About: I am a 15+ year vegan and lifelong animal lover. I have had pets on and off for my whole life, including dogs, cats and other animals and my family has always adopted rescue animals. I even spent a lot of weekends and most summers as a pre-teen/teenager helping on my grandparent’s ranch, where we cared for rescue animals. I love caring for animals and making sure they are well loved and looked after while they are with me. I have regularly dog and cat sat for friends, family and co-workers over the last 15 years or so. I am comfortable with any size or age dogs and cats. My family in the past has had all sized dogs from a chihuahua to the two german shepherd mixes we have now. They are all characters and they make us laugh everyday, and bring joy to our lives. I believe every animal has their own personality and I love meeting and getting to know them, especially when I meet dogs out in public and get to ask their name and say hi. It genuinely makes me happy. I look forward to helping you care for your fur babies as if they were my own. I have experience giving medicine in pill form to cats and dogs, have cared for young and senior pets alike. Whether it’s watching them overnight, or doing drop-ins to maintain a regular meal/medicine routine or making sure your pet stays hydrated throughout the day, I prioritize comfort and health for all animals in my care. I currently work 8-5pm from home, and I would like to offer my caregiving around those hours. For stop overs/check in's: I am available during my lunch break, before and after work hours and on weekends. I will check in on your pet(s) and make sure they are taken care of and have what they need, per your specific instructions. For overnight care, I would stay at your house and simply need somewhere to sit with my computer and reliable wifi in order to work from your home, so I can be there all day with your pet(s). I do not offer care from my own home, but will travel to and/or stay at your home for the specific care you may need.

About: Animals have always been a big part of my life, and I truly enjoy caring for them like they’re my own. My husband and I are both animal lovers and work together to provide a welcoming environment where pets receive plenty of supervision and companionship. When caring for pets in a client's home, I focus on maintaining their normal routine as closely as possible. I provide feeding, fresh water, walks, playtime, litter box or yard cleanup, medication administration if needed, and plenty of attention and affection. I also send regular updates and photos so owners can feel confident and connected while they're away. My goal is always to reduce stress, keep pets comfortable, and give owners peace of mind knowing their furry family members are receiving reliable, loving care.

About: I have an understanding of dog psychology and act calm under pressure. Previously, I was the dog trainer at Petsmart for a year and a half. I love dogs very much and care for their success! My main concern is the dog's health, which is why walking them is extremely important. Giving dog's additional exercise other than playing in the back yard is key to releasing their excess energy. Walks also provide new areas to explore which will give them an opportunity to use their smellers and analyze the world. You will be surprised at how tuckered out they become! If you wanted to have your dog work on socialization and make new dog friends, I am more than willing to help your fur baby improve in this area. I am available Tuesday through Saturday mornings for a walk. There is a possibility of opening a window of availability in the afternoons. Let’s talk! About: I’ve always grown up with dogs and cats and have enjoyed taking care of them from babies to seniors. Family and friends have all separately mentioned how I create a unique bond with their fur babies whether I’ve cared for them or merely visited them over the years. People know in reliable, patient, loving, and don’t mind rolling in the grass along with your pet. I work from home on my own schedule so have plenty of time to drop in and spend with pets and take them for walks. I currently live in a pet friendly apartment and can board cats or dogs if any size and breed if needed. I am attentive to the needs at feeding time, play time, and every time in between.

About: I am a loving pet mom for 15 yrs and before and during that time I have helped many others with their animals. I can sit, check in and play with, and take for walks. I love animals and giving them attention because I know it is so important. I work from home so I love reasons to get out of the house and pet friends to keep me company at night. I work and stay 100% near the outskirts of Yuba City. My pets and their friends safety in #1 in my house and yard. I have a very large fenced in back yard and I have proofed it so not even very small dogs (like mine) can find a way out. I am an avid pet counter before doors are open and I double and sometimes triple check that the home is secured before I leave, we don’t want any babies to get out of their safe space.

For the safety of all animals in our wild kingdom, all animals must be up to date on their shots and are non-aggressive toward other pets. Unneutered males are welcome, however, we do not accept females in heat. Our schedules are very flexible, although we do request a one-day notice of cancellation. Due to Covid, I am currently working at home, which allows me to have plenty of time to cater to your pet's various wants and needs. We adhere to Covid guidelines for the safety of ourselves and future clients. We will have plenty of time to play with and take care of your pups! Both of us will be readily available for boarding, doggy daycare, walks, drop-in visits, and housesitting on weekends and weekdays. For drop-in visits, housesitting, and walks we are willing to watch, care for, and walk any pet including reptiles, amphibians, fish, etc. Any medication that the pet requires can be administered during any visit. In our home, pets are treated like royalty. Whether it is for attention and play, or food and water, all needs will be met with a smile. We have a fenced-in backyard with plenty of room to romp or do zoomies. Upon guests' approval, we may take dogs on a walk to our neighborhood park. Specific needs, such as medicine must be provided and specified in detail. All our animals are current on their shots and we require our guest animals to be as well. We adhere to Covid guidelines and have both received our Covid flu shots. We respectfully request upon meeting for our guests to wear a mask upon arrival. We do not have accommodations for females in heat or aggressive animals. For dog walking and drop-in visits, we are available any day of the week. However, on Tuesdays and Thursdays, we will not be available from 1pm-5pm. The time on Tuesday may vary depending on Alex's school schedule. We plan to meet and exceed all the needs of the pet, which includes necessities, plenty of playtime, and walks. For housesitting, we can also water plants and bring in mail, if need be.

About: I have worked with Dogs, rabbits, hamsters, rats, and cats Since I was 15 years old. I love them all. I am a retired teacher.I have a deep love and respect for all animals! I am currently a retired schoolteacher, and I enjoy substitute teaching. I love all animals and children. I enjoy hiking and spending time with family and friends. I am comfortable staying in other peoples houses as long as it is in a safe area. Your pet will receive quality attention, dog walking, and I have experience with giving medication. I also love cats and small animals.

About: Been a proud owner of goats, cats, chickens, reptiles and dogs. I've had experience in the veterinary field, worked with and cared for livestock and house pets. I am currently working as a veterinary assistant in PV. My schedule is Monday through Thursday from 8:30/9:00am to 5pm. If your pet is able to be left home while I work then perfect! Otherwise I am fully available for long weekends. :) In my own home I have reptiles and three cats and one older dog around. If your pet is staying with me or I’m keeping them company in your own home, I always am engaging with the pet. Any opportunity to play and have some fun, we’re doing it! If they’re more laid back and want to snooze next to me, I will relax with them.

I’ve taken care of other peoples animals, ranches and farms (chickens, cows, horses, donkeys, pigs, goats, dogs, bunnies and cats) for over 10 years. I have experience with live-stock guardian pets, reactive animals, high energy pets, and pets that just want to relax all day. I am comfortable and familiar with animals who have anxiety, boundary reactivity, resource guarding issues, behavioral issues, puppies, senior animals and so much more. I’ve worked in shelters, on farms, and in training for over 10 years. Your animals will be treated just like my own-with love, respect and understanding! Feel free to ask any questions about schedules, as I’m typically able to work with whatever you need. My rates differ slightly for non-constant care and constant care while I’m with your animals. I don’t currently offer boarding since one of my dogs is reactive. Your pets safety is my biggest priority! I want to care for your pets in the way you do, to ensure they’re as comfortable as possible while you’re away. I am open to any schedule, services, and needs your pet has!
