About: I’ve had my own dogs, cats and exotic animals my entire life and helping with other pets for at least 10 years. I also have experience in boarding animals for rehoming but would love to help pets that already have furever homes. Between the two adults in my home, someone is almost always home. About: QUICK HEADS UP: My partner and I are planning to move sometime in 2026. We don’t have a solid timeline yet. Also, I am currently back in school and this may mean my daily schedule looks a little different at times, but everything I am learning directly benefits the dogs in my care. taking courses to become a Canine Behavior Consultant.Please please be patient with me during this transitional year. And don’t worry we’re only moving about 20 minutes away, so all my regulars will still be comfortably in my radius! ❤️ BEFORE YOU BOOK PLEASE READ THIS ❤️ For stays longer than four days and for holidays the rate is higher and I want to explain why. This is not a nine to five job. It is a twenty four seven commitment. Most visiting dogs cannot be left alone at all, and because of that I miss a lot. I skip family events. I rearrange appointments. I lose sleep when dogs are anxious or cannot settle their first night. I stay up if someone is vomiting from nerves. I cancel plans when a dog needs more support than expected. I spend weekends inside when other people are out living life because a pup needs constant supervision. I put your dogs above everything else in my personal life, including my own family at times. I only take one family pack at a time. Your dogs get my full focus and a safe space without the chaos that comes from mixing multiple families. I take them on real hikes, give them real enrichment, and use high quality human grade treats because visiting dogs need both movement and mental work to settle in a new place. I even go as far as renting out private land for dogs who are leash reactive or for pups who need a huge fenced in area with tons of acres to burn off anxiety and energy in a safe way. I share the smiling pictures and the fun adventures, but there is a lot that happens behind the scenes to make sure your dog feels safe, loved, and stable. This level of care takes real time, real sacrifice, and real dedication, and that is why I am firm in my pricing. I’ve been around dogs my entire life, and honestly… they’ve shaped a huge part of who I am. I live with my Italian Greyhound pretty much 24/7 (he has separation anxiety and I wouldn’t have it any other way), so I’m very used to the “velcro dog” lifestyle. Because of him, I’m super tuned into the little things.. their routines, their quirks, their sensitivities, and all the ways they try to communicate. I also grew up with Dobermans, so I’m no stranger to big, smart, emotional dogs who need confidence, structure, and someone who actually pays attention. That upbringing taught me patience, consistency, and to always advocate for the dog in front of me. I’ve had all sorts of animals in my life..even my two skinny pigs who recently crossed the rainbow bridge. They were tiny, but trust me, they had huge personalities and fit right in with visiting pups. Between my own dogs, my extended family’s dogs, and the endless stream of personalities I meet through boarding, I’ve gotten really comfortable reading different temperaments. Cuddly lap dogs, anxious shadow followers, high energy explorers, the “I’m independent but also please never leave me” types. I love them all and adjust to whatever they need. I’ve also worked with dogs who aren’t always easy around others. I take things slow, keep everyone safe, and create an environment where every dog can relax and feel secure. Safety and understanding always come first. At the end of the day, every dog who stays with me becomes part of my little crew. I’m not a kennel! They live life with me. Walks, snuggles, routines, the whole thing. Your pup will be cared for exactly how I care for my own: with intention, patience, and a lot of love. ❤️ Dog boarding is my full time thing now. No side jobs and no juggling. This is truly what I do every day. The dogs are part of everything I am doing, whether I am folding laundry, watering plants, or working out in the yard. When the weather is warm we are outside a ton getting fresh air, exploring, and just living life together. A few times a year I take short breaks to focus on my own dog Luigi, and to reset my mental health. It keeps our home running smoothly and makes sure every dog who stays with us gets a calm, consistent, happy environment. When I am at my best, your pups get the best. I know what it feels like to hand your dog to someone else and hope they truly understand them. That is why I take safety so seriously. Quality always comes before quantity in my home. I am very selective about how many dogs I accept at one time, and most of the time your dog or dogs will be the only ones staying with us. On rare occasions, this may include a dog who has already stayed with me multiple times and has an emergency come up. In those situations, all pet parents involved are notified and asked for permission before anything is confirmed. I have a fenced in yard and I am always outside with the dogs. When we drive they are buckled into a harness every single time. I carry first aid in my car and in my hiking backpack because being prepared matters. I use Apple AirTags when we leave the house so I always know where your pup is. If your dog is leash reactive or nervous I plan ahead. I research quiet trails, low traffic times, and when needed I rent private land so it is only us and there are no surprises. I want you to feel completely at ease knowing your dog is safe, understood, and protected. Trust is earned, and I show it through every decision I make.

About: I have worked at a local animal hospital as a Veterinary Assistant the past 2 years. In this role I take appointments, handle and care for both cats and dogs, and assist the other veterinary staff. I am Fear Free Certified, meaning I took a course about animal behavior and how to best reduce stress on your pets. I have lived with dogs, exotics, and small animals my entire life and would love to help you out with any and all of your animals! I have experience with both large and small breed dogs having owned them myself, and regularly walk them. I dog walk as well as pet sit both cats and dogs in the area. I volunteer at a cat shelter in my free time, giving me some extra experience with rescue cats! I have volunteered at the SPCA before, walking the shelter dogs there as well as caring for the cats. I have also volunteered at a Rabies Vaccine clinic, helping the clients and their pets. As someone who has worked with pets of all shapes, sizes, and ages, I would be happy to help with whatever you may need! I am very flexible, during the summer I am very free, and during the semester I balance Rover with my other animal-related job. Overall I can make most any day work! I am happy to perform whatever tasks needed to keep your cat or dog comfortable. I am able to take dogs out on a leash or let them go in a fenced in yard, whatever they are used to! I am happy to walk and play with them for whatever duration you would like.

