About: What sets me apart is my professional animal-handling experience and my ability to work confidently with pets of all sizes, personalities, and needs. I spent two years working as an equine veterinary assistant, where I gained hands-on experience monitoring animal health, safely handling and restraining animals, recognizing signs of illness or discomfort, and working in fast-paced situations. I also have extensive experience caring for and training my own dogs, including large breeds. I understand that every pet is unique, and I tailor my approach to fit their individual personality and comfort level. Whether your pet is a playful puppy learning good habits, a senior pet needing extra patience and care, or a dog that is nervous around new people, I focus on creating a safe, positive, and stress-free experience. I am comfortable with administering medications, reinforcing basic training and good manners during walks and visits, and providing detailed updates so owners can feel confident their pets are in good hands. I have a lot of time on the weekends to walk dogs but I also have some time in the mornings for a dog or two monday-thursday In your home, I follow your pet’s normal routine to help them feel comfortable and safe. About: Hello! My name is Danielle Martin. I have a master's degree in School Psychology from Millersville University and I work at a local school district. In my spare time, I enjoy being outside, cooking, and of course, spending time with all the doggos! I currently have a 6-year-old Bernese Mountain Mix, named Ryker, who I adopted in May 2020. Best quarantine decision ever! Previously, I have owned two Great Danes, so I have experience with large breeds. As a dog sitter, I aim to spend as much time with your dogs as possible, so that their time spent away from you is a pleasant one. If the dogs are up for it, I love taking them on walks and hikes, playing with their favorite toy together, and of course, snuggling and relaxing together. Since starting with Rover, I have met so many amazing pups of all ages and sizes. I also have experience with cats, small pets, birds, and reptiles! I look forward to meeting your furry friend! I am currently not working for the summer (one of the perks of being in public education!), which allows me to have a very flexible schedule. I can easily incorporate pet care into my daily routine and adjust my availability to meet your pet’s needs for walks, drop-in visits, playtime, feeding, and companionship. I am not providing in-home sitting at this time. When at a clients home, I am respectful of the property and aim to leave the home in the same (or better) condition as when I arrived.

About: I started fostering kitten when I was around 5, and have fostered over 200 kittens with the local humane league. The last 4 years of my life were spent caring for my childhood cat full time who passed at 19. I'm great at dealing with cat personalities, I've seen all types while fostering, and I'm especially good with scared or shy cats, and great at caring for elderly kitties. I've had dogs all my life, one or two always since I was 10. All were big golden retrievers/labs, all quite big boys, but I love all types of dogs. I'm going to be available full time to take care of your pets. Until recently, I was taking care of my own elderly cat full time as she needed lots of care. Now I'd really like to help out other peoples pets with the knowledge and experience I've gained throughout my life. Give them a good pet and checkup every time I see them to make sure nothing hurts/stands out. I can do whatever else your pet usually needs too. I'm great at getting shy/mean cats to warm up to me, and I'm great at giving cats medicine.

About: I have worked at a local animal hospital as a Veterinary Assistant the past 2 years. In this role I take appointments, handle and care for both cats and dogs, and assist the other veterinary staff. I am Fear Free Certified, meaning I took a course about animal behavior and how to best reduce stress on your pets. I have lived with dogs, exotics, and small animals my entire life and would love to help you out with any and all of your animals! I have experience with both large and small breed dogs having owned them myself, and regularly walk them. I dog walk as well as pet sit both cats and dogs in the area. I volunteer at a cat shelter in my free time, giving me some extra experience with rescue cats! I have volunteered at the SPCA before, walking the shelter dogs there as well as caring for the cats. I have also volunteered at a Rabies Vaccine clinic, helping the clients and their pets. As someone who has worked with pets of all shapes, sizes, and ages, I would be happy to help with whatever you may need! Im currently a college student, so I would be most available on weekends. However week days can definitely be made to work depending on when I am needed! I am happy to perform whatever tasks needed to keep your cat or dog comfortable. I am able to take dogs out on a leash or let them go in a fenced in yard, whatever they are used to! I am happy to walk and play with them for whatever duration you would like.

About: I’ve grown up around dogs and cats and have been caring for animals since I can remember. I watched many different breeds of dogs while in college. I’m available weekdays for walks, and weekends for dog/puppy sitting. I love all animals and have cared for many different breeds of dogs. I’m flexible so let me know what your pet needs. About: I have taken care of all types of dogs especially my own and they love me and I love them. I just love them so much. I always fall in love and they fall in love with me. It never fails. I’m currently working full time but my schedule allows me to still make time to do other things like enjoy a second job which is good I love to cuddle and play with the babies, love to feed and rub them and even talk to them. About: I love dogs more than anything and I put in 110% to make sure your dog is properly cared for. I've had 5 dogs and had a little dog named Eric (rip) and I've raised and trained him since he was a puppy. I have some vet experience and I've worked at a pet resort so I've been with all kinds of dogs imaginable and I've given them their meds and anything special they need. I've also worked with cats, rats, birds, and fish. ✨Pet CPR Certified✨ I work full time, 8hrs at most so your pet would be out with my wife or if they’re crate trained they may be in their crate as my wife works from home, but other than that when I’m home we play in our fenced yard and go for walks! I have a fenced in yard and the pups are kennel trained so if we go out they stay in their houses til we get back. Whatever rules you have for your place, I will follow to the T ☺️

Dog walking is great for their physical and mental health/improves their joints, and all around good therapy for me and your pet. Play time is also important. I will treat your furry family member with the utmost care & diligence. I am responsible, attentive, & detail oriented and will provide quality services. Currently available during the day. Just about anyday with a little notice. Can set up regular scheduled walk times. Or if you are in a bind, and need, on spur of notice. I am willing to walk from your home, or to a near by park. Giving attention and time. I typically like to know if they have a specific diet, medications, preferences, etc.
