Kodi, our fluffy French Bulldog, is a cleft palate pup living his best life. We are familiar with BOAS, IVDD, Megaesophagus, food and environmental allergies, dog anxiety, food aggression, general puppy care, and senior care. While we have gained some of this experience through just being pet owners, we have also learned a lot from our fosters and their rescues. Up until 2021 I taught full time in the classroom, now I teach 99% from home. This allows me to care for Kodi as well as any friends or fosters we may have. For boarding and doggy day care: We have a double fenced and gated yard. Our home has a Ring doorbell, Furbo, and Blink camera to provide extra security. There are also plenty of AirTags to go around, because I’m a firm believer that you can never be too safe. Our stairs can be gated off, we are able to create a play pen, or crate for safety, if needed. Depending on your dog’s needs we have multiple types of feeders as well as water bowls. Fans, cooling mats, blankets, beds, ramps… you name it, we have it! House sitting: I am extra vigilant with locking doors and checking the perimeter prior to letting a dog in/ out. Other notes: We are very well versed in giving medication and taking care of skin conditions. And because you can never be too safe we have pet oxygen on hand. *Male puppies excluded from neutering requirement. *House sitting- if you would like me to stay at your home during the work day, this can be discussed.

About: I have had a variety of animals always in my life. I have cared for dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, fish and rodents. (All of which I've had at some point) I have also worked for a rescue charity for 7+ years which resulted in having learned basic and emergency care, as well as administration of medication. About: I’ve been taking care of cats and dogs for 15 years! It started with a dog my mom bought me when I was little. I feed wash and walk my pets. I feed the pets twice a day.I walk the dogs every 2 to 3 hours. I bathe them once a week depending on how dirty they get. I make sure that they are fed two times once in the morning once at night and make sure they are taken out to go potty every 2 to 3 hours!

About: I have an understanding of dog psychology and act calm under pressure. Previously, I was the dog trainer at Petsmart for a year and a half. I love dogs very much and care for their success! My main concern is the dog's health, which is why walking them is extremely important. Giving dog's additional exercise other than playing in the back yard is key to releasing their excess energy. Walks also provide new areas to explore which will give them an opportunity to use their smellers and analyze the world. You will be surprised at how tuckered out they become! If you wanted to have your dog work on socialization and make new dog friends, I am more than willing to help your fur baby improve in this area. I am available Tuesday through Saturday mornings for a walk. There is a possibility of opening a window of availability in the afternoons. Let’s talk! About: I’ve always grown up with dogs and cats and have enjoyed taking care of them from babies to seniors. Family and friends have all separately mentioned how I create a unique bond with their fur babies whether I’ve cared for them or merely visited them over the years. About: I grew up here in Northern California with many different loyal pet dogs. After high school I joined the Army and got out of active duty in 2017. Long story short I moved to Alaska with my pet dog from Yuba City where I learned to be a dog musher and she learned to be sled dog. I’ve worked for various different high level sled dog kennels, thousands of different dogs, thousands of hours with dogs, thousands of miles with dogs, and even spent a year working at an Athletic & Longevity Canine Research Facility under the mentorship of some of best veterinarians and scientists. My knowledge and experience in general canine medical care, psychology, and training is advanced. I currently work from home & have a flexible schedule. I open to the special needs & care of your beloved pet from all ages. Each pet is individually unique when it comes to specific pet care, so I will work diligently with owners to best understand their pet. I have 1 spayed female 8 y/o Shepherd/Husky mix who is well tempered, a lead sled dog, well socialized to keep your pet company(friendly with both dogs & cats).