About: I’ve taken care of every kind of dog since I was ten. As an adult I have owned 3 dogs. My current pup is a goldendoodle named Baxter. Baxter is a spoiled boy and gets 2 walks a day and lots of attention throughout the day. Prior to Baxter I had a golden retriever named Cody and prior to Cody I had a golden retriever named Midas. All of my dogs have been to obedience training. I know all of the commands and am happy to practice those command with your pup. I live in a small subdivision and I am the go to dog sitter for all of my neighbors. I would love the opportunity to take care of your fur baby. I’m currently working part time (3 days per week-6 hours per day) so I will have plenty of time to devote to your pup. My job also has a flexible schedule. I do not have a fenced in yard but I’m happy to take your pup for a few walks a day. I live in a quiet neighborhood in West Hempfield Township.

About: I have taken care of every animal there is, from reptiles to dogs, cats, and even just plants! I have been sitting since i was about 15 and i have loved every second of it! I love connecting with the animals and getting to really bond with them. Family and friends have relied on me to help take care of their special friends and I make it a point to deliver! I'm currently a student at Millersville University and I am always looking for ways to fill my schedule! Plus, it is a great way for me to get outside and get active, it's way more fun with a furry friend! I do have a part-time job, but my schedule is really flexible during the day! I love sensory activities for them like freezing kong balls with peanut butter inside, or even just lick mats! I love to run as well, so getting your dog exercise with me will be no problem.

About: Dogs have been part of my life for as long as I can remember, and caring for them has never felt like a job—it’s something I genuinely love. Growing up with a high-energy Blue Heeler taught me how important exercise, attention, and consistency are, while helping raise our Standard Poodle gave me experience with daily routines, training, walks, and plenty of playtime. I’ve also spent years caring for family members’ dogs, including multiple Chihuahuas and other breeds, each with their own unique personality and needs. When your dog is with me, they’ll get more than just basic care—they’ll get patience, attention, and someone who truly enjoys spending time with them. I understand how much trust it takes to leave your pet with someone else, and I treat every dog as if they were my own, making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. Pet care is something I genuinely enjoy and make a priority in my weekly routine. I currently work part-time as a Supervisor at Urban Air and a Sales Associate at Vineyard Vines, which gives me the flexibility to plan my schedule around the pets I care for. I’m usually available most afternoons after 3:30 PM, as well as before 4:00 PM on some Fridays and Saturdays. Even when I have work commitments, I put in the effort to coordinate my time so I can provide dependable care both before and after my shifts whenever possible. While my Sundays can be a bit busier, I always make sure I can provide reliable, attentive care when I accept a booking. Whether your pet needs a walk, a drop-in visit, or just some extra companionship, I’ll treat them with the same care and attention I’d want for my own pet! When caring for pets, I focus on maintaining a safe, consistent, and engaging routine. With my own Standard Poodle, I make sure she is well-fed, has access to fresh water, gets regular potty breaks, and receives plenty of attention throughout the day. Because our yard requires close supervision during outdoor time, I’m accustomed to actively monitoring dogs while they’re outside to ensure their safety. I also make it a priority to provide exercise and mental stimulation through walks, games of fetch, playtime with toys, and one-on-one interaction. When caring for a client’s pet, I follow their established routine as closely as possible to help their dog feel comfortable, secure, and well cared for while they’re away.

About: Hey fellow dog lovers! A little about me… I am a nurse and absolutely love what I do, but ultimately I just want to hang out with dogs. I work the weekends so I’m available all week long. I have a two year old daughter and a 9 year old mixed breed dog. We will take excellent care of your fur babies. We have a large fenced in back yard with plenty of space inside too. I grew up with three dogs, one golden retriever and two westies, and I adopted our current dog from pet helpers in 2016. I worked for PetStar dog walking company when I first moved to charleston and loved it, but then began pursuing my nursing career. I just moved back to Lancaster and trying to make some extra money while looking for another nursing job. I hope to hear from you! Thanks! I am available during the week. I work the weekends. During the week we like to go on adventures but we are also happy hanging out at home. We have almost half an acre that’s fenced in. We also have a screened in porch with a fan and a large loveseat that out dog uses more than we do. If I leave the house I more often than not bring copper with us. We go to the parks, Home Depot, the fields, the beach, you name it (if dogs are allowed we go together)

Since I’m off all summer, I have a very flexible schedule and can provide reliable care, long walks, and lots of companionship. I genuinely love being active and spending time outdoors, so your dog will get plenty of exercise, playtime, and attention! I’ve grown up around dogs my whole life and have lots of experience caring for dogs. I had a golden retriever for 8 years growing up, and my family currently has a 7-year-old golden retriever! Since I’m off for the summer from teaching, my schedule is very open and flexible. I’m available most weekdays for morning, afternoon, and evening walks, drop-in visits, or dog sitting. I’m able to adjust my schedule easily to fit your pet’s routine and make sure they get plenty of attention, exercise, and care throughout the day.
