About: I’ve cared for dogs my entire life, growing up in a home with multiple pups of all sizes. From feeding and bathing to long walks and playtime, I’ve always been hands-on in making sure they’re happy and well cared for. In addition to dogs, I’ve also raised birds, turtles, and fish, so I’m comfortable caring for a variety of animals. I understand that every pet has its own personality and needs, and I always aim to make them feel safe, loved, and at home. I currently work from home so I’m able to provide physical comfort and stimulation via petting and playing with toys. About: Hi, I'm Kim! I have been taking care of animals for as long as I can remember. I'm a mom of 4 fur babies of my own and have had animals all my life. I am currently transitioning from a 13 year Nanny position into my dream job of caring for animals full time. (References available on request) My schedule is very flexible for drop-ins and overnight stays on a first come, first serve basis. I will come to your pet's home where they are most comfortable. Offering pet care services in your home, I follow the typical routine you and your pets have already established. They will keep their routine and not go through any traumatic transitions. The best part? Your fur baby is there when you get home. Your home will also have that "lived in" look. Mail will be picked up, plants watered, lights will be switched on and off, trash rolled to the curb, and any house issues that arise can be addressed. Especially for overnight or vacation services, I would love the chance to meet you and your pet(s) in your home ahead of time. I always encourage new clients to schedule a (free) 30-minute meet-and-greet before the first booking (either at your home or a public location) so that I can meet your pet(s). If I am doing a sitting or drop-in, then these are perfect for showing me where the food supplies are as well as bowls, litter box(es), and anything else that may be needed for the booking I send daily updates while you are away so your vacation is worry free. About: As someone who grew up in a multi-dog household, caring for animals has always been second nature to me. About: I've been around animals since before I could walk, and have always had a way with them. My family and I lived in a trailer park when I was little. My mother always said from the moment I was born the animals flocked to me and there was no animal I couldn't get my hands on. My sister and I used to play with the stray cats outside of Grandpa's house. Pop would always mention how the cat we were holding would never let anyone close enough. Mom would often find "miss kitty in my crib with me. As I got older miss kitty passed away, but had left behind some kittens in her stead. Mom had decided to keep one and named him pudgy. He was a long hair black cat with the tiniest bit of white on his underbelly. I can remember running up and down the hallway and tap my shoulder as if trying to play tag with my sister and I. Pudgy and I had been the best of friends for about 18 years, till his passing. During the years he and I were together, he would often come running anytime he heard me sniffle or begin to cry. There were many other animals that we had over the years as well. Dogs, chickens, goats, rabbits, rodents, amphibians, horses they've been a vital part of my life. But no matter what I always come back to many best friend and the furry felines. If you're looking for a caring, detail oriented, and experienced fur sitter/walker, look no further. From feathered birds no bigger than your hand, to strong horses, I've handled just about anything. While I am new to this app, I am no stranger to animals. About: I am a certified veterinary assistant.I graduated from a vet science class where we perform animal care on the pets we have: bunnies, cats, guinea pigs, grooming dogs, etc. I used to work at Dogtopia so I know how to handle dogs.
