About: I have grown up around dogs my entire life. I have also grown up raising birds, cats, and rabbits. I had my first pet-sitting business when I was just 11 years old. I am a current dog and cat mom. I aspire to be a dog trainer and have my own business one day. I have successfully trained my own dog in a variety of different skills and I am eager to gain even more knowledge to work towards my career. I have 3+ years experience working in a dog daycare/boarding facility. I have experience working with dogs of all sizes and all temperaments. I also have experience working with dogs with special needs. I just moved to the area and I am currently looking for a full-time position in the animal care field. In the meantime, I am looking to find work through Rover to stay caught up on finances. I do plan to continue using Rover for side-work after finding a full-time job. I also believe it could help me gain experience towards my career goals. My schedule is very open at the moment. I take my dog on walks every evening and have training sessions for an hour every day. Since I live with other people currently, I can only pet-sit in clients’ homes. I do have a very friendly 5-year old doodle who loves to play with other dogs, so I can always bring him along to keep your pet company. I follow my clients’ instructions to the tee whether regarding potty schedules, feeding schedules, bathing, walking, playing, training, etc. I can also do any additional services if need be while caring for your pet at your home.

About: I’ve been taking care of pets since I was 7 years old. I took care of my pet fish since I was 5 and then started walking dogs at age 7. I can walk, feed, bathe, play, you name it I can do it! I am also able to administer medicine. I am a full-time second year law student at NIU! I moved to the Midwest from New York about a year ago. My fiancé and I currently share a 2 year old HIGH ENERGY bull terrier mix that we love with our whole hearts so per care is a daily routine in our house. I currently work Tuesday-Thursday for the DuPage County States Attorneys Office and then I am free the rest of the week. Once classes start up, August 17th, I will be adjusting those hours but we still have plenty of availability for your furry friends! I can crate dogs easily if needed but I am also all for free roaming! I love to be outside with your pets in a fenced area to ensure their safety. When inside, I will make sure all breakables are away and safe for the pets safety, mine, and your valuables.

Whether your pup loves long walks, playtime, or just some extra company while you're away, I'll make sure they feel safe, happy, and loved. I’ve always found ways to get along with any animal! I don't currently hold a full-time job position, so I'm pretty flexible during the week for my schedule. I have other side jobs and am picking up shifts when I can, but I'm willing to move things around to suit what works best for you and your pet. I am able to host one dog at a time in my home for certain periods of time. I do not have any other animals living in my home, so there would be no interactions with any other dog while in my home. I also have a fenced in backyard so your dog is always in my view and very safe. The rest of my family members are also huge dog lovers, so while I would be the caretaker, your dog is able to experience all the love my home has to offer. About: I’ve been caring for dogs since I was young, and I now have over 18 years of hands-on experience with dogs of all sizes and personalities. Friends, neighbors, and family have always trusted me to walk, feed, bathe, and give their pets the same love and attention they would. About: I’ve taken care of all types of dogs since I was about 10 years old. I have good experience with giving oral medications and giving support to dogs with anxiety or anxiousness. Great with walking dogs with all different sizes and energy levels. I also have great knowledge when it comes to cleaning care for puppies or seniors rather that be in cages or any where within the house. I support rescue services for pets as I have adopted a dog from Tails myself. Lastly I am great at managing multiple dogs at once as I currently have three dogs with my family. With having CNA class I am available most weekdays and for sure weekends. I have class Tuesdays and Wednesdays being available after 12:30 and have Friday Clinicals at a Nursing home in DeKalb leaving that day majority full. While in my own home or a clients home I always make sure the pet feels like their in a comfortable and safe environment with surroundings and with me. A pets health mentally and physically is really important to me as I make sure they get the right exercise, rest, attention and love they of course deserve. Keeping them with their daily routines and schedule is also very necessary to me when it comes to feedings and water, play inside and outside, rest and walks which are my favorite. Keeping my clients home clean and protected is also something very important to me as it helps the dog be familiar in their safe and comfortable space and also help the owner gain trust and rely on me as much as possible! Updates are a really big thing I offer service to, I am a really great communicator and responsible person so letting them know how their pet is doing and being cared for is very critical.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I’ve got my first one when I was 5 years old. Throughout the years, I’ve gained a ton of experience taking care of all dogs. As an owner of 3 dogs (2 small. 1 large) I’ve definitely have had my fair share of doggy cuddles, play time, walks, and lots love! I’m currently working part-time, so I have a lot of flexibility within my schedule. I am a student, but because my class schedule is very spread out, I have lots of free time to take care of any furry friends! In your home, I will implement any rules you have for your dog. I will also establish to you dog that I am a trustworthy person as I will slowly introduce myself to your dog to make sure they feel safe with my presence!

