“I absolutely love Vivianna and Brian. They take such good care of my Mandy girl. I never have to worry about her. They always let me know how she is doing with cute pictures and videos. I definitely recommend them. You will never want to go anywhere else.”

“Cassandra fit me in last minute in a pinch and it worked out perfectly! They sent pictures daily and I know my pup was in good hands. I would re-book here next time, no doubt!!”

“Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful..... they always take fantastic care of our golden retriever! Communication is always prompt and her pictures she shares are the best!”

“We have an 18-week old lab puppy named Sully who just returned from his 4-night sleepover with Jessica and her family. Being new puppy parents we are very protective of our little guy, and did quite a bit of research on Rover for a care giver, which is what led us to Jessica. Jessica let us have a meet and greet with her and her boxer Tucker before Sully’s stay which really gave confidence to our decision. During Sully’s stay we got tons of pictures and videos of our little man playing in the yard with Tucker and the kids. Jessica and her family made Sully a part of their ‘pack’ during his stay. He had such a great time, and was shown so much love and attention that we were worried he wouldn’t want to come home with us. We are so happy Sully found these new friends, and have already booked his stay for our next trip. It is so comforting knowing our Little Man is cared for with as much love and attention as we give him. Thank you Jessica and family!”

“Highly recommend Victoria and Charles. They sent us pictures of Rex showing he was very calm and relaxed and enjoying his time at their house. We loved being able to visit before we chose them to watch our little guy to see how well they all got along. Perfect! House and fenced backyard add to the safe, warm experience.”

“Kelly was so kind to Ein! When we had plans our meet and greet, she listened to everything I said about Ein and asked questions that made me feel comfortable about leaving Ein with her. I received pictures on my trip and she stayed in contact. This is my first time using Rover, and I feel that I have found the first and only pet sitter that I'll need for any trip I'll be taking from now on. Kelly really did me a service and I'm so lucky to have picked the right person for the job.”

“We had such a great experience! They were so kind, communicative, and clearly cared so much about Jasper while we were away. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing he was in such good hands. Jasper had an amazing time and came home happy and well loved. We would absolutely book with them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for someone trustworthy and caring for their pets!”

“April and Rob were wonderful! This was the first time I was away from my dogs for a whole week and they made sure that I had no reasons to worry while on vacation. I hope to be able to use them next time I have to leave town and I will definitely recommend to others.”

“We are so happy to have found Mary! Mary is very reliable and trustworthy. She took fantastic care of our pup for 12 days. She reported to us daily with pictures and comments. What a blessing to have Mary and her hubby as our pups caregivers. We will definitely contact her again!”

“Ashley was flexible with drop off/pickup time frames and communicated quickly. I’m always anxious leaving my pup behind but felt comfortable and confident leaving her in Ashley’s care. I would have preferred more pics during the stay but I understand sometimes it could be forgotten.”

“Ashley was amazing! Kept me well informed on how my little girl was doing on her first stay away from home and provided me the peace of mind in knowing I'd made the right choice. I highly recommend her and will definitely use in the future!”

“Kathy kept my mini Aussie for 4 days while I was out of town and cared for him as if he were her own! He was happy and tuckered out when I picked him up....a huge relief for me!! She is a gem and I would use her exclusively for my sweet pup!!”

“Absolutely great stay for my Labrador retriever Jake. Stephanie was very easy to work with and I can tell Jake had a good time and was very well taken care of. I will definitely be letting Jake stay there again anytime we’re out of town.”

“My boi can be a bit anxious at first and Tabatha and her husband did their best to get him comfortable with his new surroundings during his boarding. She was very nice and understanding.”

“Sandra was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. Stayed in communication to update how well MJ was doing. Loves the pics she sent. He really enjoyed the weekend! Would def book with Sandra again”

Jacob was amazing and we are so lucky to have found him to watch our boy, Monte! I picked Monte up after the visit and he almost didn't want to leave Jacob, which made me know that Jacob did a great job of loving and taking care of Monte! I'd recommend Jacob highly to anyone looking for pet care!

Elizabeth was the most lovely dog-sitter for our 2 English Springer Spaniels!! It felt like we were leaving them with a family friend. She let us do a meet and greet to answer any questions beforehand, and she was attentive to their unique needs all throughout their stay. Drop off/pick up was easy, and bonus - her home is v close to the airport. Our dogs are our babies, so it feels so good to know they were safe and happy at Camp Elizabeth! They especially loved their walks with her along the greenway. Elizabeth is a true dog lover - her thoughtful care of our babies gave us peace of mind. Her partner also enjoyed lots of love from our silly noodle pups. Excited to book another stay with her for our next trip!

We love Vivianna! Sweet, sweet lady who is SO good with dogs. We were able to leave our dogs and go out of the country and did not worry about them. We saw from the 100’s of photos that they were doing well. We appreciate all her efforts in taking care of our babies.

The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in TN ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
