About: For the past 18 years, I’ve been a trusted pet sitter and dog walker for family, friends, coworkers, and employers. Today, my husband and I share our home with two cats and an axolotl. Over the years, I’ve gained experience caring for animals of all ages and needs, including puppies and kittens, senior pets, animals recovering from illness, and those with special physical, emotional, or dietary requirements. Much of this experience comes from caring for my own pets as well as the pets of others. If I am not confident that I can meet your pets needs based on your request I will let you know promptly so you can reach out to another pet sitter who can provide the care your pet needs. I believe animals enrich our lives with unconditional love, companionship, and joy. When they’re in my care, I strive to provide that same level of love, attention, patience, and respect in return. Pet care fits easily into my current daily routine, and I have a flexible schedule with plenty of availability to dedicate time and attention to the pets in my care. I am able to accommodate a variety of schedules and routines and can plan my day around the needs of each pet. This flexibility allows me to provide attentive, reliable care rather than trying to fit pet care around a busy work schedule. When I first meet a pet, I like to let them approach me at their own pace and take time to build trust. I understand that being separated from their people and meeting someone new can be stressful, so I focus on maintaining their familiar routines and creating a safe, comfortable environment. I take the time to learn each pet’s unique personality, needs, routines, and favorite activities so I can provide care that helps them feel secure and happy while their family is away. I also remain attentive to potential hazards and take steps to keep pets safe in their home. I am careful to follow owners instructions for pet care and rules of the home to make sure everyone is safe. Every animal is different, and I enjoy getting to know what makes each one feel most comfortable and content. For a pets comfort, I do my best keep their routine and environment as consistent as consistent as possible in the absence of their owners.

“Jill was excellent with Stella. She cared for and loved Stella like she was one of her own. Stella went on nice long daily walks with Jill and sometimes she included her dog Murphy. This was good because Stella needs to lose some weight and the two dogs got along well and liked to play together. She always documented their walks thoroughly and shared pictures. Jill has watched my pets for decades and I 100 percent trust her with all of them.”

Dog walking is great for their physical and mental health/improves their joints, and all around good therapy for me and your pet. Play time is also important. Just about anyday with a little notice. Can set up regular scheduled walk times. Or if you are in a bind, and need, on spur of notice. I am willing to walk from your home, or to a near by park. Giving attention and time. I typically like to know if they have a specific diet, medications, preferences, etc.

I am a full time stay at home mom, so my schedule is very open and flexible. I am home almost 24 hours a day every day. I've had 5 dogs and had a little dog named Eric (rip) and I've raised and trained him since he was a puppy. I have some vet experience and I've worked at a pet resort so I've been with all kinds of dogs imaginable and I've given them their meds and anything special they need. I've also worked with cats, rats, birds, and fish. ✨Pet CPR Certified✨ *Due to surging gas prices and an attempt to keep prices low for clients I will limit where I’m willing to drive, thank you so much!!*🐶✨ Current Pets: Ember (Shiba-Inu), Aspen (Chow-mix), Quails, 4 cats (Fig, Pancake, Cheddar, Dough)! I work full time, 8hrs at most so your pet would be out with my wife or if they’re crate trained they may be in their crate as my wife works from home, but other than that when I’m home we play in our fenced yard and go for walks! I have a fenced in yard and the pups are kennel trained so if we go out they stay in their houses til we get back. Whatever rules you have for your place, I will follow to the T ☺️

About: As a former pet store manager, Amy has experience caring for many types of furry (and non-furry) friends. Patrick is an expert recliner supervisor for dogs of all sizes and all ages! Amy and Patrick had their own dogs for more than 20 years. They enjoy traveling and love to host furry friends while they are home. We primarily work from home and we are available to care for your pet, as needed, during the day or overnight. We do not have our own pets, so one-on-one attention is readily available! We have an unfenced yard, so going out will be on a leash. We are very close to a walking path and we have a medium-sized crate if you don’t have one to bring along.

About: I have taken care of all types of dogs especially my own and they love me and I love them. I just love them so much. I always fall in love and they fall in love with me. It never fails. I’m currently working full time but my schedule allows me to still make time to do other things like enjoy a second job which is good I love to cuddle and play with the babies, love to feed and rub them and even talk to them. About: Hello! My name is Danielle Martin. I have a master's degree in School Psychology from Millersville University and I work at a local school district. In my spare time, I enjoy being outside, cooking, and of course, spending time with all the doggos! I currently have a 6-year-old Bernese Mountain Mix, named Ryker, who I adopted in May 2020. Best quarantine decision ever! Previously, I have owned two Great Danes, so I have experience with large breeds. As a dog sitter, I aim to spend as much time with your dogs as possible, so that their time spent away from you is a pleasant one. If the dogs are up for it, I love taking them on walks and hikes, playing with their favorite toy together, and of course, snuggling and relaxing together. Since starting with Rover, I have met so many amazing pups of all ages and sizes. I also have experience with cats, small pets, birds, and reptiles! I look forward to meeting your furry friend! I am currently not working for the summer (one of the perks of being in public education!), which allows me to have a very flexible schedule. I can easily incorporate pet care into my daily routine and adjust my availability to meet your pet’s needs for walks, drop-in visits, playtime, feeding, and companionship. I am not providing in-home sitting at this time. When at a clients home, I am respectful of the property and aim to leave the home in the same (or better) condition as when I arrived.