About: I have a ton of experience pet sitting and checking in on pets throughout the day as well as dog walking. I also have a lot of experience working with senior aged animals. I am very confident in my skills and would love the opportunity to help out anyone who needs it. I am super flexible with hours and always available. I am currently on summer break from school so right now I have all the time in the world. Once September starts I will have to go back to school but I only have a few classes on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday so I would only be away from, the animals for two hours at most. Caring for pets in their home is my preferred way to do it because they are familiar with the environment. I have experience watching pets in all types of and different types of outdoor access. So even if there is no screened in fence, I am able to deal with that.

About: I have been raised with a pet by side. When I have born we had two brittany spaniels that have since passed on. In 8th grade, after they passed, we adopted another puppy brittany. A year later, we adopted another, to have our current pair of brittanys. So I have experience raising puppies as well. I play with them outdoors and indoors, brush them, clean up their poop, bath them, feed them, and train them. They also get taken on walks at the local forest preserve for stimulation. I have experience in caring for fish and snakes. Between dogs, I had my cat to keep me company. She is solely my cat, so she got the same attention as the dogs, plus I bought her toys, treats, litter, and food. Outside of my dogs I have pet sit goldens labs, goldendoodles, springer spaniels, and many other breeds. As in my headline, I don't think any animal is low maintenance. That just means the pet isn't getting the care it deserves. I had my cat at my dorm first semester, and I fed her breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I made sure to play with twice a day and we played birds on the tv for stimulation as well. I had a weekly schedule to brush her twice a week, and clean the litter box every Sunday and Wednesday. At home I would alternate playing with my dogs, training, and brushing them whenever possible. I can play indoors and outdoors. I can take the animal for walks. Clean up any potential messes, such as muddy dogs or if a cat has a hairball. I can accompany senior pets that need help eating. I can brush the animal. And feed them, and do basic training.

About: When I was 7 years old I got my first puppy. His name was Jake, a baby lab. I trained him myself and raised him throughout his entire life. I have a natural affinity with animals. I am great at figuring out what my furry baby needs from me, I am also great at calming down irritable pups. My puppy passed 5 years ago due to health conditions and I instantly got two more. I now have two Australian shepherds who are very high energy and need a lot of love, play, and attention which I always provide top quality. I have also been relied on by friends and family countless times to take care of their puppies or all different kinds. Pictures of these beautifies can be found in my profile. I feed, walk, bathe, play, and much more with them, I know they always enjoy themselves and their owners are always greatfull and eager for me to watch them again. I have even taken care of peoples bunnies, reptiles, crustaceans, cats/kittens (I am allergic to cats so I am less likely to take them on). The dogs I have taken care of have been xs-xl sized so I can handle myself, even two animals at a time would be no problem. Currently, my schedule is very flexible as I am working with DoorDash where I get to schedule my own work times and days (based on the area and how busy it is). This allows me a lot of time to devote towards your furry baby! I work the most from 4-9:30pm on weekdays and weekends (primarily). Weekdays are more negotiable than weekends, as these are my only jobs currently. There will never be a time where I need to focus on both jobs simultaneously, any furry baby with me will have my undivided attention! My home is a very safe, clean, and organized environment. So, there will be no worry for any choking hazards, sharp objects, or hazardous foods/liquids in furry reach. That being said there is also a door that blocks off the kitchen area. If there is any specific housing instructions, I will cater to them to the best of my abilities!
