About: Hi, I'm Kim! I have been taking care of animals for as long as I can remember. I'm a mom of 4 fur babies of my own and have had animals all my life. I am currently transitioning from a 13 year Nanny position into my dream job of caring for animals full time. Three years ago, I started pet sitting part-time and have gotten rave reviews and I absolutely love it!! (References available on request) My schedule is very flexible for drop-ins and overnight stays on a first come, first serve basis. I will come to your pet's home where they are most comfortable. Offering pet care services in your home, I follow the typical routine you and your pets have already established. They will keep their routine and not go through any traumatic transitions. The best part? Your fur baby is there when you get home. Your home will also have that "lived in" look. Mail will be picked up, plants watered, lights will be switched on and off, trash rolled to the curb, and any house issues that arise can be addressed. Especially for overnight or vacation services, I would love the chance to meet you and your pet(s) in your home ahead of time. I always encourage new clients to schedule a (free) 30-minute meet-and-greet before the first booking (either at your home or a public location) so that I can meet your pet(s). If I am doing a sitting or drop-in, then these are perfect for showing me where the food supplies are as well as bowls, litter box(es), and anything else that may be needed for the booking I send daily updates while you are away so your vacation is worry free. I am looking to establish a regular client base and consider pets as part of the family.

About: I’ve cared for dogs my entire life, growing up in a home with multiple pups of all sizes. From feeding and bathing to long walks and playtime, I’ve always been hands-on in making sure they’re happy and well cared for. In addition to dogs, I’ve also raised birds, turtles, and fish, so I’m comfortable caring for a variety of animals. I understand that every pet has its own personality and needs, and I always aim to make them feel safe, loved, and at home. I currently work from home so I’m able to provide physical comfort and stimulation via petting and playing with toys. About: I’ve had animals in my house since I was born! I’ve had dogs of all shapes and sizes. I’ve even had fish, hamsters, gerbils, guinea pigs, and ferrets. walkers on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement walker.
