My Layla is a very sensitive dog so I can tell from her temperament if she feels comfortable. When I came to pick Layla up she sat on the front porch with me letting the sitter pet her. My youngest can be a handful at times, but Mary is extremely patient, caring, and truly just loves dogs. I received a message from Mary on the second visit that my dog threw up and was not feeling good. She asks me if she can boil chicken breast and rice for him to have something easier on the stomach. This just made me feel good about leaving them in her care and that she had his best interest. She truly wants the best for them. About: I have always been an animal lover. I've had small,medium and extra large dogs! Growing up I was the kid that had rabbits, chickens, dogs and cats. I obtained my vet assistant certification to learn how to better care for my pets and have enjoyed spoiling them ever since! I'd love to help care for your fur babies. I am currently working until 4pm but I'm available any time after and on weekends. My husband is home during the day so there is always someone home to look after our pets. About: I have watched many breeds and types of animals dogs, cats, birds, and more. I look at the type of animal it’s age and many other things to see how that animal needs to be taken care of! I can watch dogs any day on the weekend and most days after 5pm. I work in the military so that is why my schedule is so tight. (Relatively) I care for pets as if they’re my own animal! About: I’ve had cats my entire life, they’re truly my favorite animal! I currently have two: Willow, my 4 year-old indoor cat, and Stella, our 9 year-old barn cat. They’re both spayed and well cared for with regular feeding schedules (wet food twice a day, with treats here and there!). I clean their litter boxes often every other day for Willow, and every 3–4 days for Stella, since she spends some time outdoors. I also have experience caring for my neighbor’s seven cats (four indoor and three outdoor) when she travels for work, along with her farm animals like rabbits, chickens, and other small critters. About: I personally have two dogs and two cats. I have spent about half of the last 7 years caring for friends animals ranging from daily visits with cats to a 6 month at one time boarding of a dog. I work full time so am usually out of the house Monday - Friday from 7 to 5. We have a small dog door that leads to a fully fenced backyard so dogs still have access to use the bathroom as needed. I have two dogs and two cats so the type of dog or cat that can stay with us needs to be okay with both. One of the dogs really likes to play with other dogs. He can play pretty aggressively and is also not neutered so I cannot watch unspayed females in my home. One of the cats was chased up a tree by a German Shepard and doesn't respond well to larger dogs if they don't give her her space. We have a setup where the animals sleep together in their own room and are only allowed on the furniture in that room. We have plenty of space and have spare crates if needed. The dogs always have access to a dog door except for when they go to their room at night to sleep. We have two litter boxes set up in different parts of the house and have spares that can be put out.

About: I have 13 years of experience in caring for and walking adult and puppy pets, I am Pet Lover and Animal Proteccionist. My motto is “How you treat an animal defines you as a human being”. I am working from Monday to Thursday and Saturdays, my days off are Friday and Sundays, I will take those two days to dedicate to caring for your pet. I have a large garden, where your pet can walk and run happily, I live with a sister who loves pets, the whole house has a security camera system.

About: Working with animals has always been my passion. Right now I'm going to school to get my veterinary technician license. I have 2 pets of my own, Pepper and Teddy ages 8 and 6. I am currently working at a pet hospital as a veterinary assistant. We see a variety of dogs and cats, so I am comfortable around different breeds, big and small. I can provide plenty of belly ribs and TLC! I love working with puppies! It's so much fun when they come to the hospital. They are so playful and cuddly! I'm easy to get a long with. I'm a very dedicated and organized person. I would show your fur babies the love and care they deserve. I would treat them as if they were my own fur babies! *Please note availability will change weekly* I currently do not have a set schedule. I will keep my calendar updated as much a possible. If you have any question please ask When I'm not working, I'm spending time with my own pets. We go on walks in my neighborhood. There are two ponds in my neighborhood both dogs have a fun time sniffing anything and everything. We'll play a bunch of games, and explore all the smells around the neighborhood. I am comfortable feeding, administering medications. I will check fence or gates before letting a dog outside. Before leaving, I'll make sure to lock the doors and do one last check. Making sure the area the dog will stay in is clean and check that all trash can lids are locked, no food is on the counters, and that any gates or crate are secure.
About: I’ve grown up with multiple dog breeds my whole life. I’ve also owned cats, guinea pigs, and hamsters. I have 2+ years of experience with taking care of bearded dragons and I’ve had a couple visits with snakes, specifically corn snakes. I work with any and all dogs/cats. I also like to send pics/videos of the pets to their owners daily for that reassurance that their fur baby is taken care of with the upmost care! I’m currently a full-time college student. I’m available any day and any time of the week. I’m usually available last minute as well and around holidays if needed. I currently have 4 dogs; 3 Yorkies and 1 Boarder Collie mix. They’re set on a twice per day feeding and their internal clock is set to those times. If I were to be in a clients home, I would do my best to ensure the animal stays in their routine and their feeding/medication is on schedule. They’d get plenty of play times and unlimited cuddles!
About: I have been taking care of my friends and families’ pets since I got to VA in 2019 and if I love doing it for free, don’t you worry that I will not love or care about your fur babies. I have had my own baby back in AZ and he passed away right after I got to VA. So it took a toll on me and I decided that every baby deserves to be taken care of and so much loves. I am a full-time student for my bachelor's and a reservist. I will keep my calendar updated based on my availability. Most of my days should look similar, but when I have my travel plan, I will update my calendar. I will make sure to send pics of your pet after every walk before I leave your place. About: I've taken care of cats and dogs my entire life, I also have a lot of experience handling and taking care of large breed dogs like pitbulls and dogo argentinos. I'm a college student with lots of free time and I would love to spend time with your pets and love them like mine. The sitter allows the dogs to wander freely in the yard and home but also ensures that there are controlled zones for safety. My Layla is a very sensitive dog so I can tell from her temperament if she feels comfortable. When I came to pick Layla up she sat on the front porch with me letting the sitter pet her. My youngest can be a handful at times, but Mary is extremely patient, caring, and truly just loves dogs.
