Pet care experience

Crate trained dogs only and 4 acres

Hello! I’m Viviana, and along with my husband Brian, we are excited to welcome your beloved pup into our 4-acre fenced home. After stepping away from corporate life to embrace motherhood, I found joy in combining two of my greatest passions: caring for dogs and creating a loving, safe environment where they can thrive. I’ve been dedicated to pet care for over 20 years, beginning as a college student and joining Rover 10 years ago. Throughout this journey, I’ve had the privilege of caring for countless dogs, including my own cherished Great Pyrenees and Rottweiler — who inspired my deep commitment to animal welfare. Today, we proudly serve families from Knoxville, Maryville, Sevierville, and visitors exploring the Smoky Mountains. Our property is truly a dog’s dream: a spacious, fenced yard with lush grass, mature trees, a natural pond, and plenty of room for play and exploration. Here, pups can safely socialize and stretch their legs in a clean, smoke-free environment. I take animal care seriously, blending compassion with structured routines and thoughtful supervision. I’ve completed the Canine Good Citizen course with my own dogs and believe in continuous learning and positive reinforcement. Whether your pup loves hiking, playing, or lounging, I’m happy to meet their physical and emotional needs. During your dog’s stay, I’ll provide regular updates, photos, and videos so you can feel connected and reassured while you’re away. For the safety and well-being of all pets in our care: ✅ All dogs must be crate-trained — no exceptions. ✅ All dogs must pass a trial night. ✅ Dogs are separated during meal times, when we leave the house, and during meet-and-greets. ✅ We do not accept dogs with a history of aggression, separation anxiety, excessive barking, escape behaviors, high prey drive, or uncontrolled jumping. We do not accept Malinois and Huskies at the time. Before any stay, we schedule a meet-and-greet where you can tour our home and yard, and we’ll discuss your dog’s routine, preferences, triggers, and any special needs. Our goal is to ensure both you and your pup feel confident and comfortable. We look forward to treating your furry friend like one of our own with plenty of cuddles, exercise, and personalized care!

We love Vivianna! Sweet, sweet lady who is SO good with dogs. We were able to leave our dogs and go out of the country and did not worry about them. We saw from the 100’s of photos that they were doing well. We appreciate all her efforts in taking care of our babies.

Our dog was so well cared for, I don’t think she was ready to come home! Viviana and Brian sent pictures multiple times per day to show us how happy our pup was. We would love to have our dog stay again!

We were very happy with our experience leaving our girl with Viviana and Brian. We received numerous pictures of her daily and it was obvious she was a happy, well cared for girl. Viviana is very kind, knowledgeable and professional. We have already booked Brooklyn’s next stay with them!

My two dogs have stayed with Viviana and Brian many times. They are the absolute best. I never have to worry about them. They send lots of pictures and updates. It is clear they care about all animals and want them to have a safe fun time! We will be back!!

Schedule

Pet care is a natural part of my daily routine! I work from home, so I’m able to provide plenty of supervision, attention, and companionship throughout the day. However, if your pup suffers from separation anxiety, I may not be the best fit — we run errands at random times and need the flexibility to leave the house at our convenience. We live on a fenced 4-acre property, which gives the dogs in our care plenty of space to safely explore, play, and exercise. Dogs are fully integrated into the flow of our home life. We also maintain structured routines for feeding and supervised outdoor time. I make sure every pup’s emotional and physical needs are met, and I provide daily photo updates to keep pet parents connected and reassured while they’re away.

Safety, trust & environment

Our home is smoke-free, offering them both comfort and freedom while keeping them safe sleeping in their crates during the night. For everyone’s well-being, we follow clear and structured routines. Dogs are always supervised, and for safety, we separate them during meal times, during meet-and-greets, and anytime we leave the house. Since we do step out for errands and appointments, all dogs must be crate-trained and reliably come when called, with no history of escape attempts — no exceptions — to ensure they are comfortable and secure while unsupervised. Before any stay, we schedule a meet-and-greet where you can tour the property, and we take the time to discuss your pup’s routine, preferences, medical needs, and triggers. This helps us ensure your dog feels comfortable and transitions smoothly into our home. Behavioral Policy and Liability Waiver: The service provider reserves the unconditional right to cancel any booking, at any time and without prior notice, should the dog exhibit any signs of distress, anxiety, aggression, or behavior that, in the sole judgment of the provider, poses a risk to itself, other animals, members of my family, or property. In such event, the owner shall be required to retrieve the dog immediately upon notification. The owner assumes full and sole responsibility for any and all injuries, damages, or losses caused by their dog, including but not limited to property damage, veterinary expenses, medical costs, or other liabilities incurred as a direct or indirect result of the dog's behavior. By completing the booking process and submitting payment, the owner expressly acknowledges, understands, and agrees to all terms and conditions herein.

Pets

A typical day

Throughout the day, your pup will enjoy plenty of opportunities to socialize with other friendly dogs, or simply relax in a cozy spot inside if they prefer quiet time. Whether it’s exploring the yard, playing fetch, swimming, chasing toys, or lounging under a shady tree, there’s no shortage of fun and enrichment. I also love taking dogs on long walks inside of our 4 acre property for extra exercise and mental stimulation.

It’s very important for me to understand your dog’s personality, needs, and habits before welcoming them into our home. During the meet-and-greet, I take the time to learn about your dog’s daily routine, feeding schedule, triggers, medical history, social preferences, and any quirks or behaviors that might need special attention. Before you complete the booking process, please be sure to read my holiday rates, dates, and requirements carefully. I have strict criteria to ensure the safety, comfort, and harmony of all the pets in my care: ✅ All dogs must be spayed or neutered. ✅ Dogs must be crate-trained, with no chewing or jumping tendencies. ✅ I only accept low- to medium-energy dogs — no anxious, aggressive, or escape-prone pups. ✅ No excessive barking or separation anxiety is allowed. If a dog shows signs of aggression, anxiousness, distress, or destructive behavior, they will be returned immediately for their safety and the safety of others. Owners will be responsible for any damage caused by undisclosed behaviors. For first-time guests, a meet-and-greet and a trial night are required to ensure your pup is a good fit. During this time, your dog will be introduced to our environment and given a temperament test to confirm that they meet the criteria for a safe and comfortable stay. Booking with us means you agree to these terms and conditions, which are designed to provide a calm, safe, and loving environment for all dogs in our care.
Each sitter joining Rover needs to pass a background check. And by booking on Rover, you can get photo & message updates, 24/7 support, and reimbursement for eligible vet care.
