I’ve worked with puppies and senior dogs, and I can give medication if needed. I also love walking and staying active, so dog walking and pet sitting is the perfect way to spend some of my free time! I’m happy to take your pup for a walk around your neighborhood or to a greenway close by!

About: Hi! I'm Nicole and I was born and raised in the Charlotte area and went to Weddington for middle and high school. I left for school at NC State and NC Central to study nutrition and dietetics, and then moved to Nashville before returning to Charlotte (my favorite place to live actually!). I have been caring for pets of all sizes for years -- my parents have a 10 pounds Boston Terrier, and my husband and I have a 100lb yellow lab and a 60 pound Aussie/Pomeranian. I work remotely, so I am the main caretaker of all pets and I love it :) I work remotely according to my own schedule, which I get to create myself. I do love a good routine, but I am easily able to adjust as we go with the flow because of my job. Consistent schedules are fun and easy for me to fit into my weekly work routine, but since I work on the go, I'm able to adjust as you need! I am able to travel as needed to assist you with your pet needs. I work with high security information, so I am very aware of security measures and safety within the home. Let me know how I can assist you to ensure your comfortability, cleanliness, and consistency in pet care :)

“Blair was great! She sent me many photos and comments of my kitties from each visit. One of my cats is diabetic and needs two shots of insulin a day, and she did a great job! He came right to her and loved up on her!”

About: I raised my Shih Tzu from 3 months up until I lost him to kidney disease on 9/11/2024. I walked him on a regular basis except rainy days (he hated getting wet lol), he was potty trained and free to roam the house while I was not home. Everyone ( family, friends, neighbors) knew how much I loved and cared for him. When he was in his last days from kidney failure, I stayed by his side until the end. I kept his routine the same. I pushed him in his stroller when he could not walk anymore. Administered him an IV daily to keep him hydrated when he barely ate and drank. I laid with him and held him until he let me know it was time for him to go to that Rainbow Bridge. I currently work Monday - Friday with an unpredictable schedule. Saturdays & Sundays are best for me at this time. Some holidays will be an option as well. Example, Martin Luther King, Presidents Day Before I lost my dog to kidney disease, he was potty trained and free to roam the house. I walked him when I got home and he was my cuddle buddy when it was time to go to bed.

“Jane is 100/10 amazing! She sent photos, asked questions when she needed clarification, and even followed up the following day to make sure all was good when we arrived back home. We’ll absolutely be using her again in the future!”

About: Since I was young, I’ve had a special connection with animals. I grew up in a home with dogs and cats, and over time, I became the go-to person for friends and family whenever they needed someone to care for their pets while they traveled. For over 10 years, I’ve looked after dogs of all breeds and sizes, from energetic puppies to senior dogs requiring special care. I’ve also cared for cats, learning to respect their unique personalities and needs. My experience has taught me the importance of patience, love, and routine to ensure every pet feels safe and happy under my care. I work from home, so I have plenty of time and a flexible schedule to care for your pets. Whether they need walks, playtime, or just companionship, I’ll make sure they feel comfortable and well cared for. I’ve always had a deep love for animals and truly enjoy spending time with them. Caring for pets isn’t just a job for me—it’s something I’m passionate about. I make sure every pet feels safe, comfortable, and loved while in my care. Whether it’s playtime, walks, or just some extra cuddles, your furry friend will receive plenty of attention and a home-like environment where they can feel happy and relaxed.

About: Hi, I’m Erin! I’ve been around animals my entire life and caring for them is second nature to me. I’m an experienced pet owner with dogs, cats, chickens, and even reptiles (yes to lizards, no to snakes!) — and I know how much your pets mean to you. What sets me apart? I have an AAS degree in Equine Technology, so I’m extremely comfortable with animals of all sizes and temperaments. I also have experience with senior pets, pets on medication, and multi-pet households. I currently have dogs and cats of my own, and I understand the trust it takes to leave your animals in someone else’s care. I specialize in dog walking and drop-in visits, but I’m also open to boarding calm, well-behaved pets. I offer add-on services like brushing, bathing, light grooming, and even medications if needed. Whether you need a quick potty break, a long walk, or someone to care for your pets while you’re away — I’ve got you covered with reliable, knowledgeable care from someone who truly loves animals. Let’s chat and see how I can help! I'm a homeschooling mom of two with a very flexible schedule. I'm available for morning check ins or walks, up until 4pm. Use my flexibility to your advantage! I'm also very Type A so I'm very organized and always on time. I won't forget your pet, ever. Dogs coming into my home will be welcome if they get along with cats (I can easily separate them if necessary) and gentle with kids. I have a large fenced in back yard and plenty of safe sidewalks in my neighborhood for walks.

“Journey was awesome with our kitty cats. She instantly clicked with both of them. It was the first time we left both at home and we absolutely were relaxed with Journey’s updates and sending us pictures and videos.”

About: I have had pets all my life and currently have one cat and one dog. In college I worked at a veterinary hospital because I was in the pre-vet program at the time. I currently work from home and have a mostly flexible schedule. I am up early (6am) on week days and weekends and would be able to fit my schedule around the pets’ needs :). We have a fenced in large backyard. With my experience with pet care I know how to read dogs' and cats' physical and verbal cues and respond as needed.

“Viviana was awesome! She was on time and responsive. Our cat can be a lot due to her anxiety but that was no problem for Viviana. We had a hiccup with leaving concert tickets at our house and Viviana jumped in to help! She was great and I will definitely be using her again for my daughter Ms. Finn Cat!”

“My job required a few days with fairly long hours away from my home on very short notice. In turn, I had to find someone to let my pups out with very short notice to the Sitter. I'm usually not comfortable with strangers, workers, cleaning professionals etc... in my home when I am not here. My dogs are both fairly large, excitable and can be a lot to handle. I found Isabel on Rover and let her know my dilemma as well as the size / temperament of my puppies and she agreed with no hesitation to schedule a few drops-ins to let them out back, have a little play time and make sure their water bowl was full before leaving. Isabel is very professional, excellent with communication, punctual and must have the patience of a Saint as she has agreed to help me out in the future. I highly recommend Isabel.”

About: I have taken care of dogs since I can remember. I’ve always had a dog myself and I always dog sit for family members and friends that need! I typically work 9:30 to 3 so I’m not gone all day during the week. On weekends they will also get lots of attention! :) I will ensure your fur baby gets all the attention, play time, and walks while in my care. I have a dog of my own that I walk twice a day and play with periodically throughout the day when I can, so I will make sure your pet gets the same treatment!

Thanks to this, Valentina has volunteered at animal foundations, showing her commitment and care for animal welfare. As a family, they are extremely responsible and trustworthy. Without a doubt, leaving a pet with them means it will be in the best hands.”
