About: I’ve grown up with dogs and cats! Very familiar with both big and small breeds. We have a 6 year old yellow lab, Bodhi, who is extremely friendly and obedient. We could easily give lots of love and attention to some more animals!! I’m currently a stay-at-home mom to two kids. We’re home a lot, always out in our backyard playing. My weekly routine revolves around them and their school schedules, but for the most part I am at home. I have a large fenced in backyard in a safe neighborhood. We have motion sensor lights and camera in both the front and backyard. We also have baby gates up all around the house with garbages and cabinets all baby proofed as well! Super safe environment, nothing unsafe they can get into. We can crate or just separate and give them their own space with baby gates. We also have a nice cool finished basement that’s set up like a spare bedroom with king size bed and tv if that’s more their style :)

Despite these logistics, Emily showed up consistently early evening immediately after her work day. About: Common courtesy and communication is paramount. **Willing to travel up to an hour away. Just because Rover says you are outside my service area it does not always mean you are. I have clients an hour North and South of me. **Necessary update as of 6/21/23** I will require current credit card info be on file at your vet or provided for me in your pet write up ONLY in case of emergency. In the event of an emergency and I could not get a hold of the human, puppies have no pockets to hold a card, the vet required me to pay. I have raised 3 separate RESCUE Rottweilers to be exceptional ambassadors of their breed. I currently do not have any pets since my big boy passed away in 2016. I hope to again one day have my own dogs. Until then I will love YOUR pet. **I DO NOT board animals at my home. Only repeat clients would MAYBE be possible for a very short amount of time.** Clients pets have included many breeds, species for days, weeks. Many Golden Retrievers, Doodles, mixes aka Heinz57s, Old English Sheep dog, lots of kitties, a chameleon, turtles, a bearded dragon, a small bird, fish, Rottweilers, a very challenging but lovable English Bulldog and Huskies one of which was very reactive. Oh and a LOT of house plants! PLEASE NOTE: I am deathly allergic to horses which I am very sad about. Any type of animal requiring LARGE amounts of hay would also be a problem i.e, goats, cows, alpacas I am sorry to say. Small rodent animals requiring hay for food or bedding has not been a big deal. My personnel dogs were very public dogs, parks, events etc. With the ever present fact in mind that as good as my animal was it is still an animal. Never purposely putting them in a situation to be loose (unless at home or a fenced park) or get into anything that could harm them. Read quite a few books/manuals by military working dog trainers in hopes of training a service oriented Rottie. Came very close to passing the Good Citizen certification but my dogs never liked the “stay” part when I had to walk away with my back turned. They just had to be next to me. So close. PLEASE NOTE: I have my preferences set to NOT to show any photos of YOUR pet publicly. I would ask permission first to share. Photos only NEVER infomation of course. My schedule allows me to be available to be in YOUR HOME, with your pets all day/night, unless noted ahead of time and of course trips to the store. I have many types of animals that insist on sleeping in bed just like they do when their people are home which in fine by me. Just take some Benadryl and snuggle on in. I try to stick closely to how the home runs normally so the pets do not have any surprises that can make them anxious. Sleep, food, walks, play time etc. I supervise dogs in their own yard fenced or not. I am very organized and like an outlined idea of their schedule to be written down for me to follow as closely as YOU would.

I have studied dog behaviors, CPR trained, used to train and have spent my life learning dogs. I have cared for a variety of animals including dogs, cats, hamsters, rabbits, birds, turtles, and yes even snakes. I’ve even experienced breeding and nurturing 11 golden retrievers (3 adults and 8 puppies) at one time. I will come to your house to LOVE, feed, water, play, brush, walk, talk to, and even car rides with your beautiful pets. I am retired from work and am available with a reliable vehicle equipped with pet crates for safe transportation or can travel to your home as necessary. I can care for your pet in my home on a 1-acre lot on a private road/area. Or, I can travel to your home as necessary.

I've helped care for senior dogs when they struggled to walk down stairs, when food requirements changed on a whim, when the house has to be changed to reduce trips on tiles, and even when they can start wandering past bed time. I will not be taking care of animals in my home due to be having a 1 year old child unless you are okay with them being in a crate. I would not want anything to happen to my baby or your fur baby!
About: Hi my name is Paige! I have had 10 dogs over the course of 21 years! I have been taking care of dogs since I was 10 years old. I’m very experienced with caring for animals. I’m very gentle and kind to each and every animal I encounter and treat them like they are my own. I ensure you that your dogs will feel safe and loved when they are in my care! I will love your fur babies like they’re my own! Please consider me as I am extremely experienced in so many different aspects in taking of many different types of dogs! I’m currently working another job but I am still open to morning and afternoon visits! I’m super flexible so please don’t be afraid to ask questions! I prefer to come to your home to keep your fur babies comfortable in their environment where they feel safe. I also have other dogs at home so this allows me to focus all my attention on your pet.
About: I've had pets since I was 7 years old and have always loved animals. My husband and I have 3 cats, Olive, Marcel and Gus. I enjoy being able to spend time with other people’s pets and ensure they are cared for and have the same routines and schedules as when their pet parents are home. I’ve cared for friends and family's animals in the past. I can administer medicine, follow feeding schedules, walk, play and spend quality time with your pets while you are away. My husband and I moved from Indianapolis to New York in October of 2022. We’ve been spending most our time on home renovations and loving how peaceful our new home is. I am available to stay in client’s home and/or provide drop in care and walks as well. I will follow instructions provided so that you feel confident your pet is well cared for and I will update you with pictures and check in regularly.
About: Growing up, I've had a couple of dogs. Our first was a mix (part husky, terrier, etc.) named O'Doolie who lived to be 16! I was young when we had her, so I don't remember her puppy years. Our other dog we had since I was in elementary school up to my early 20s was Dixie Lee. She was a Miniature Schnauzer and was the sweetest dog ever! I enjoyed bathing her, brushing her teeth, and giving her so much love and attention. My husband and I work together as landscape designers! During the winter months, our schedule is very slow. This provides us more time to engage ourselves in other fun and creative endeavors! Currently, I have an unfenced backyard. I live with my husband in a small home. In the future, we’d love to put in a fence— we have just found we haven’t needed to just yet!

About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats for 15 years whether it were my own or a friend even a neighbor. My neighbor or for the past two years trusted me with the keys to their home. I have a genuine love for animals. I work around my kids schedules but can be available anytime in advance. My weekly routines are mainly part time but I have flexibility at the moment I can easily crate your dog if needed. I have friendly animals as well. They are familiar with people and another animal.
