“Elizabeth is absolutely AMAZING!!! We had a last minute change of plans and needed to board our pups over thanksgiving and she was quick to respond and accept the reservation. She not only came out to greet us, she helped me get both dogs and their things out of the car. Throughout the week she sent us constant updates of their shenanigans with both cute and funny pictures of them. I asked for a specific photo of one dog for instagram and she did a whole little photo shoot! Pretty much every day she took them to the greenway down the road for 1-2 mile walks and even helped work on their leash manners. If you need your dog boarded with someone you know you can trust, book with Elizabeth. We will be using her every time we go back to the mountains!!!”

“Excellent experience. Highly recommend. After initial meeting with Viviana, we felt very comfortable leaving our puppy with her. Will definitely use again. 5 star!”

“Joan is AMAZING! She took care of our Cookie boy like her own. She is kind, loving, provided daily updates, and followed his schedule/routine like he was home. He came home happy and content. I would definitely recommend her!”

“Duke and I had the best experience with this wonderful family. They sent me photos or videos every day, walked him daily and you could just tell he was very welcomed. This was a very clean safe environment and Duke was immensely happy.”

“Ashley was amazing! Our dog loved her and her pups. She did a great job sending pictures and we knew our dog was in great hands! Highly recommend Ashley! This was our first experience with Rover and she was wonderful!”

“This was our first time using Rover. Keli responded quickly to my request to care for our 2 dogs. We first did a meet and greet which I appreciated. We have one who is a little more anxious then the other, and he felt comfortable. She provided photos and videos and communicated well. She made us feel as ease. We appreciate Keli and her family. We will definitely be using Keli again when that time comes.”

“Kristy was so amazing! She communicated super well and sent lots of pics during our pups’ stay. I could tell she truly loves dogs and took the best care of ours while they were with her. I am super thankful that I knew they were in good hands while we were away. I would definitely board my dogs with her again.”

“Stephanie is wonderful. She took care of dog for a week. I received lots of pictures. Whenever I asked how my dog was doing, she always responded in a timely matter. She is kind and loves animals. I will use her again and I highly recommend her.”

“Mary is absolutely a fantastic dog watcher! Reliable, attentive, and genuinely cared for my dog Gia. She was very easy to contact and provided daily updates. Highly recommend!”

“Cody and Rachel were great with our pups. Gave them lots of exercise and play. They sent pics and updates on eating and how they were doing. They were also very communicative and responded quickly to all correspondence.”
“Jessica took a great care of my dog. He gets little nervous around strangers sometimes but Jessica and her kids did a great job making him comfortable. This was actually his third stay with her:) Thank you!”

“I highly recommend Lanelle to watch your puppy/dog! From the time I dropped my baby off, she was already updating me and letting me know how she was doing. She sent me pics the entire time Aurora was there. Also, they had plenty of other dogs there for her to play with. Plus, there was always someone there with her so she was never alone which is huge for me. I would love to bring her back the next time I go out of town. Very pleased with her level of service!”
“Tami was wonderful! My dog is very anxious and she was great about making sure he was comfortable. She kept us informed and was easy to work with. She has such kind, calm energy that there is no reason for any dog not to love her! We appreciate her taking such good care of our boy!”

“Andrew is wonderful to work with. He sent pictures of Rosie settling in and kept me posted on everything. I know Rosie enjoyed playing with the other dogs and getting to romp around in the fenced in back yard. I'll definately board Rosie with Andrew in the future.”

Jacob was amazing and we are so lucky to have found him to watch our boy, Monte! I picked Monte up after the visit and he almost didn't want to leave Jacob, which made me know that Jacob did a great job of loving and taking care of Monte! I'd recommend Jacob highly to anyone looking for pet care!

We love Vivianna! Sweet, sweet lady who is SO good with dogs. We were able to leave our dogs and go out of the country and did not worry about them. We saw from the 100’s of photos that they were doing well. We appreciate all her efforts in taking care of our babies.

By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
