About: I’ve had pets since I was a kid and have always had a very large role in taking care of them. I love animals of every kind, and always have so much fun taking care of them. I’ve watched my family and friend’s animals many times, and always make sure to send lots of updates on how they are doing, as well as providing the best care! I have worked at a vet hospital as a receptionist, and in that role have had a lot of hands on experience with animals. It taught me how to work with every animal, and was one of my favorite jobs. I’m currently working as a substitute teacher, and am usually able to make my own schedule, which gives me the flexibility for all of your pets needs! I always make sure to read all care instructions through so that I can understand them so that your pet is getting the best care possible. I also am someone who will always take a gentle approach with your pet, creating trust between us. That trusting relationship is very important for all situations. About: I have tons of personal experience with my own childhood dogs as well as all dogs that I know through my friends, family friends, coworkers etc. whether your dog wants to snooze the day away or walk for miles on end and sniffing everything in sight, I’m happy to offer my time and attention for your fur baby to be 110% taken care of when you’re away. I also fully believe anyone on vacation should be able to enjoy their time away without excessive texts from a sitter—so unless you want extensive updates, I would only contact you if it was absolutely necessary/urgent. If you want daily updates, I’m happy to do so because I know I enjoy some cute pics of my cats snoozing away in the sun on days I go to the office! I work remotely and depending on your needs and distance, I am available for mid day drop ins. If given enough time to plan ahead, I can also be available to work remotely from your home to keep your pets company in your absence. About: I've had pets in the past and love caring for them and playing with them. Grew up with a cat, had a dog and coserved a cat with my wife. Because we may move some time internationally, we haven't wanted to make a long term commitment, be we would love to be grandpetparents where we help out by babysitting while people need to travel pet free for a short time. I work full time but from home several days a week. My son, who loves animals will be around on days I am not at home. We would welcome any pets as part of the family. They can cuddle with us on the couch and play out in the yard or chill on our screened in porch.
