About: I have two big dogs of my own so I have plenty of experience with larger breeds. I’ve had puppies and kittens and grew up with lots of pets! I also cat sit and dog sit on occasion for my family! I work Part-time so I have plenty of time to care for your animals. I walk my own animals daily in addition to go to the gym. Stamina won’t be a problem no matter the energy level of your pet. I have two large dogs who run around constantly, I’m very good with clear commands and communication with them. I also take care of my families cats who can be temperamental which taught me a lot of patience when caring for animals as well.
About: Hi! I’m Yuna! 🐾💕 I’ve always loved animals and treat every pet like part of the family. My goal is to make your pet feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. 🐶🐱 I have experience caring for both dogs and cats through boarding and dog walking. I’m comfortable with pets of different ages, personalities, and energy levels. I’m especially patient with shy, nervous, or anxious pets and give them plenty of time to adjust at their own pace. I carefully follow your pet’s normal routine, including feeding, walks, potty breaks, and medications. Every pet is different, so I always adjust my care to what makes them happiest and most comfortable. 💕 🎓 I’m a UW student with a flexible schedule, so I’m home most of the day and your pet will rarely be left alone. They’ll have plenty of company, attention, playtime, potty breaks, walks, meals, and cuddles throughout the day. 📸 I also love sending photo and video updates so you can see how your pet is doing while you’re away! 💕 🏡 Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my priority. We have a large, fully fenced yard for supervised outdoor play and plenty of indoor space for relaxing, playing, and cuddling. 🌳 There’s also a park right in front of our home for walks and fresh air. I carefully follow your instructions for feeding, potty breaks, walks, medications, and any special care needs. 🐶🐱 I have a friendly dog and cat at home who are comfortable around other pets.
About: I’ve been a dog owner my whole life. I have two Goldendoodles and have been pet sitting for the past few years at my home. I work from home, take the dogs for walks several times per day. I can give meds, care for puppies or senior pups. Would prefer if your dog gets along well with other dogs and kids and if they are fully potty trained. May teens participate in pet care and help with the dogs. My oldest is in the vet assistant program at RTC. We love dogs and will treat them like our own. We treat the dogs like our own. They can get on furniture and sleep in our room or if you prefer, they can sleep in a crate. There are other dogs here so they need to get along with other dogs. I can also care for your dog in your home if needed with advance notice.
“I recently hired Stephanie and Emma to take care of my 2 cats, and am very happy with the experience. They were punctual, communicated clearly, and most importantly showed real affection and attention to my cat’s needs. My cats were calm and happy when I returned, which gave me great peace of mind. I recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring cat sitter.”

About: With 10+ years of experience in pet care and 9 years of hands-on professional work tending to their care & hygiene needs, I bring a deep understanding of the communication & behavior of our 4-legged companions. It is truly one of my life’s missions to help our familiars feel safe, happy, and understood. Whether it’s a walk, playtime, or simply reassurance, your dog will always be treated with patience, love, and expert care. I've got that "animal whisperer" type of 'tism. 😋 Over the years many dogs & cats of all life stages have come into my care, to some capacity. This has led to experience with successfully redirecting a wide range of behaviors such as reactivity & stress obsessions to repeatedly pawing you in the face cause i love you so much & please keep petting meeee!! I've participated in puppy training, training of all life stages, played the medication dances.. there is slim chance i haven't done it at least once, when i comes to dogs. p.s. After i meet your dog i will likely come home wishing i could take them with me... 😉 but i won't.. promise. I am grateful to work from home. Being tied to one less location creates space for me to tend to your dogs needs & mine with ease. My work days start later in the morning & i don't work past 7pm. This means i have plenty of time to comfortably get yours pups day started & wound down during the week. I take safety and emotional well-being seriously. I’m highly aware of canine body language & individual preferences & I tailor my approach to each pets needs. On walks, I use consistent safety measures such as shielding your dog from unfamiliar humans or animals & steering clear of potential stressors. My priority is creating an environment where your dog feels protected and understood—and where you can trust that their safety is always at the forefront.
“Our first time using Rover and Elizabeth was a perfect match for us. She kept us updated and the pictures she sent were appreciated. She was even nice enough to clean up the mess of bird seed Olive got into when she was bored!!! We will definitely contact her the next time we need help with our cat.”

