“Danielle was fantastic with my Logan! She always communicated promptly with me, and sent me a ton of pics with my fur baby while I was on my trip. He became fast friends with her rescue puppy too. He came back pooped so I know he got all the walks he needed 🥰. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for TLC for their puppies from a true animal lover.”

6. Jennifer C.
About: I have been in the veterinary industry for over 17 years and am currently a Manager at a local animal ER. I've been in emergency vet med for almost seven years. Prior to that, I worked in general practice and was also a full-time, professional pet sitter for three years. I am comfortable with all breeds of dogs, especially large breeds. I'm also able to administer medications including insulin. When I'm not working, I enjoy reading and spending time with my family. I love taking my German Shepherds, Salem and Delgado on long walks. I am currently working towards my BS Degree in Business Administration and Human Resources. I have five daughters (24, 20, 14, 9, 9) with three of them still living at home. I have two dogs (Salem and Delgado), two cats (Lucifer and Mercury) and a Holland Lop bunny (Pluto). I work days at the ER, usually 7a-4p, so morning visits are usually anywhere from 5:00-6:30a. I will then typically stop by after work or before bedtime (sometimes both!) depending on your pets needs. Weekends are typically open availability. I am highly experienced, extremely reliable and trustworthy. Your pet and your property are my top priority and will be treated with the utmost respect.
7. Hannah I.
About: Hey there! I'm Hannah, your Jacksonville neighbor with a heart as big as our sunny state. Animals have always been my passion, and I've made it my mission to give every critter the love and respect they deserve. Your pet's comfort and happiness are my top priorities, whether they're a shy senior, an introverted adult or an energetic pup. I believe in creating a safe space where they can be themselves, tail wags and all. Respect is key in my book. From understanding their body language to honoring their unique needs, I strive to make every pet feel right at home. So, when they're under my roof, they're not just guests – they're part of the family. Let's make some memories together, ensuring your furry, feathered, or scaly friend feels loved, understood, and oh-so-comfy. Mornings start with potty breaks and mental stimulation activities. Each pet gets personalized meals, cuddles, and training sessions throughout the day. With open availability, I dedicate my time at home to chores, training, and caring for our furry friends. 1. Pet Sitting: Providing companionship, feeding, and basic care for pets while their owners are away. 2. Dog Walking: Regular walks to ensure dogs get exercise and mental stimulation. 3. Behavioral Training: Addressing and correcting behavioral issues using force-free methods. 4. Overnight Pet Care: Staying overnight to provide round-the-clock care and companionship for pets. 5. Feeding and Medication Administration: Ensuring pets receive their meals and any necessary medications on schedule. 6. Potty Breaks: Letting dogs out for bathroom breaks during the day. 7. Basic Grooming: Brushing, bathing, and light grooming to keep pets clean and comfortable. 8. Enrichment Activities: Engaging pets with games, puzzles, and interactive toys to keep them mentally stimulated.
8. Emily P.
“Emily was WONDERFUL. She helped us at the last minute when we were anxious about taking Zeus back to a less than great boarding facility. Zeus was happy in every picture she sent and I still don’t how she got him to perk his ears each time. He has been calm since we returned and usually he’s anxious and whining. Love Rover and Love Emily. She will be our pick every time especially for walking Zeus in his raincoat.”
9. Kendra H.
“Kendra watched my dog for over three weeks before and I couldn't be more pleased. It's difficult to find a facility or person that's trustworthy nowadays, especially when you have a dog that doesn't always play nice with other dogs. During my dog's stay she also made sure he got his allergies supplements and followed his feeding schedule. The most important thing I got daily updates! In a boarding facility you'll be lucky to even get one update from the facility personnel, so that's definitely a plus for me.”
10. Natalie S.
“Natalie has always loved animals. She has owned dogs, cats, rabbits, fish and goats to name a few. We have left our pets in her care and she has done a great job. She is very attentive and will make sure your pets needs are more than met while under her care.”
11. Tina D.

She's great with people and animals and I think she would be a wonderful asset to your company.. She is reliable and ttrust worthy and is very motivated . She has a fantastic personality.. This would be a great job opportunity for her”
12. Mia T.
“Mia is so amazing with my babies. I have three pugs, which can be struggle at times. With health issues and attachment anxiety finding a pet sitter is difficult. She is so loving and patient to my pups and really takes the time to learn each of their personalities to help them adjust when I’m not there. They genuinely get excited when she walks in the door. She’s knowledgeable about animal health and took the time to learn my specific dogs health issues to better be prepared when I’m gone. I can’t express how grateful I am to have her!”
13. Rose M.
About: I’ve watched cats and dogs for family and friends when they go out of town. I’ve boarded many pets for weeks as well. I’ve also done drop in visits. I work as a nanny and my schedule is pretty flexible. I have plenty of extra time to watch your pets and keep them safe while you’re away. I have a big back and front yard that is a good size for playing fetch with dogs. It’s not fully fenced so I won’t leave your pet/s unattended outside! We also have a kitten who will kept in our den room for boarding pets.
14. Tori D.
“This was my first time using rover and I was a little nervous. When I tell you Tori went above and beyond and communicated with me so well I kept telling her thank you 😊 I will be booking Tori whenever we need a dog sitter moving forward. My pup kids tried to give her a hard time but she was patient with them and got the job done. Superb ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
15. christina w.
“She is the biggest animal lover I have ever known. She has taken in any and every animal that has needed help, somewhere to stay, or needed a new home. She always puts the animals health, safety, and happiness first. This part-time job is perfect for her, and any family would be so lucky to have her to handle your pets. I hope you decide to give her a chance!”
16. Shana B.
“Shana took care of my beloved doggy Waylon during the day of and the day after my wedding. We met with her in the week leading up to it and she was so sweet and nice, not only to Waylon but also really personable with us as well. We got text and picture updates about how he was doing and his little report card telling us how the walk went. I knew that my boy was well taken care of, and when we came home the next day he was all smiles! Thank you so much Shana!!!”
17. Rileigh S.
“As a pet sitter myself, my wife and I are very picky about who we allow to care for our babies. Although we only need a few dogs walked, Rileigh still took on meeting the entire Tribe of dogs we have. And by tribe I mean 8 dogs. She stayed for over an hour, even when we only booked 30 minutes and we appreciate that very much. We are looking forward to working more with her.”
18. James K.
“My name is Cheyenne and James is my boyfriend. I met him back in July 2021 with my crazy 6 dogs, 2 cats, and 3 guinea pigs. He immediately fell in love with every one of them and has grown a stronger love for animals. He has always had such a care and kindness towards animals, but every day I see him love them more and more, which is why I know this is a job he would love to do. He can deal with all types of animals, from cute and fuzzy, to scaley and scary. He can deal with extra large or extra small. He is willing to put in the time and effort to make sure your pets feel safe at home. He is definitely a great choice to have as your Rover sitter!”
