“My first time using Rover and can’t say that I wasn’t nervous. I spoke to Seyla the night before my drop off and he assured me that Ace was in good hands. And that he was. He communicated with me all day with videos and pictures of Ace mingling with the other dogs and his daily walks he took. The pick up and drop was very smooth. Ace was accepted and enjoyed his day with Seyla and his wife. Got him home and was ready for bed. I would definitely recommend Sehla to anyone and will for sure will be using his service again.”

About: Hello, My name is Lisa. I’m looking for fun ways to spend more time with animals. Currently a recently relocated military wife living on post at Fort Belvoir and taking a pause from a once busy career to spend time with my 3.5 year old son. I lost my beloved pets during the pandemic and our family is not quite ready for another of our own but I am interested in fostering a gentleness and love for animals in my household to pass onto my son. I love to run and would enjoy the extra entertainment in exercise of adding a dog to the mix. I love animals and believe that exercise is an important part of keeping them happy and healthy. At this time my hours are very flexible and I am home during the week. I’d love to make a close relationship with a pooch nearby that I keep consistent. My past beloved pets were very well disciplined so I will implement similar expectations as requested of your special pet! Flexible schedule but most free in the mornings between 7am and 12 for morning walks and runs. Anything past 1 30 my son will accompany me. I have a fenced in backyard in my home. We are a Non smoking household and currently have no other pets. If I am coming to your home I’m happy to accommodate any instructions you may have.

I take our dog out for walks and play-time with other dogs in the neighborhood . Diesel is very friendly, energetic and loving. My house has a large fenced yard. It’s not my practice to crate dogs. However, I can crate your dog if requested. I provide dog beds and allow dogs to move about freely. No one else will be assisting me with caring for your dog.

Dogs who do well with others enjoy supervised playtime, while those who prefer their own space relax in cozy rest areas with sofas, cushioned mats, and playpens. I’m also gradually adding more crates and gates to create designated gated areas for pups who feel most comfortable in their own private space. I do slow introductions unless a client requests otherwise. Our yard is fully fenced and split into two separate sections so I can separate dogs based on temperament and energy. I’m Pet CPR & First Aid certified, and I always focus on maintaining a calm, safe, and structured environment.
