About: I've had a variety of animals my entire life: dogs, cats, hamsters, gerbils, guinea pigs, the occasional hermit crab. We have housed friends/family dogs while they were out of town. I am comfortable with puppies and senior dogs. I work FT in Plymouth Meeting and can easily come for a lunch potty break, if needed. My husband is typically home 2-days during the week as well. Our home is situated behind the horsham power line trail opting for long walks. The backyard is fitted for short runs to play fetch. I have two kids aged 6 and 7 who are helpful, loving and have been exposed to dogs of all sizes! They are in summer camp 5 days a week and will be away from the house during the week and home on weekends. I have a fenced yard and a 9-year old lover of a Boxer, female. We just lost our male a few weeks ago and she would be more than happy to be a companion for your pupper. For drop-ins, I am a safe, reliable driver that would be happy to play in a backyard, take for walks, or go to the dog park.
About: I have 3 dogs of my own who I love, cherish, and take care of. I have walked dogs for my neighbors and family before, always ensuring the most safe and nurturing experience for them. Currently, I have a part time job working evenings on Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. I am available to figure out ways for care around work on those days. About: I've always had a love for animals. People began trusting me with their furry family members in 2017 (I was around 16 at the time). I'm comfortable with some messes and helping pets that may need some extra assistance. I grew up in the Endless Mountains of Sullivan County so I don't mind traversing outside with your pet if that's what they enjoy. I am also always up for snuggling on the couch with a book or show as well if that's more your pet's vibe. I am currently a teacher in New Hope, PA. This makes it hard for me to assist with pet care during the school day, unless your pet is stable on their own for around 9 hours. I do not currently have any pets of my own. As an empath, I always prioritize trust and safety. I always try to make animals in my care as comfortable as possible. If that means allowing some extra fur on my bedsheets, or sitting alone on a chair while they lay near a distant window, so be it! Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