About: As a lifelong animal lover, I share my home with two Huskies, Thor and Bird, along with two cats. Growing up around a wide variety of animals gave me hands-on experience with diverse breeds and temperaments. Additionally, my father is a veterinary surgeon with over 50 years of experience, which instilled in me a deep respect for animal health, safety, and proper care protocols from an early age. Highly flexible availability for in-home care, house sitting, and local meet-ups. While I cannot accommodate boarding in my own home due to my resident pets, I am fully available to travel to you. Message me directly to coordinate scheduling, logistics, and care instructions. For your convenience and peace of mind, I am available to provide care directly at your home or arrange meet-and-greets within the Maple Valley and Renton areas. To ensure a seamless experience, we can discuss specific scheduling, location details, and care instructions via Rover chat.
“Janine did a fantastic job caring for Wally while we were traveling! She was incredibly attentive, communicative, and patient throughout the entire process. Wally can be a little cautious and takes time to build trust with new people, and Janine was so understanding and willing to work with him at his own pace. Her patience, kindness, and dedication gave us so much peace of mind knowing he was in great hands. We truly appreciate the care and effort she put into making Wally feel comfortable and safe. Janine is wonderful, and we will absolutely continue using her services. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and trustworthy sitter!”

“Jennifer is great. We have 2 younger little cats that right now do not get along very well but she treated them so nice and the pictures she sent along with the updates was so reassuring to see that she treats our cats like they are her own. Jennifer is wonderful”

“Kseniia watched our three kitties while we were out of town for a couple of days, and we couldn’t have been happier with her care! She did a great job communicating with us each day, letting us know when she would be arriving and sending us photos and updates. It gave us great peace of mind knowing our kitties were well taken care of and having a great time with her. We also really appreciated that she lived close by, which gave us extra reassurance in case of any unexpected emergencies or if she was needed quickly. We’re grateful to Kseniia for taking such great care of our precious kitties while we were away. We would definitely use her again and highly recommend her!”

“Lora was so sweet and did a great job of keeping me in the loop and sending photos of my cats while I was out of town! It made me feel so much better knowing they were well taken care of.”

“Erica helped out with our cat while we were away. It was reassuring that he had food and water and someone looking after him while we were gone. She was responsive and communicative. Our cat seemed happy and well fed when we arrived home. We will book her again !”

About: I have volunteered as a foster dog mom and I have a clean fenced front yard. My BFF is a Vet and I have great references. I have 5 acres along the river and we take daily walks on private trails. Small dog paradise. I currently have 4 of my own. An older Frenchie and three small chihuahuas. We are early risers and the little dogs usually follow me around the garden as I do chores. Then we go for a walk along the river. It’s a private trail and the dogs are extremely safe. Fully fenced area around my home for the little dogs and I take them out on leashes for walks a few times a day. The dogs love to be in the garden with me.

This is the second time Rebecca has looked after our kitty and she again did a fantastic job! She gave her lots of attention and took care of her as though she was her own. We could tell from the pics that our kitty was well cared for. If we are away again we’ll definitely ask Rebecca to look after our kitty!

2 of our 3 cats are generally very shy, but they took to Natalie immediately. Seeing her notes and photos really put us at ease on our trip (one of our cats is 15, and another is 4 months so leaving them was stressful). Definitely recommend her for any pets, but especially shy cats. Thank you so much!

Maya was wonderful. She was really nice and easy to talk to when we did the meet and greet. We needed to find someone on short notice since the person we used in the past was no longer on here. So we were happy that she was available and lived close to us. She did a great job and made our two kitties feel comfortable while we were away for the weekend. I would book her again for any future trips we may have.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
