About: Animals have been the center of my life for as long as I can remember. My home has always been filled with the love, companionship, and joy that only animals can bring, and I truly can't imagine life without them. To me, every pet is family, and I believe they deserve to be treated with the same love, patience, and respect that I give my own. I've worked with animals and have cared for pets with a variety of personalities, needs, and routines. Whether your pet is energetic and playful, shy and cautious, or a senior who needs a little extra patience and comfort, I'm committed to providing care that's tailored to them. Building trust with animals is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do, and I take the time to make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you're away. When your pet is in my care, they're not just another booking, they become part of my extended family. I know how difficult it can be to leave a beloved pet, so I treat every animal as if they were my own. My goal is to give you peace of mind by providing dependable, compassionate care and PLENTY of updates, photos, and love along the way. I look forward to meeting you and your best friend and giving them the care, attention, and affection they deserve! I have a very flexible schedule and full availability, allowing me to provide dependable care whenever you need it. Whether it's weekdays, weekends, holidays, or last-minute bookings, I'm happy to accommodate your pet's needs. I have the time and dedication to give every pet the attention, love, and care they deserve! When caring for your pet in their home, my goal is to keep their routine as normal and stress free as possible. I'll provide plenty of love, attention, playtime, walks, fresh food and water, and any medications or special care they may need. I'll also keep you updated with regular messages and photos, so you can have peace of mind knowing your pet is happy, comfortable, and well cared for while you're away!

About: Hello! My name is Danielle Martin. I have a master's degree in School Psychology from Millersville University and I work at a local school district. In my spare time, I enjoy being outside, cooking, and of course, spending time with all the doggos! I currently have a 6-year-old Bernese Mountain Mix, named Ryker, who I adopted in May 2020. Best quarantine decision ever! Previously, I have owned two Great Danes, so I have experience with large breeds. As a dog sitter, I aim to spend as much time with your dogs as possible, so that their time spent away from you is a pleasant one. If the dogs are up for it, I love taking them on walks and hikes, playing with their favorite toy together, and of course, snuggling and relaxing together. Since starting with Rover, I have met so many amazing pups of all ages and sizes. I also have experience with cats, small pets, birds, and reptiles! I look forward to meeting your furry friend! I am currently not working for the summer (one of the perks of being in public education!), which allows me to have a very flexible schedule. I can easily incorporate pet care into my daily routine and adjust my availability to meet your pet’s needs for walks, drop-in visits, playtime, feeding, and companionship. I am not providing in-home sitting at this time. When at a clients home, I am respectful of the property and aim to leave the home in the same (or better) condition as when I arrived.

Rebecca was great with my dog Pepper, who is shy at first until she warms up to a new person. I got daily text messages about their morning walks along with photos. She also had some all natural treats for Pepper (after she asked if it was ok for her to have them). I would defiantly use Rebecca again while we are out of town.

About: I love dogs more than anything and I put in 110% to make sure your dog is properly cared for. I've had 5 dogs and had a little dog named Eric (rip) and I've raised and trained him since he was a puppy. I have some vet experience and I've worked at a pet resort so I've been with all kinds of dogs imaginable and I've given them their meds and anything special they need. I've also worked with cats, rats, birds, and fish. ✨Pet CPR Certified✨ I work full time, 8hrs at most so your pet would be out with my wife or if they’re crate trained they may be in their crate as my wife works from home, but other than that when I’m home we play in our fenced yard and go for walks! I have a fenced in yard and the pups are kennel trained so if we go out they stay in their houses til we get back. Whatever rules you have for your place, I will follow to the T ☺️

About: What sets me apart is my professional animal-handling experience and my ability to work confidently with pets of all sizes, personalities, and needs. I spent two years working as an equine veterinary assistant, where I gained hands-on experience monitoring animal health, safely handling and restraining animals, recognizing signs of illness or discomfort, and working in fast-paced situations. I also have extensive experience caring for and training my own dogs, including large breeds. I understand that every pet is unique, and I tailor my approach to fit their individual personality and comfort level. Whether your pet is a playful puppy learning good habits, a senior pet needing extra patience and care, or a dog that is nervous around new people, I focus on creating a safe, positive, and stress-free experience. I am comfortable with administering medications, reinforcing basic training and good manners during walks and visits, and providing detailed updates so owners can feel confident their pets are in good hands. I have a lot of time on the weekends to walk dogs but I also have some time in the mornings for a dog or two monday-thursday In your home, I follow your pet’s normal routine to help them feel comfortable and safe. I keep up with feeding schedules, walks, potty breaks, medication instructions, and lots of love. I always pay attention to their body language and make sure they’re happy, relaxed, and well-cared for while you’re away.

About: I am experienced with taking care of dogs, cats, horses, rabbits, and insects! I have worked at doggy daycare facilities, and as a dog trainer for both obedience and agility. I rode horses for about eight years. I currently have a praying mantis, tarantula, two jumping spiders, a cat, and a dog. I am experienced with senior dogs, disabled dogs (especially blind and diabetic dogs), and puppies. I absolutely love anything related to animals, so I am very diligent with their care! I am currently out of college for the summer, so I have complete availability. I am very flexible and not worried about any scheduling issues. A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.

If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
