“Autumn was truly the best!! I can’t thank her enough. It’s never easy leaving your fur babies at home while your away but Autumn put my mind at ease. She was very reliable, quick to respond, and treated my pets like they were her own. We would be happy to have her again💛🐾🐶🐱”

“Autumn is an amazing Rover. She is on time, very patient, and has great communication skills. Once again did so well with our rescue dog, who is still learning how to live a normal doggie life. Very happy to have found Autumn & recommend to anyone.”

“Chloe did an amazing job while I was out of town for work. Quick and easy communication put me at ease and the pupdate photos showed both of our docs enjoyed Chloe and we're well cared for. Will definitely work with Chloe in the future and highly recommend you do as well.”

About: I would say what sets me apart is I’ve had special training incase of any type of emergency or mishap. I am a very forgiving person also. My schedule is fairy open so I have time to fit most a lot of things in. One of which is taking care of animals I most walk them at the park or play with animals in my house. My home can fit 1-2 dogs or 3 cats at a time
“Erin was a wonderful sitter who I'd recommend to anyone, and plan to use again. My dog unexpectedly acted out while we were gone. My dog was an anxious escape artist. Erin handled it well with appropriate suggestions and collaborated with me to find the best solution. Erin was flexible, and was able to stay with my dog more often, and at different times than originally planned to help with her anxiety. Erin gave me frequent, and detailed updates.”

About: I have three pets of my own. Two rescue cats and one pound puppy. I have experience administrating medications from eye drops to diabetic shots. I work from home so am always available to sit in house or stop by multiple times a day. I’ve always been very good with animals and love spending my time with them. I am very excited to get to know you and your fur babies! I work remotely in sales so I am very flexible on times for visits and walks. This also allows me to stay in houses if it is needed or required! I would prefer to care for fur babies in the clients home as I have pets of my own. However we do have a very large back yard so if your dog needed a place to let loose and run around this could be accommodated!
About: I love caring for animals of all sizes and currently have a 6 year old GSD of my own that I’m training. Because of this I’m willing to help leash train and perform basic obedience training if interested. My GSD has had training from police K-9 unit trainer. I’m able to track and report exercise via Runkeeper app if interested. I have many years experience house sitting. I currently walk dogs and do home visits for my close neighbors and would love to expand my services. Responsible, honest, and safe, I care for your family member like it’s my own. I offer any distance walking schedule your pet needs. References available upon request. I’m currently working part time and I’m very flexible with my schedule. I understand the difficulty caring for pets during vacations and busy work schedules. I have a fenced yard and can crate any dogs as needed. Safety and care is my top priority. I treat your family member like it’s my own.
About: I helped raise and train my childhood dog for 14 years, and have fostered a great array of dogs throughout the years. From puppy to senior, and from turtles and fish, I have had it all! I currently am working on some university research, so I have a very flexible schedule that can adhere to you and your pet’s needs and wants! While I am unable to house pets in my own home, I am a polite and clean guest in yours, if sitting is necessary! I hope to cultivate safety, trust and love with both pet and owner 💝
About: I have an Alaskan malamute so dog hair don't care. And dog walks are like a period in a sentence. I'd love to meet more doggies. I am currently the driver of my family but I can fit whatever you need into my schedule to always be there to help out. I clean litter boxes regularly in my own home and change water filters on the water fountains my cats have. I take my dog for walks whenever he wants to go.
“I couldn’t be happier with the care my cat received! My sitter was attentive, reliable, and clearly loves animals. I came home to a relaxed, happy kitty and spotless space. Daily updates and photos were a lovely touch. Highly recommend to anyone looking for peace of mind while away! -S Harper”

“Natalie was great! Kept great communication before and during her visits. Really grateful she was able to check on the cats and the house for us!! Would definitely recommend. Thanks again!”

About: I have had dogs all my life, been a dog trainer for the last 4 years and a volunteer raising puppies to be service dogs. Your pup will be in very good hands with me! Nothing brings me more joy than working with dogs. We just moved to the area in November for my husband's job. This will be my main job, so I am very flexible and have lots of time to care for your pets. Your dog's safetly is my first priority. I will always have your dog on a leash when on a walk. I tend to scan the area where I am walking to avoid any unwanted surprises (ie other dogs or distractions).
About: Hi, I’m Ariel! I’m a former nurse and now a stay-at-home mom with a lifelong love for animals. Caring for others has always been a big part of who I am, and that same compassion extends to every pet I meet. I understand that pets are family, and I treat each one with the same love, patience, and attention I would want for my own. Whether your furry friend needs walks, playtime, cuddles, medication administration, or simply a comforting presence while you’re away, I’m committed to providing safe, reliable, and personalized care. As someone who is home throughout the day, I have a flexible schedule and can give your pet plenty of attention and companionship. I’ll also keep you updated with photos and messages so you can have peace of mind while you’re away. Pet care fits naturally into my day. I enjoy being active and spending time outdoors, so walks, playtime, and one-on-one attention are things I genuinely look forward to. I plan my schedule carefully to make sure each pet gets the time, consistency, and care they deserve while they’re with me I follow each pet’s normal routine as closely as possible to help them feel comfortable and secure. Every pet has different needs, and I’m happy to tailor my care to their personality, energy level, and routine
“Kami did a great job taking care of my older tuxedo cat Jordan! She was very kind and provided updates and photos for every visit. The drop-in visits were only thirty minutes but I could tell the attention to detail and care that went in to her visit. Kami, followed feeding instructions to the "T" and did well to maintain a clean litter pan area, especially due to my cat's tendency to have accidents outside of his designated bathroom area. Kami even took out the trash, so when I arrived home there was no unwelcoming smells. My experience with Kami was fantastic, and I'm sure Jordan appreciated her efforts as well. He even waited at the door for her arrival the next day! If you are going out of town, and need someone to take care of you pet. I highly recommend Kami's services. Happy Holidays!”

Taylor is AMAZING! She sat my two large pups for 4 days, was very sweet to them, attentive, and showered them with affection while I was away. I LOVED the pictures sent by Taylor during each drop-in and the detailed notes she made on how my pups were doing. I HIGHLY recommend booking with Taylor. Your pets will be in excellent, caring hands!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.
To find sitters in Waterville with recurring or weekly availability, select "Repeat Weekly" and which days you’d like them to care for your pet.
