! I raised a dog for 18 years who recently passed. In her late years, I was caring for all her needs. For house sitting, this means your pet may be alone for short periods during the day while I attend to other scheduled visits, but I plan my time to ensure they receive regular care, attention, and companionship throughout the day. I also offer complimentary meet and greets in advance so we can connect, review your pet’s routine, and make sure it’s a good fit before your booking begins! I do not board pets in my own home at this time. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I do my best to maintain their normal routine and environment to help reduce stress while you're away. I follow all care instructions closely, including feeding schedules, litter care, playtime, and any preferences that help your pet feel comfortable. I also make sure they have access to their favorite toys, treats, and familiar comfort items throughout my visits or stay. For dogs, I’m happy to reinforce any training commands or routines owners are currently working on to help maintain consistency. My goal is to provide attentive, in-home care that helps your pet feel safe and secure in their own space until you return, whether through house sitting or drop-in visits!

About: I have had dogs all my life, been a dog trainer for the last 4 years and a volunteer raising puppies to be service dogs. Your pup will be in very good hands with me! Nothing brings me more joy than working with dogs. We just moved to the area in November for my husband's job. This will be my main job, so I am very flexible and have lots of time to care for your pets. Your dog's safetly is my first priority. I will always have your dog on a leash when on a walk. I tend to scan the area where I am walking to avoid any unwanted surprises (ie other dogs or distractions).

About: I’ve had dogs my entire life, and now I have my own dog, Winston! I’ve dog sat for around 10 years and have provided entertainment, house stays, walks, and love to multiple dogs. I have experience with big dogs and small dogs, though my dog now is small. I love to go for walks, play catch, engage in tug-of-war, and snuggle after a long day of playing with the dogs :) I’m currently working part time, so I’ll have plenty of time to take your pets on walks! Weekends typically free for boarding/sitting. Very flexible with drop-ins and walks! I have a big yard with plenty of space for the dogs to go outside. I also live nearby a park and a nice neighborhood where we can go on lots of walks. I am familiar with harnesses, crates, and various leashes and am confident in my ability to provide safety for your pet!
